  1. 14 May-“You Ruined My Perfect Reputation” 11/29/2019, Season 23 / Episode 55 (No source describes the cases) Case 1-P suing D. for training her French Bulldog, but not doing the work, and she wants her money back. Suing for $2142. P. paid $1142 for the training, and d. promised to train the dog in his home, including lifetime support. DOg was only there for a one week stay at d.'s house. P. claims d. put a shock collar on her dog, and claims d. wanted her to drive him around, and she claims he reeked of alcohol. D. is suing for $2500, for defamation. D. has a suspended license, for speeding, six unpaid tickets, and he had an injured leg too. He says p. refused to come to his home for training the owner to work with the dog. P. claims d. was drunk, talked about having a sex act just performed on him, and other bizarre claims. We all had to suffer through Judge M saying she never used a shock collar on her dog, how her dog loves her more than anyone else, but then says shock collars are a useful training tool, unless you're Judge M's dog. P. claims she couldn't take her kids to d's house, because of the guns and weed laying around, and d. being drunk, but she left the dog with d. anyway for 4 days. P. also sent "laughting" emoji to answer a FB group message from d. she claims offended her, and it sounds pretty nasty. D. is not getting defamation, no proof of where or what p. posted, and that he lost clients. P. also didn't go to any sessions to learn how to training the dog to keep the learning going correctly. Judge M says p. is impatient. P. has to be consistent with the dog housebreaking and other training. Plaintiff gets $571, and that's all. Case 2-P. is suing d/ex for not returning his belongings, and paying him back on their mutual apartment, suing for $5,000. D. says they split the bills 3 ways when her boyfriend lived with them for a short time. D. is suing for $931 for unpaid rent and utilities. However, d. illegally locked p. out, and Judge M yells at her for bypassing the eviction process for that. D. claims p. moved out without notice, and refused to pay rent or utilities. One day the plaintiff came home from work and all of his clothes and his dresser were out in the apartment hallway, and the locks were changed. Judge M goes through all of the bills, and won't pay after the illegal lockout. Judge M orders that p. can pick up his TV's and other items d. kept. He gets money for renting two U-Hauls. Plaintiff gets $284, and his property back. (Tomorrow restarts Season 23 with episode 1, however lots of shows were preempted for a few weeks then).
  2. 14 May “Two of a Kind” New, Season 11, Episode 137 (Vickie Grabowski vs. Lisa Hamilton) From the show site: The plaintiff says she lent the defendant money with the promise of repayment from the defendant's cruise gambling winnings; the defendant insists that the plaintiff owes her for hair services and accuses her of defamation. Plaintiff Vickie Grabowski loaned defendant Lisa Hamilton money to be repaid out of defendant’s gambling winnings on their cruise. Suing for $5,000. Defendant says she owes p. nothing, and that plaintiff never repaid her for her services. Defendant says she's been doing plaintiff's hair for free for years, and that makes the plaintiff even for the loan. Plaintiff loaned $1400, plus $138 separately. Plaintiff says for eight months after the cruise she financed defendant's bills, including $3,000 to get off of another cruise ship, because defendant owed the ship a gambling debt. Defendant claims the last cruise money came from a transfer from her ex to plaintiff to give to her. Defendant witness Susan Johnson claims that defendant's ex gives defendant money via friends because he doesn't have a debit card. D. claims John owns a casino, but has no debit cards? Defendant is suing plaintiff for $5,000 for haircuts and color that she did for plaintiff over the years. When asked for texts from her ex, John, defendant doesn't have any. Plaintiff receives $5,000 for the unpaid loans. Defendant case dismissed. “Dear Sis, I Hit a Deer” Rerun, Season 11, Episode 19 p. 51, 3 October 2024

