  1. Geeze, the guest today who is a Covid chaser was an eye opener, especially thinking that since she was careful about what she ate and did everything she could to boost her immune system, Covid shouldn’t be an issue for her. And then she ragged on the other guest, a widower whose wife killed herself after a painful bout with long Covid. After she went on about whether the wife was not in good health, he shut her down saying his wife was very healthy before she got sick, exercised regularly and was careful about her diet intake and didn’t drink. But apparently that didn’t sway the lady
  2. It does and was unexpected. Thanks for taking the time
  3. I forgot that Ava was Leo's aunt. I can't keep track of who all the kids are related to on this show
  4. Cultbox summarizes some of what producer Strevens said at Gallifrey One about the remaining specials https://cultbox.co.uk/news/headlines/doctor-who-producer-matt-strevens-talks-2022-specials

    Nature

Perhaps they used underwater drones or stationary cameras
  6. She apparently was on a couple of episodes in 2020 as Maggie McMorris
  7. There were some panels and interviews at the Gallifrey One convention in Los Angeles California this weekend that included discussion on Series 13: Flux and Thasmin First, Matt Strevens did an interview on stage early on with podcaster Radio Free Skaro (his interview starts about 20 minutes in) https://radiofreeskaro.com/2022/02/18/radio-free-skaro-838-radio-free-skaro-in-flux/ Some tidbits: Per Strevens, Thasmin wasn't planned from the beginning but Jodie brought it up after Series 11 saying she heard it was being speculated about on social media but the writers didn't really follow up at the time. At some point, Chibnall decided to include it. Mandip Gill said during another panel that she had decided early on to act as if she was falling for the Doctor over time even if it wasn't in the scripts Per Strevens, Flux was heavily influenced by Classic Who and its structure. All of Flux was planned after the pandemic hit and they had to throw out what they had previously planned and wasn't a story that was cut down due to filming restrictions, The adventures of Yaz, Dan and Jericho weren't planned and Jericho wasn't planned to continue after Angels, but they liked McNally so much they couldn't resist expanding on him Mandip said she wanted to do different accents in Once, Upon Time (for her different characters she was playing I presume), but was told no. Her head was so messed up after being upside down so long (in Halloween Apocalypse) that she went to the wrong flat in the wrong building afterwards. She confirms the plan from the beginning was always for Graham and Ryan to leave after Series 12 and that Yaz would stay on with The Doctor longer. Re: Yaz’s love for Thirteen, Mandip hopes that you can look back at the whole series and see that it was there from the beginning, that her admiration for the Doctor slowly turned to love and it was an intentional choice on her part.
  8. Producer Matt Strevens said at the Gallifrey One convention this weekend that we should see a teaser for the final special at the end of the Legend of the Sea Devils special (which doesn't have an official broadcast date yet but is rumored to be on or around Easter)
  9. Does this mean Peter will finally be caught or killed and have it stick?
  10. I love how she looks towards people when they are talking to her. When Peter was talking to her in the car after he kidnapped her, she would turn her head towards Wes. Peter’s evil of course, but it was just so cute to watch
  11. Canada's CTV has ordered Season 3; NBC will probably pick it up at some point http://thefutoncritic.com/news/2022/02/17/ctv-orders-season-3-of-original-drama-transplant-218311/20220217ctv01/
  12. So I guess continuing to make fires happen is a reason to get you booted. Make sense
  13. @Daisy excellent point that Bailey should be 1 years old instead of an infant. That’s weird that they are keeping her so young, usually soaps fast forward on the age
  14. If you mean Sasha, she and Brando just lost their newborn over Christmas
  15. The show won't be returning (at least any time soon) per HBO chief https://variety.com/2022/tv/news/house-of-the-dragon-hbo-in-treatment-casey-bloys-1235183254/
  16. Reminder that this is set to debut March 8 and run for 6 episodes
  17. As a reminder, Season 2 premiere on Tuesday, March 15 at 8:30pm ET
  18. The segment near the end with Janine’s boyfriend rapping to the kids and Gregory finally getting loose and dancing, followed by his kids joining in, was pretty entertaining. Loved the other teachers getting a kick out of seeing Gregory finally letting loose
  19. Fortunately my telecast wasn’t interrupted here in Maryland
  20. I hope the BBC does something Who-related for Christmas or New Years' Day, even a non-fiction special or reunion of various people would be nice Radio Times interview with Russell Davies. Davies talks some about Doctor Who and generally about what's coming up https://www.radiotimes.com/tv/russell-t-davies-tv-100-interview/
  21. The back half of Season 5 is returning earlier than expected given its Winter sub Promised Land has been canceled as of next Monday's episode (the rest will play on Hulu). Good Doctor will return February 28 https://tvline.com/2022/02/15/promised-land-cancelled-abc-season-1-final-episodes/
