  1. Double wide (yes, I know.) My cousin had a lovely double wide, and cheapened out on the underpinings, and their maintenance. The entire end sank a couple of feet. I suspect they or the landlord, are supposed to have the supports looked at to see if it's still supported correctly. It looks like the supports aren't right. She still thinks she can magizally lose weight. Nathan continues to lose, and should get his lymphedema and minor abdomen surgery the next month. If he loses another 100 lbs, he'll get the big skin removal surgery and near his goal weight. Amber-still gaining. Why does she always drive, and he sits in the back? I wonder if she's binging at work, or when Nathan's at the second job? Amber worries me. She's not listening to Dr. Now, and still thinks she doesn't have to follow the diet, but exercise will make her lose a lot.
  2. There have actually been patients who gained right after surgery. One early poundticipant went to the Taco Bell drive through on the way home after surgery. Some who talked about it said if you have high calorie foods, and have them constantly through the day, you can gain. Some also stretch their stomachs back out. Amber thinks the gastric bypass should be hers, just because she wants it. She seems to think it will be magic, but I'm afraid she'll ignore the restrictions, and get very sick.
  3. OK, I finally saw the episode numbers, and I think WATNs are Season 7, because the description on TLC's website says they are, and a TV listing for next week says episode 11. I suspect they've been filmed right after the original episode, and weren't shown for some reason. (I've been naughty today, I had some puffy Cheetos, but they're baked not fried). 1 May 2024-Nathan Proctor, and wife Amber from Palestine TX. He's a drama teacher, and she's a teacher. This was shot right after the end of the original episode, since the beginning of the recap says "1 Year Ago". His lymphedema looks horribly painful. Amber already failed at her own weight loss surgery. Amber actually gains after trying to qualify for her revision surgery, and Nathan loses but not as much as he's supposed to lose. They see Dr. Paradise, and he addresses the entire dynamic between them. Amber's weigh-in is much better, 44 lbs off. Dr. Now will have to gastric bypass. Nathan's relationship with his daughter Hannah has improved, since he's more mobile. He's trying to qualify for lymphedema surgery, and eventually skin removal. They show Nathan at the farmer's market trying to eat better, and local organic foods. Everything looks so good and fresh. Amber's not doing so well, and Dr. Now cancelled her revision surgery. Amber will have to be careful, if she does get full gastric bypass, and cheats, she'll end up with dumping syndrome, and that's serious. They're moving out of their house, and the new place cancelled on them, and they have nowhere to go, so she's eating. Nathan went back to work teaching (I guess), and Nathan has a second job waiting tables, and she's alone a lot. Her Wagyu steak looks so good. He's in the upped 300s, and she's in the mid 400's. Next weigh in 1 year 2 months, Nathan loses 34 lbs, to 379 lbs, (he's lost 230 lbs) and Amber is 458, a gain of 3 lbs. Dr. Now says he can do the lymphedema surgery, on the huge mass hanging from Nathan's abdomen, and Dr. Now say to lose another 100 lbs and he will do the last skin removal and Nathan should be at his goal weight. Amber is really struggling, and gaining a little.