  4. 13 May “Daddy Dearest” New, Season 11, Episode 136 (Tynoah Thomas vs. Tynicia Thomas and Derek Whitner) From the show site: The plaintiff lent money to his daughter and her husband but received only partial repayment before being blocked; they acknowledge the loan but say he harassed them and insist they owe nothing. Plaintiff/father Tynoah Thomas suing defendants /(daughter) Tynicia Thomas and Derek Whiner (husband) for repayment of a loan. Suing for $5,000. Defendant daughter says she owes nothing, and father harassed her. Daughter says loan doesn't account for everything she's done for father, and says she owes him nothing. Daughter also says plaintiff is suing the other sisters too. P. says he loaned daughter money before and she always paid it back. Loan was $830, plus $1800 to son-in-law, and another $1,000, so $3030 total, because they repaid $600. Daughter and husband were evicted, so part was to help them move. P. says they only repaid him $600. Judges remove the interest. Plaintiff receives $3030 only for the loans. The defendants repaid $600. “Up in Vapes” Rerun, Season 11, Episode 72 p. 54, 22 January 2025
  5. 13 May--“My Neighbors Spy on Me” 11/ 28/2019, Season 23 / Episode 54 Cases-Nosy Neighbors - Holding On To Security - Not Caring Enough Case 1-Nosy Neighbors-P. says neighbors spy on him, and call him a terrorist, and wants $5,000 for wall repairs. D's say wall is cracked because of age, say they don't care about neighbor, and he harassess them. P. claims d.s have harassed him from the first day he moved in. He says he was jogging, and Diana chases him with her dog, with dog on a leash, but admits dog never touched him. Another day p. says husband chased him with the dog too. Decision is made to build a joint cinder block wall on the property line, and p. is suing for damages to the wall from D. husband taking the mortar between the blocks so he could spy on plaintiff. THe picture shows missing mortar, and cracked cinder blocks, repointing the mortar would fix the fence. My sympathies are with the defendants, because p. sounds like a paranoid PITA. D. husband says the wall settled since 2014, so the cracks happened. THe next year d.s received a lawyer's letter threatening to sue them because p. is blaming everything on the contractor d. hired to build the wall. Judge M tells d's to watch Youtube videos to see how to repoint the wall, and do it themselves. Why would white supremacists move to Little Manila like the p. says of the defendants? Plaintiff case dismissed because it's ridiculous. Case 2-Holding Onto Security-P. suing d. /landlord for return of her $3,000 security deposit. D. says plaintiff and her kids destroyed the apartment, and he's suing for damages above the $3,000 security deposits. $2354. As always, Judge M demands the landlord prove he could enter the apartment. She's suing for one month rent back $1500, and $1500 security. After moveout she left furniture on the porch, and some furniture inside the rental after she moved out. Landlord says his property manager/sister received a text saying 'we moved out from p.' Landlord will now get slammed by the judge, but since the show pays the award, landlord won't lose a penny. There are huge stickers on the fridge that won't come off without removing the paint from the doors. (My guess, d. will have to give the rent back, and maybe the security). Plaintiff husband apparently has no knowledge of anything. P. wife knows nothing about the horribly stained rugs. The carpets look like garbage. P. wife's video is awful marks on the wall. Apparently they played pinata with the hanging porch light, and trashed the one in the back yard. P. gets $750 rent back, plus $474, $1,224 to despicable plaintiffs. Case 3-Not Caring Enough-P. suing d. for her Husky getting a large hole in her paw while at d.s doggy daycare. $4,000 for vet bills. D. says dog had a small cut, not a big hole. Plaintiff says the hole took seven stitches to close, and the entire leg is bandaged. Because p. signed the waiver in the contract, no vet bills. Defendant wins.
  6. My guess is she picks the flavors for her dessert, and assigns Mary-Frances and Lisa's flavors which will be awful. My conspiracy theory is they eliminated Corey to preserve their picks of Priya and Mary-Frances, plus Lisa. Raveena will be eliminated. Raveena was weaker and Corey could have won so, they eliminated him over Raveena. Now they'll oust Raveena no matter what Mary-Frances does. I think it will be like the winner of Halloween where the winner's dessert was bizarre, and a white box, that won over others who actually did a decorated product that made sense.
