OK - so DiMeara STILL has the world's worst security force. Both Kristen and Stefan can just walk in any time they want. And WHY does every character insist on talking or (better yet) leaning over the unconscious person rather than calling 911 FIRST? Normal people know minutes matter. Eric is beyond pathetic. He SAYS he doesn't want Nicole but also doesn't want Brady to have her. How can anyone say he is a good character when he is clearly using Sara as a place holder? Granted she did the same thing with Rex so maybe they deserve each other?

Chantel was SALIVATING for the chance to expose Jah. But while it is information Winter needs- how the HELL are the rest of the family trying to say it is THEIR business if Jah has another child? It is not. If I was Winter I would mostly be pissed at people who decided they had a right to go behind my back because they didn't think I was capable of running my own life. It is possible Jah has a good explanation - which he would give to WINTER - before the wedding. If not, and he really was hiding something then it is up to Winter to decide if this is important to HER,

Here's my question. ALL of them pose in some new outfit approximately 8,347 times a week. Are they buying all this crap or are they simply being "models?" If they're actually paying for it, OF COURSE they're all big sellers - they're keeping half their inventory. I get that when you go to a store, there is a good possibility someone else has also tried on the clothes but how long are these "photo shoots?" Are they wearing the clothes for several hours and then selling them?

I was only glad that she backed down as quickly as she did! Out of ALL the awful story lines this would have been one of the worst.

I don't know if I was the only one but my sound tonight was so wonky I kept having to turn it up and down. Was pleasantly surprised by Luke - IMO the best of the young singers. Liked Alex Dowis and Kodi Lee. I couldn't understand a word from wild-card girl except swing. She was OK I guess but not great. Hated G Force (again) and didn't get the appeal of Sophie Pecora (again.) Again wasn't that impressed by the Emerald Belles - their routines all look the same and since I hate "danger" acts was not impressed by Bir Khalsa. I agree that Voices of Service should not have had to compete with the chorus - they were much more impressive in their other performances. Between them, Carmen Carter, Greg Morton and the Messoudi brothers there was no one I would hate to see again but don't think any of them will win so it's pretty much a toss-up which ones get eliminated.

Yes, they couldn't be bothered to MEET her the last time they went there and NOW they want to go see her? Are they going because they want to make sure that if there is a plug to be pulled they get to pull it?

She looks really good in this picture. Her hair would look 1,000 times better if she stopped with all the chemical crap and went back to her natural color.

This may be the only time I say something kind about anyone on this show. I noticed tonight Winter was wearing very pretty clothes. They fit her well, and were flattering and appropriate for her body type. I guess since at some point she realized she was never going to be able to compete with Chantel in the hookerwear department she decided to go with classy. I thought Jah absolutely did the right thing to walk away and refuse to talk about it on camera. I really hope any discussion they have is kept private. And maybe Winter was blind-sided by what came out but she didn't seem nearly pissed enough that they went behind her back and did this - especially if they made it a plot line WITHOUT her knowledge.

You're right - I DID forget about those. I think he was just trying to come up with a large figure off the top of his head - hoping either she'd go away and never come back, or he'd make a bundle because EVERYTHING (except the goat) would have been an "extra" requiring more money.

I honestly thought his reaction was more "How the HELL am I supposed to know what an "African" wedding reception looks like? I run a mini golf course in Georgia!" Most people come in and say "I want this type of food, this décor, and these services." Angela just came in and said "I want fireworks and an African reception." I don't think it had anything to do with her marrying a Nigerian, I think he was just reacting to her cluelessness.

I'm calling BS. Yes, Fred undercooked the steak but he used all the elements. Bri barely used the truffle. If the challenge is to use all the ingredients in a way they could be tasted, she should have gone home. Yes, that was the most tortured declaration of love I've ever seen. Eric looked like he had just been told he had some hideous disease rather than that the woman he loved also loved him back. And do most men have candles in their bedrooms just waiting to be lit? When Sarah was going on about how his smile started with his eyes all I could think was - quick, when is the last time Eric smiled? Yes, Eric will be pissed. He doesn't want Nicole but that doesn't mean Brady should be with her - especially since he allows her to make her own decisions! Yes, I agree that Sarah is more likeable with him. Unfortunately, if they pair them up, Xander will go all schmoopy trying to be a "better person" and we'll lose the morally gray character that makes Xander interesting. This hasn't even happened and already I'm sick of that story line. Eric dumping Sarah for the "love of his life" AGAIN, Sarah moping, Eric feeling guilty (and moping.) What a fun story! Great lines - well played! This. I would love it if instead of hooking Xander up with Sarah they just continue this. Xander would still be trying to be a better person but he would be doing it for good reasons and wouldn't have to lose his smart-ass manner. He'd also be able to do some slightly questionable (but not actually terrible) things so he's still be interesting.

I thought the same thing! I figured the reason she was carrying it was that it flat out refused to move. This is probably the only dog that HOPES it gets put in a kennel while its owners are gone.

IDGAF! Yup. Haley is not happening. Her over the top emoting with (Tripp diagnosed) PTSD is of absolutely no interest to me. As a NURSE she should know that Marlena can NOT disclose anything she says so her refusal to get help is beyond stupid. She doesn't want to seem "needy" to JJ but allows herself to be a complete basket case? Yeah, that's not needy at all.

I was going to ask the exact same thing - and we didn't actually even see him tonight. I looked like a really visual act that I think would have been interesting to see. I think I would have preferred that (even though I didn't see it) to Jackie Fabulous who really isn't all that funny.

Thanks for the recap Gobi. Even though I was there I didn't pay close enough attention to get all the details. I was blown away when Chantel was the one to suggest the private investigator. Her first reaction when Jah said he was thinking about proposing (after 5 YEARS) was "that's crazy" and "we know nothing about him." Pedro was saying, "If you have questions, here's a novel idea, ASK THEM." She kept saying WINTER deserves to know everything about Jah but it was really obvious that Chantel is the same kind of interfering, nasty person that her mother is. She really just wants to find out any dirt (if it exists) for herself. How can she be so sure Winter doesn't already know everything there is to know about Jah and is simply NOT stupid enough to run to her mommy about everything. Apparently father Chantel is hoping he'll be allowed to take his balls along on the "guy's trip." I'm not sure Mama Chantel will allow that because he seems to be doing this trip without her permission. I could be wrong, but he seems to genuinely want to end the drama (probably so he knows that, in the future, his chicken will be safe from attack.)