  4. 1 May 4 p.m. episodes- p. 500, 27 September 2021 Parents Want Their Child Arrested? (Victoria and Richard Kingsbury are the so-called parents in this case, they are estranged from everyone of their seven kids.) p. 501, 15 October 2021 Property Dump and Dash! ; Good Deed Gone Wrong! 5 p.m. episodes- Slick Senior Picture Operation?! - Plaintiff/ photographer Lisa McNeil suing defendants Susan and Tom Martin (parents)(Mom gets the boot later) for stopping payment on a check, to pay for defendant's daughter Hannah Martin's senior photo shoots. (This happens in Highland Village TX). The contract is the 'model' photos free, with a discount for senior pictures for photo packages, which costs a bundle. Defendant mother claims she only received two modeling pictures, daughter says 3 to 5 per photo shoot, and there were two shoots. The average senior photo packages costs about $1,000. Actually, $1,000 is not a high price for multiple photos, and all of the photos the parents, and everyone else will order. Daughter and parents received 10 digital photos, color corrected, and would have received the entire album if the stop payment on the check happened. Defendant mom tries to charge the desk, and gets the Byrd stop. The senior picture turned the girl's hair red, but final album shows blonde hair (the right color). (I don't have kids, so when co-workers told me how much they spent on professional photographers for photo shoots, albums, prints, and all kinds of things for senior pictures, and some for every event, I was stunned). The defendant mother trashes every picture, and stopped payment on the check for the senior photos. Photo shoot was $1200 + sales tax 8 1/4%, so a total of $1249.50. Photographer says all pictures in the album were selected by the daughter. Another photographer took the senior yearbook picture. Photographer was paid $250 deposit, and that's all she's getting, until JJ finds out some were posted online by the defendant mother. Now defendant mom gets the boot. JJ likes the digitals the defendant daughter received. Mother had posted the pictures on Facebook, and supposedly deleted them. This is a standard routine for senior pictures, lots of seniors have special photo shoots with private photographers for yearbook and other event photos, and the yearbook photos are by whoever the school contracts with for the yearbook photos. There was nothing wrong with the edited photos, and mother just wanted a bargain. The photo package prices are in line with what I've heard for professional pictures. Same as the photo arrays for pageants, modeling, and other photo shoots. Photography like this is a business, and can be lucrative if the photographer is a good artist, retouches well, and is a good salesperson. JJ should look at the prices they charge for Quinceaneara photo shoots from the big agencies in Miami, if she thinks the senior photo packages are expensive. Photographer keeps the $250 deposit, and $500 for the photo shoot, totals $750. Woman Terrified by Ex-Friend?! (Part 1, to be continued on tomorrow’s show)-Plaintiff Brian Kalenberg suing defendant Meghan Rettke for filing a false police report of harassment, threats and stalking, and attorney fees. Defendant received a temporary restraining order, but didn't show up for the hearing to change to a Permanent Restraining Order. Plaintiff claims former qcquaintance/defendant is 'allegedly' being seen in strange places with her married boss (who is her witness in court), Doug . Defendant filed for a protective order against plaintiff (I think defendant's ex single boyfriend roomed with plaintiff, was defendent's boyfriend, and she claims Jake stil lis her boyfriend). I wonder if they get a group discount for things?). Plaintiff claims she used the roommate Jake's key, (Jake is defendant's ex-boyfriend, who dumped her over the relationship with her married boss, Doug) to come in his house, and she assaulted and threatened him, and Doug was in the house too. Defendant claims Jake, the boyfriend, is back living with her. Plaintiff denies sending any threatening texts to defendant. There is no proof plaintiff sent threatening emails or texts. Defendant has no proof of any calls or texts by plaintiff, but she called him and it was blocked on his phone. There is no proof that plaintiff threatened her, or anything else. I really wonder if the defendant's witness' current wife saw this, and what she thinks, and if she's still his current wife? Defendant says she broke her ankle, could come to work (witness/boss testifies to this), but couldn't go to court for the hearing. (Continued on tomorrow's show. Sorry, it doesn't get any more normal. ).
  5. Another season starts Tueday, 7 May, and comes on after the new season of Derricos.
  6. This show is back again, on Tuesdays I think. They have another season of Outdaughtered too. They're showing next week, on Tuesday the 7th.
  7. Grapes are probably OK, just avoid the demon oranges. They're the road to Dr. Now's room 5. I'm guessing the WATN were filmed right after the original episodes, and are a few years old. So, I'm just going to say Season 7 WATN, unless the show site posts something else. So, Nathan is doing so well, and Amber weighs a whole lot more than he does, and she's barely losing. I wonder if their marriage will be able to withstand this?