  7. 12 May “Truck Off” New, Season 11, Episode 135 (Ryan Dalton vs. Kennedy Hamilton) From the show site: The plaintiff says his son eagerly paid a deposit for a truck but later requested half of it back; the defendant contends that the son bought the truck then got cold feet, throwing a wrench into her plans to buy a new truck. Plaintiff/father Ryan Dalton suing defendant /seller Kennedy Hamilton for the deposit on a truck son paid for plaintiff. Plaintiff says son, Ashton, was glad to pay the deposit, but later got cold feet, and that ruined his chances to buy a new truck for himself. Suing for $1,000 for return of the deposit. Ashton changed his mind after father made the deposit but father wants deposit anyway. Defendant says son wanting half of the deposit back ruined her chance to buy a new truck. She says truck deposit was nonrefundable. Son says truck didn't match the pictures on Facebook Marketplace, the mileage worried him. Truck was a 2008. Son is now 17, was 16 at the time of the truck sale. Agreed via phone for $14,000. Deposit was to hold 'as is' truck for 48 hours. Ashton claims he didn't tell defendant he didn't want the truck. Defendant says she didn't know son was 16, and she talked to father about the sale. Then, 24 hours later in the deposit period, father called defendant. and said son wasn't interested in the truck and wanted the deposit back, and then father wanted half the deposit back. Plaintiff claims listing wasn't taken off of FB Marketplace for hours after he told defendant son didn't want the truck. Corriero brings up minor can't make a contract. But defendant was dealing with the father, so what's his excuse? Ashton keeps says he never said he wanted the truck. Judge Juarez also reams defendant out for marking truck as sold on FB Marketplace. Father and son deny son didn't want the truck. Judge Juarez asks why truck listing was removed after 24 hours, not 48 hours, and why defendant didn't list it longer. Another interested party contacted d. about the truck. She didn't sell the truck until the next month. Corriero sides with plaintiffs, and wants to give $500 to them. Judges Juarez and Tewolde say deposit was nonrefundable. Juarez says contract was between father and defendant, not the underage son. Nothing to plaintiffs. “Doodle Days” Rerun, Season 11, Episode 73 p. 54, 23 January 2025

  9. I like Lisa's desserts too. However, I suspect Mary-Frances and Priya are getting the winner edit, and I bet it will be Mary-Frances. Just like the woman who had the panic attack came back to win in Season 8, Jaleesa
  10. Kevin might have asked the face yoga woman about her business, but it didn't air. I've read the actual pitches and filming take a lot longer than what's shown. I think Cricket only came on the show because she thought someone would take over the business operations and leave creating kits and doing parties to her. She also used appearing on Shark Tank for publicity for kit sales, and party bookings.
  11. S11.E010 “The Road to the Finale” New, 5/12/2025 Host Jesse Palmer challenges the final four bakers to make a Parisian café favorite, a strawberry fraisier cake, that makes a bold statement in flavor and design. The top two bakers automatically move on to the final bake, and the bottom two have a bake-off, making one item that could "fix everything" and has a significant personal story. Final Four Bakers: Priya -Calgary, Alberta Her chocolate desserts are beautiful. Chocolatier and pastry chef (Says she looks like Mindy Kaling) Raveena Oberol-Vancouver, B.C. (Judge on Wall of Bakers) Made her own wedding cake, opened first storefront at 22. Lisa -Boston. Catering company chef. Mary-Frances-Calgary, Alberta. Culinary instructor. Preheat Challenge: Strewberry Fraisier cake. Top two move to the finale, bottom two bake off for the remaining spot. The top two bakers automatically move on to the final bake. The personal stories are getting irritating, and Jesse narrating this like it's the Super Bowl is not helping either. Priya's looks nice. I personally don't like the sugar coated strawberries on top, and the sides are bowing. Taste is good. Duff doesn't taste the rose. Nancy says not enough flavor. Lisa's is really lovely. Judges say cake appearance is perfect. Taste is perfect. Raveena's is pretty. Duff criticizes the pastry creme appearance. Taste is nice, but Nancy says no cardamon taste. Mary-Frances's looks nice, but I don't like the square shape. Judges like the appearance. Taste is good. Kardea and Nancy say creme is too thick. Top Two who go to the finale: Priya and Lisa Priya wins, and gets the final advantage. Bake-off Challenge: the bottom two have a bake-off, making one item that could "fix everything" and has a significant personal story Bottom Two: Raveena and Mary-Frances Raveena-Looks great. Taste is OK, but didn't like the nuts. Mary-Frances-Looks great also. Pavlovas are cracking.Taste is good. Duff says underdone. Eliminated: They're trying to force us to watch the finale, they don't announce who's eliminated.
  12. I was surprised that the house was only listed 30 days ago. And it's still on the market. I bet they were hoping the airing would lead to a full price sale. 960 sq ft for that price is mind boggling. This will definitely be a flop. With more carrying costs, and any credits or reductions, they're not making money.
  13. Cricket was awful, Claiming 'I don't do numbers', and proving it was a great way to turn the Sharks off, she would be a nightmare to work with. She needed to bring in an outside manager who would follow the plan Mark outlined about expanding. The Mirai woman was entertaining, but not good either. I still feel insulted about the over 40 stench she claims we all have. She can stuff her persimmon stuff where the sun don't shine, along with her face yoga.

