This elimination surprised me. I really thought Bryn would make it to the finals and might actually win the whole thing. Too many small mistakes, I guess. My heart broke for her during the final judging as she tried not to cry.
Arwen - I've been thinking a lot about you. Did you hear from your PET scan today? Can you share the results with us? You know how much this community cares about you.
So who do we think is eliminated tonight? Little Canadian Alex? That would leave the 4 girls who have proven to be strong bakers. Of those 4, I have no idea who will win.
I guess he has finally reached the point where he can't waste any more money. He didn't find much gold this season and still went out and bought a huge new trommel. I never could figure out how he kept going while continuously losing big money.
Yes - my husband and I watch every episode.
Todd has just become a joke to us. I'm beginning to dislike Parker and that surprises me. He used to be my favorite ... not any more. I'm liking Tony Beets more and more.
I tried to watch a recorded episode of Dr. Pol and just couldn't do it. Our beloved rat terrier died yesterday of pneumonia. We had her for more than 12 years and miss her terribly. Somehow I just couldn't watch Dr. Pol taking care of other people's pets. Maybe after some time passes I'll try again.
(Can't get rid of the box.)
Re Jordyn's video
I couldn't take my eyes off of her hands and fingers. She seemed to be clutching and unclutching them. Don't know that it means anything, other than that she was extremely uncomfortable.
I'm surprised the Duggars posted such an awkward view into their family's life.
They wound up with the right final three, IMO. I'd like to see Josh win. If not him, then Jennifer. I like Stephany the least, though I can see that she's a very accomplished Baker.
This show isn't in the same class as the Great British Baking Shows, but this final four can bake. Rooting for Joshua but any of them would be worthy winners.
I think that good working relationship that we saw on the show translated to a real-life friendship. I remember reading that Jesse Martin 'cried like a baby' at Orbach's funeral.