  8. 1 May “No-Tell Motel” New, Season 10, Episode 135 (Savannah Admire vs. Reinard Pollmann and Joconda Nielson) From the show site: A mountain of evidence indicates the plaintiff was both a resident and an employee at a motel. The owners deny this, claiming her W-2 is fake and the emails from them are forged. So why do they claim the right to her Covid rent relief check and accuse the motel manager of stealing her wages? The plaintiff claims their business was a mess, just like their defense. Plaintiff/hotel employee suing defendant/ hotel owners for unpaid wages, and a Covid check they stole. Plaintiff says her witness and ex-boyfriend Brad Sullivan, can tell the court she was an employee. Plaintiff was paid $7,000 according to defendant Pollman, but she says she's owed $21,000 for her work and the check. Defendant Pollmann also says it wasn't an issue that her bathroom didn't work, and she could use the gas station bathroom across the street. Defendant Pollmann claims plaintiff was paid everything she was owed, and this is in spite of her W-2. Nielsen claims the W-2 is fake, and doesn't agree with hotle records. Plaintiff witness Brad Sullivan says defendants didn't keep up maintenance, such as unclogging the main toilet line, and didn't pay on schedule or in full. Pollman and Nielson keep claiming Brad Sullivan was stealing from them, and stealing plaintiff's money too. Plaintiff only stayed because she was in the middle of a custody battle for her kids, so she had to stay in a steady job. Nielson claims Brad hired people off the books, and didn't pay them. Pollmann's next excuse is they own so many motels they can't keep up with them, and then claims plaintiff wasn't an employee anyway. There is a video of the septic tanks being pumped into the storm drain, totally illegal. Defendant Pollmann denies this happened at the motel. Brad testifies that the septic system was failing, and tanks had to be pumped out every two weeks. Pollmann claims he's entitled to $50,000 in payment checks under Covid, that were paid to the landlord. However, he claims plaintiff wasn't a tenant. Defendant Nielson claims she paid plaintiff $7500 cash, which plaintiff denies. Plaintiff was a tenant as part of her employment and an employee. When plaintiff went to Boise to take custody of her kids, and when she was in Boise Pollmann threw half of her property out in the street for the trash pickup. Then, when plaintiff wanted the rest of her stuff, defendants refused to give it to her. All three judges slam the defendants and their ridiculous excuses. I hope the IRS, state labor board, and every other regulatory authority come down on defendants like a ton of bricks. Nielson claims she never said anything in her sworn statement, everything is a forgery, and everyone else is a thief, and they are victims. Even Corriero can't make excuses for defendants and their despicable behavior. Plaintiff receives $5,000, leaving her far short of what she's owed. “A Doggone Accident” Rerun, Season 10, Episode p. 45, 9 January 2024
  9. 30 April 4 p.m. episodes- p. 500, 1 October 2021 Children Fight Deceased Father's Soulmate! ; Email Scam and Slander? p. 504, 17 March 2022 Let's Do the Bad Math!; Contractor Scam?! 5 p.m. episodes- Nervy Son Sues Mother for Being Late- Plaintiff /so-called mother and grandmother Kathy Duckworth suing defendant/son Brett Clark for the balance on an unauthorized account, cell phone, and some other stuff. Plaintiff was late bringing back grandson, when she had been told the son and family had an appointment. Plaintiff bought phone in 2015 for son, and put him on her phone plan. Defendant also told plaintiff that he didn't want his son around a relative with a drinking problem. However, the grandmother did have the grandson around this drunk, and her defense is that she didn't take him around the person when the person was actually drinking. The defendant wife was going to take the child to the movies with them, and the plaintiff was over 15 minutes late. I bet stopping to get the grandson a Blizzard was to ruin grandson's appetite. Also, grandmother was told to get grandson back by 1:00 p.m. at the latest, making the grandson, and child's mother late for the movie (movie was at the mall right before Christmas). I bet the grandson would have been very disappointed to miss the movie too. JJ keeps whining about how the mother took care of her son, I'm guessing she didn't. Not everyone is a decent parent. Plaintiff also claimed she didn't have grandkid around a drunken relative, but did when the person wasn't drinking at the time, that's not protecting the grandkid. I question why the defendant was foolish enough to try to reconnect with her. I suspect letting the plaintiff back into his life was a mistake for the defendant, and my guess is that it's been remedied by now. I also suspect the mention by Granny Dearest about the drunk relative not being around the grandkid 'when the person was drinking' was another passive-aggressive shot at the parents. Also, I think there was nothing accidental about bringing the child home late, so it would ruin the movie plans for the (almost) daughter-in-law. Grandma's comment about the son and girlfriend/wife not marrying was a low blow, and nasty as hell. $282 to plaintiff for phone bill. Baby