  15. S8.E19 "Darlin' Cottage" new, 5/11/2025 "Ben and Erin design an artist's cottage for a former corporate exec and interior designer. The Napiers create museum-quality spaces with textured whites to showcase her art collection, and take on the challenge of designing two separate kitchens." Mundise Mortimer. is an interior designer, and Erin is worried about designing a house for her. Mundise is an artist, moving back to Laurel near where her sister, Malorise, lives two hours away. House 1-The Bonney House, 2 bed 2 bath 1600, $250,000. Cute rambler style. Erin's color paletter for the exterior is lovely, with a canvas striped awning over the porch. Interior, is nice, with lovely oak floors, and a huge fireplace. Erin says do museum white interior, to show off Mundise's art collection. Mundise wants to do a scullery kitchen, the messy kitchen, and the regular kitchen. Regular or hangout kitchen goes in where the dining room was, with a big island with seating. Old kitchen is small and does the scullery for dirty dishes and prep work. Scullery has another sink, fridge, oven, and for preping food. Another bonus room will be the art studio. Backyard is kind of big for city yards, but big enough for gardening, and entertaining. Ben will do builtins for the studio, and could doube for a dinner table. $365,000 all in with rehab. House 2-Geer House, 4 bed 2 bath 2,000 $300,000. Adorable house. Erin wants to save money by not painting the entire exterior, just the trim and door. Right across from a park. Interior has lovely wood floors. Museum white for art work display. Current kitchen will become the scullery kitchen, and dining will become the entertaining kitchen with an island with seating and a down draft vent for the stove. Nice screened in porch. Scullery will have a fridge, dishwasher, oven. Sunporch will become the studio, and dining table. All in price is $400,000, but a much bigger house. She'll have to do the bedrooms later. Mundise picked House #1, the Bonney House. She liked the layout of the house, and the scullery and entertaining kitchen. This house is also $365,000 so $35,000 cheaper than the Geer House. Ben's building a dining room/art studio table, counter height table on wheels, with a moving box for storing art that will nest under the main table. He also constructs built-in storage for Mundise's art work. Erin meets with the Lauren Rogers Museum of Art director, George Bassey, to find the best wall color. The art director went to college with Mundise. The paint will have variations in finish, semigloss, high gloss, eggshell, and satin. Everything is white, cabinets, countertops, walls. island is a medium wood. MIke the flooring guru is back! Canvas front awning had to be custom ordered, to get one without a scallop. The frame and awning canvas aren't fitting together. They have to cut the frame down, and it works. Ben's going to make tall wooden pedestals for the pottery collection. Mundise is so thrilled with the house exterior, and especially the awning. The fireplace color is perfect, and the added built-ins are lovely. The two kitchens are perfect, and the art/dining room is so perfect for Mundise. I like the scullery kitchen has a big one bowl sink, but isn't an apron sink. Mike did a lovely job patching in the small area that needed more flooring. Mundise bought the house for a cheaper price so all in it was $325,000.
  16. S6.E05, In LIving Color, new, 5/10/2025 (or since it's in Canada, should it be In Living Colour?) "A couple has a cottage that's never been updated. Now looking to earn extra income, they're looking to contractor Scott McGillivray and designer Debra Salmoni to transform their outdated property into a vibrant, pet-friendly vacation rental." Marie and Leonard haven't updated the cottage in 20 years. This is going to be scary when they tear into the walls. Cottage near a lake, can rent year round. Big cottage though. It will be pet friendly. Current house is Scott wants to establish the main entrance. unfinished mechanical room basement entrance, with lower level is family room, with a bar, two tiny bunk rooms, and a storage room, plus a bathroom. Main level has kitchen/dining, living room. All three are a wreck, with a sunroom. Decent size living room, no deck. Main bedroom is strange, bunkroom is shabby, and another bedroom, plus a strange bath. Sunroom has an entrance to the deck, and deck is failing. Quite a walk to the lake and dock. Dock is falling apart too. It will take making a main entrance, change the siding, fix the basement level into one suite, fix the bunkroom, add a dog wash, fix the family room, change the stairs the other way. Upstairs add an ensuite for the main bath. Update the fireplace. change the deck to wrap around. Add a sauna and cold plunge outside, and fix up the dock and features at the lakeside. Scott actually called the cottage "Whimsical Woodlands". They're changing the bedrooms into a better layout, and getting rid of the tiny bunkrooms downstairs. . Gut the kitchen. Have one bedroom with a bath downstairs. Debra wants to add better colors pink, yellow, light blue, medium blue. Kitchen will be U-shaped. Bedrooms will be changed to a better size on the main floor, and ensuite for the main. They tow the dock across the frozen lake, it will have a fire pit on the dock. The new deck will be much bigger, structurally sound. The lake waterfront is so beautiful when everything thaws out. They're going to string 1,700 feet of lights from the house to the dock. Scott suggests a guest book, and to take a photo of the guest entries to post on their cottage website. Finished cabin is beautiful, and will be such a great experience for the family and for guests.