Daddy Blues-Plaintiff/ SSMOT (Sainted Single Mother of Two with defendant) Rose Bills bought a car with defendant /ex Carlos Castro for car note costs. (they have two kids together, and he's moved on to a wife, and three kids), Defendant paid on note for three years, then they broke up, and he turned he car back in to the loan company. Defendant claims nothing was owed on the car, but plaintiff has a bill from collections, and the loan company for $7,458. When you turn a car back to the loan company, they send it to auction, and whatever the shortfall is on the loan, the former owner owes. JJ's solution was for plaintiff to give social security number, address, and employer to loan and collection company, and tell them to go after ex-boyfriend. Pit Bull's Eye Poked Out! -Plaintiff/dog owner Wesley Schultz and girlfriend Leah Conner suing defendant / Pit owner Angela Zamora for vet bills from a dog attack. Plaintiff's dog was attacked by pit bull, he was hitting the Pit, and poked it in the eye to make it let go of his dog's leg (This is 29 Palms, and plaintiff is a Marine). Defendant is the adult daughter (37 years old) living with dad, Roger Crane, and has the pit bull. Plaintiff was walking his dog at noon on a leash, saw the pit in the fenced yard, and then dog breaks out of the gate which was only secured by a bunji cord. JJ is distressed by allegations from defendant daughter, in her written statement. Pit charges plaintiff, and bit man on his arm, and pit latched onto plaintiff's dog's leg. A neighbor gave shelter in his yard to plaintiff and his injured dog. Defendant father has sign on his gate saying "Bad Ass Dog on Duty" (something is wrong with defendant father). Defendant denies plaintiff asked for vet bills, and (plaintiff mutters "Tweaker", and no one says a word to him about it). Pit was quarantined, because they didn't have shot records or rabies vaccination. Defendant claims plaintiff, and his dog came onto her yard inside the gate, and attack was all his fault. Defendant claims plaintiff viciously attacked her and her dog without provocation. Defendant daughter claims plaintiff demanded sexual favors from her to drop this case, and the vet bills. (As plaintiff puts it, he wouldn't touch her with a ten-foot pole). She also claims plaintiff's dog runs loose constantly, and his dog was off leash. Defendant claims she had no vet bills because "she pushed her dog's eye back in with her finger". There is zero proof of anything defendant claims, no police report from her either. She claims five days later she was babysitting to her babysitting job, fell off and claims plaintiff demanded money from her. (who on earth would let this woman near their baby?). Defendant claims it's just prejudice against pit bulls. The defendant daughter was wild, and ranting that being against pits is racism. Her father was totally out of touch with reality, and he seemed more compromised than she does. Plaintiff girlfriend says defendant is lying when she says she doesn't know where they live, because she skateboards past their house every day. JJ reads the sad Grandpa letter for the 4 millionth time. I had to mute it. Plaintiff $700 for vet bills. Defendant and her father are out of control in the hall-terview. (Every time I see this case, I thank heaven that I didn't apply for that job at 29 Palms my so-called friend told me about. When I asked the Marines at work about the job, and living there, they were horrified I would even consider living in that town. I really wasn't thinking of moving, but it was cute seeing their reactions). Outrageous Roommate-Plaintiff Varsha Vuyyuru suing defendant/former tenant Elif Girismen because former sublet for was getting two months free rent, then says defendant didn't pay rent for four months instead of two, and swears plaintiff begged her to stay without paying rent. Plaintiff is suing for rent, towing fees, and other stuff. Defendant only has a part time job, never paid rent, and the new roommate was left the expired parking permit by the defendant when she finally moved. $912 to plaintiff.
  10. My understanding is all of the judge shows by that production company are the same, scripted, paid actors, etc. They produce every single TV judge show except the three by Judge Judy's company. I watched the window rotor case, and it was hysterical, I love plaintiff was awarded $20.
  11. I'm so worried about the mother's behavior. It reminds me of the horrible relationship of Sean and his mother from My 600 lb. Life. She drove the husband away also, and Sean never had a chance. That was so sad, and I'm hoping Tommy can escape Sean's sad fate.
  12. Yes, it's in Candid Reality. I'll try to post a link, but if it doesn't work, scroll down to the Recently Added Section and it's in the list. Don't know if the link will work, since I suck at computer stuff.
  13. When I think of producer shenanigans, I think back to Jaleesa winning her season. That stunned me. And I can see the manipulations when a competitor with a more compelling story is kept over other chefs who seem to be putting out a better product. One week it seems to be flavor and creativity over decorating, and the next week it's reversed. I'm looking forward to the stained glass challenge for next week, and see who gets the title.