  17. 9 May “Trickle Down Effect” New, Season 11, Episode 134 (Richard Cansino vs. Tracey Gorin) From the show site: The plaintiff says the defendant's toilet leaked, causing mold and water damage to his condo; the defendant says the overflow was due to a larger plumbing system issue, and the plaintiff should be suing the HOA instead. Plaintiff Richard Cansino suing defendant Tracey Gorin for mold and water damages to his condo from a leaking toilet in her condo. Suing for $5,000. Plaintiff rented his condo to a tenant, and that tenant moved out because of the leak and subsequent issues from the leak. Defendant says toilet issue was due to a bigger plumbing issue, and plaintiff should be suing the HOA. Defendant says she had issues with her condo's plumbing, and it was fixed. She claims the plumbing malfunctioned when the condo residents above her flushed their toilet. Plumber said defendant's toilet was the problem, not the residents above her. A second leak was from defective window caulking that leaked during a storm. Later plaintiff's tenant threatened to sue him and he settled for $7500, half paid by the HOA, and he wasn't the other half from defendant and repair costs. Judge Juarez wants to see the proof of defendant causing the water damages. I'm confused, plaintiff claims he could only claim damages from one of the two leaks on his insurance, so he claimed mold remediation and damages from the first leak from defendant's condo. I think plaintiff is odd, but defendant claiming a phantom toilet leak on the unit above hers was the issue, but fixing defendant's toilet clog fixed the plumbing issue. I think defendant's plumbing issues caused the water damages, and subsequent mold issues. Plaintiff gets $1,000 for his deductible, and half of the mold remediation, so $2,975. Corriero dissents on the defendant's side as always. (From other shows, HOA responsibilities depend on how the rules for that HOA are written). “Tenant Tango” Rerun, Season 11, Episode 62 p. 53, 6 January 2025
  18. The do the backwards books because they're not really books, just decoration. They buy them by the box, and turn them around so no one gets ticked about copyright, and because the actual book jackets or covers wouldn't be neutral and bland. Bet the books all get trashed the second the house goes on the market. They neutralize everything. I hated the color in A & M's room. It was hideous.
  19. My Spectrum On Demand is chock full of ads, I'm just glad I didn't have to watch it that way.
  20. Thanks for the info. I'm not patient enough as usual waiting for Part 2 to load. I'm just glad the Bravo part 2 didn't have ads through it.
  21. I'm afraid of heights, and I couldn't have gone on that edge for any amount of money. I barely could watch any of it.
  22. I didn't like that challenge either. I also wasn't happy that they have part 1 on Youtube, and Part 2 on Bravo. So, I know who's going back to the competition. So next week they'll be back to seven cheftestants? Or did I miscount again.

Suing for $500 balance. D. says he took in three suits but only wanted one altered as a test, and instead p. altered all three suits and ruined them. P. brought all three suits to court. D. claims he brought in three suits to get a deal, and claims he can't get the pants on. D. tries on the suits and models them for Judge M, and they look great in my opinion. D. says pants are too tapered, the jacket is too short and shows his tiny crotch. His jacket he wore to court is almost as short, and shows his miniscule crotch too. I hate that bright blue suit, the color glows in the dark. There's maybe an inch in the length of the jackets. D. doesn't have the actual suit receipts from the manufacturer. $1670 to defendant. How can Judge M give d. that amount of money for suits that he has no receipts for? Case 2-A Phoney Baloney-P. suing d. for cell pnone plan p. paid for, d. was caught dating his ex-wife, so she shut the phone off. P. suing for $1310. D. is suing p. for $399 for who knows what. P. is suing for the user charges by d., and a leased iPhone for his daughter, who had to return the iPhone at the end of the lease. D. wants his phone number from her account back, not happening. She also paid for some items to help d. start his lawn service. P. only turned the two phones off for d. and his daughter when they didn't pay the bills, and they were warned. P. gets $780, and property back. D. case dismissed. Case 3-Bilking a Biker-P./Harley owner suing d./mechanic for $5,000 back for repairs on the bike. P. says everytime the bike needed work it cost more. D. just explained why everything wore out on the bike, and I understood nothing of it. Other Harley dealerships did the same repairs the d.'s shop recommended. P. loses. p. 146, no discussion, at least I don't think there was. (For no apparent reason, this Thursday starts Season 23 Episode 1, have no idea why they started Season 23 with episode 51. I wonder if the show will repeat the 50-later episodes when they get to it?).

I was typing on the fly, so goofed. 8 May “Rolling in Lies” New, Season 11, Episode 133 (Ryan Campbell vs. Rodney Ly'Dell Williams Jr) From the show site: The plaintiff, once the defendant's caretaker, says the defendant damaged his car after he quit; the defendant says his wheelchair was locked, he couldn't maneuver around the car, and the plaintiff is blaming him for pre-existing damage.