  14. 30 April “Knock Knock Zoom” New, Season 10, Episode 134 (Stephen Archie and Imani Warrick-Archie vs. Lashunda Curry) From the show site: A couple was startled at home when their front door was suddenly kicked in! Once their adrenaline subsided, they reviewed home security footage to find three boys playing a rough game of ding-dong-ditch. The neighbor the boys were visiting denies responsibility since her son wasn't the "kicker." Are the plaintiffs suing the right person? Plaintiffs suing defendant/mother of little criminal for her son kicking in their door. Son was with other kids that were visiting, and mother claims since her son wasn’t the door kicker, she’s not responsible. However, since defendant was hosting the boys, they are her responsibility to supervise, and that makes it her bill. I hope plaintiffs filed a criminal report since they have the video footage. Suing for $767, which is half the cost of defendant's son and his guest breaking the door in. There were three closest to the camera, but several others in the group. Defendant says the three visitors and her son didn't admit they did it, and she claims she knows someone who would fix the door for $100. Defendant claims she recognizes the boys from around the neighborhood. Police made a report, and looked at the video footage, and police went to defendant's house about the damages. Those kids are lucky they aren't dead. The brat kids were wandering the neighborhood, harassing neighbors by playing Knock, Knock, Zoom aka Ding Dong Ditch. One of the destructive brats is defendant's nephew. Kids are lucky no one shot them as home invaders. The first kid closest to the door is defendant's son. Defendant is claiming her son did nothing, and also claims the door looks like it was repaired previously. It's obvious defendant's son was the first one by the door. Plaintiffs actually replaced the original door with a cheaper door, so the $757 for half of the cost is very reasonable. Tewolde says another kid has his leg raised to kick, but that kid was still a guest of defendant. Judge Juarez is wrong, HOA rules say homeowners are responsible for their guests actions and damages, and that's the rule when you move into a HOA community. Stockbridge, GA is where this happened. Judges award plaintiffs $767. “Rental Case” Rerun, Season 10, Episode p. 45, 16 January 2024
  15. The Southwest houses are epic in their uglyness. The Texas house need wallpaper ripped down everywhere, panel drywalled over, doors replaced, and the carpet needs to be nuked from space. The bathroom with the wood bars needs to be gutted. The kitchen is hideous, and barely usable. Sedalia Colorado-looks nice from the outside, but the homeowners are standing on the roof, it has foot high grass and weeds on it. Very industrial looking. Kitchen and stove don't work in the small bar kitchen, living room is strange, saltillo tiles, and smooth concrete, lots of sliced brick accents, the main kitchen is very rustic, with rope accents on the cabinest. Main bedroom is purple, with more brick accents and a cowhide closet doors (not fake cowhide but real). Ensuite is no door, and really strange, with a mountain outline shower door, and the bathroom sink is a metal wash tub, with barbed wire decor. Jefferson Colorado-at almost 10,000 ft. House is stucco, two story, very plain outside. Living room has 3" thick red shag carpet, Lots of ugly wallpaper. Heather bought the house for the view. Shag carpet everywhere, lots of wood panelling, bad tile in the bathrooms, ugly chandeliers, orange tile in kitchen on floor and backsplash is awful. The counter dishwasher is sitting on top of a woodstove. Bathoom is a mosaic of blue tiles, on every surface, the bathroom is a steam room with a tiled pipe. Windows are a bizarre three panes. Stairs have red shag carpet, with treads too narrow for adult feet, and no railing on the dangerous side. Boys bedroom is a stage coach with three bunks in it, they'll soon outgrow it, closet is small and has three stairs in it. The main bedroom is green shag carpet, and everything is green in the room. The view is lovely, the house is horrible. Good luck getting contractors to work at this altitude. Winner is: Texas wins. That house could be done for $150,000 in my opinion.
  16. I love that during the Alex and Nickey bake off, Robert and Steven are saying it's so hard not being able to help them. I think Nickey's Key Lime dessert looks messy. Alex did have issues with the crown around his dessert, Nancy and Duff have criticisms. Alex's looks yummy, in spite of the cream coming out the bottom of the chocolate swirl on his Tiramisu. So sad to see Alex go. Alex did great work almost every week. So, Robert, Steven, and Nickey. They are to use a favorite dessert of the judges, and put their own spin on it. Robert's looks nice, cookie linzers with pistachios. I think it's a little messy looking. They criticize the guava jelly thickness. Steven's take on Lemon Lime soda Bundt cake is now Madeleines with lemon-lime glaze. It looks lovely. Nancy says not enough filling. Nickey's Tea Cake Cookies for Duff. Rock Cake Tea Cookies shaped like Tulips. The icing is thick, but gloppy looking. Nancy says it looks like Christmas with the icing. Congratulations to all three finalists. Next week is the final challenge. It looks amazing from the previews.
  17. 29 April 4 p.m. episodes- p. 500, 28 September 2021 The Truck that Got Away! ; Convicted Felon Takes on Lawyer!" p. 504, 17 March 2022 Single Woman Snafu!; My Sister the Moocher? 5 p.m. episodes- Vigilante Boutique Thief Caught on Tape-Plaintiff boutique owner Crystal Lerma suing former employee Kiara Creer for coming into boutique, and stealing merchandise. The theft was all caught on tape. Defendant payment was $10 an hour, and two outfits a month, but claims she was never paid anything. After defendant left the plaintiff's employment, plaintiff claims defendant came in the store after hours, and stole merchandise. Plaintiff pressed charges, and her vehicle was impounded as part of the criminal investigation. No criminal charges were filed, and defendant wants attorney fees, etc. Plaintiff said she tried to pay defendant $400, and defendant refused to accept it. Plaintiff said she knew she owed the defendant, so plaintiff took a part time job to make money to pay defendant. $608 to defendant for unpaid wages. After plaintiff delayed payment another week (for her pay day), plaintiff claims defendant stole a lot of clothing, and it's all on video. Plaintiff witness, her landlord, testifies she accidentally erased about half of the tape, and JJ won't let witness testify about the contents of the tape that she erased. Counterclaim of defendant dismissed (there goes her $608). JJ's staff will printout receipts from plaintiff for items shown defendant stealing on the video, so plaintiff can be paid for the lost items. Plaintiff receives money for her merchandise, $1,000, and keeps the $608 she owed the defendant for wages. Landlord's Legal Troubles Plaintiff /former tenant Amy Copeland is suing defendant/property manager Joseph Schneckenberger for posting a false eviction action on her credit report, she's suing for $5,000. Property manager denies having an inappropriate relationship with his ex-wife's divorce attorney too. The attorney who represents the defendant's ex-wife is also the plaintiff's child's father's attorney in a current custody case. About the same time the custody fight started, the eviction was posted on plaintiff's credit report. It gets really interesting, when defendant blurts out he did not have sexual relations with his wife's attorney, who represents the plaintiff's ex in the custody battle. (The Yelp reviews on this property management company are all 1 stars). Plaintiff claims she had to move out of apartment after another tenant attacked her, and she and her son moved out immediately. Plaintiff is suing ex landlord for putting a bogus eviction on her credit report after she moved out. Eviction happened in 2012 through 2013, and started after she moved to a shelter, and had a protective order, and police report to show the property manager. . Other tenant was ultimately convicted, and sentenced to prison for the assault, after plaintiff was evicted. Defendant placed the eviction information on the plaintiff's credit record only recently (six years later), and plaintiff now has trouble renting apartments. Plaintiff gets $5,000.
  18. 29 April “A Dog Walks into a Bar” New, Season 10, Episode 133 (Sueli Paulsen vs. Lester "I.V." Miller IV) From the show site: A dog-friendly bar was the sight of an UN-friendly spat between a Great Dane and a Cocker Spaniel. The Great Dane's owner claims he did everything right, and the Cocker Spaniel was unleashed. The Cocker Spaniel's owner says that's impossible because her pet sitter is "very sweet and loves dogs." But she wasn't there, so how does she plan to prove her case Plaintiff /cocker spaniel owner suing defendant / Great Dane owner for vert bills. Defendant says Cocker was the aggressor, and off-leash, and his dog was on-leash, so he doesn't want to pay anything. Plaintiff wasn't present at the dog fight, and still claims her dog sitter, and her dog weren't at fault. She's suing for $3700 for vet bills, and lost wages. Defendant claims dog sitter was negligent, plaintiff's dog was off-leash and wandering the bar. Great Dane is 185 lbs, and Cocker is 24 lbs. The Great Dane died a couple of months after this incident, he was only 3 years-old. Defendant used the shock collar during the fight. Defendant sat 50' away from the little dog, but then he noticed the small dog wandering loose. Defendant offered to pay $1,000 for vet bills, but plaintiff wants $2700 more. Plaintiff claims dog sitter (dog sitter is not in communication with plaintiff) says defendant's dog attacked. My guess is the 185 lb. dog would have chewed the plaintiff's dog to pieces. (I wouldn't give plaintiff a penny, no one saw the fight, and the only eyewitness is gone.) Tewolde has issues since the pet sitter is unavailable, she believes the defendant. Corriero says defendant isn't responsible, but pet sitter is liable, but unavailable. Juarez points out NY has a one bite rule, unless you know dog is vicious. Tewolde and Corriero agree to give plaintiff $1,000. Juarez say not a penny. “You Win Some, You Cruise Some” Rerun, Season 10, Episode p. 45, 15 January 2024
  19. Doesn't she also have the post pregnancy abdominal muscle issue that needs to be fixed?
  20. Wasn't Alexei some kind of paramedic or something similar in Israel? Of course, it's different with a patient you're close to. I was so glad when I had my only surgery last year, they removed the JP drain right before I left the hospital, I was very nervous about going home with it. One of my nurses said even though she's been a nurse for a lot of years, that when she had surgery and had two drains, it bothered her.
  21. "Sisters Know Best" New, 4/28/2024. From Titan TV: Ben and Erin help a young woman searching for a modern, moody retreat in Laurel, where she and her six sisters grew up and where she hopes to find a place where they can all come together for wine nights. Shelley Jones and her six sisters grew up in Laurel, now she wants to have a home with wine nights for the siblings. She works for Jones County EDA (Economic Development Agency.) Budget is $225,000. She likes bold colors. Shelley is taking two sisters with her to see the house. Harrell House-3 bed, 2 bath, 1500 sq ft, $80,000. Screened porch on front. House apparently comes with a cat, and Erin notes that the cat has been around for every viewing of the house. I knew the house looked familiar. Sheet rock over the paneling. One sister wants to paint the paneling. They will have to put in central air and heat, and foundation repairs. Dining room needs sheet rock and a light. Kitchen is awful, except for the drain board sink, that will be transformed with enamel work. Erin suggests a bigger cased opening, banquette seating, all new custom cabinetry, with lots of pattern and color the homeowner loves. Laundry room adjoins a great sun room. $120, 000 renovations, purchase $80,000, and total of $200,000. Boteler House-all brick, 2 bed, 2 bath, 1593 sq ft., $160,000 price. The neighborhood dog comes along to the viewing. Nice living room, hardwood floors. kitchen is big, but tight. Erin would change everything in the kitchen, all new cabinets, peninsula with seating. Back patio is great, covered, with access from several sets of french doors. Laundry is off the back porch, that will be moved to the front coat closet. Total price is $240,000 (I think). Shelley chooses the Boteler House for the huge covered back patio. (I would have passed on the Harrell House, because of the foundation issue). They find wood floors under the awful sheet vinyl floors. Ben will build ah L-shaped day bed with a Chippendale rail, just like the front porch rail. Ben, Josh and Jim go to Shelley's family tractor service to get parts for a wine cabinet. Cabinet pulls will be off of a tractor, from the tractor parts yard the father has next to the business. The tractor name will be cut out, put into a cabinet top, and epoxy over it, with the tractor parts being the cabinet pulls. The interior paint is medium green. Countertops are a white quartz, with dark green/teal cabinets, with v-groove for the backsplash, stained medium oak. I love the scenes of Laurel and the countryside they show, the B roll I think they call it. The wallpaper in the entry is beautiful. The dining light is either feathers or leaves, in metal. They mounted backets on the back patio, to put up curtains to shield them from the sun in the afternoons. Ben's wine cabinet is fantastic. Erin and Laura (Shelley's sister) water colors are beautiful. I love the green shutters and exterior trim. The foyer wallpaper looks wonderful. The stacked washer/dryer in the launtry room looks so much better than going outside for laundry. The painted ceiling darker than the usual white compliments the green walls. The wine cabinet that Ben and Shelly's father Vic made is beautiful. I love the new kitchen. I like the quartz behind the stove, under the vent hood, and the kitchen color is beautiful. The covered patio is beautiful with the curtains. Ben's daybed L shaped sofa with the Chippendale trim is fantastic. House was $225000 all in. (They've shown the Harrell house several times over the years, I hope someone buys and remodels it.)
  22. If a couple doesn't have issues, they make them up for the storyline. Lauren and Alexei seem very well suited for each other, and their family is complete, so they just need to enjoy their family, and and grow together. Alexei is one who always had great jobs when he was legally allowed to work. So few of the fiances have a work ethic, and Alexei always has.
  23. I added the date to the title. There is only listings saying WATN Season 7, and it's really Season 9. I suspect the WATN were filmed immediately after their first season.
  24. The two first parts of Triple Play on Friday night's show were epic. They're showing them on the rerun right now. (4 to 7 pm Central).
