Darn! I can't stomach Arrow fighting alongside BC all season, so I might have to give up on this show altogether.

I thought that they had already tried the Chicago Med thing once, but apparently Dick Wolf doesn't give up so easily. I actually preferred the actors in the first backdoor pilot. The Chicago Med doctor (?) this season who has a connection to Severide is a terrible actress, and it worries me that the lady who played Andrea on The Walking Dead will be part of the spinoff since I've only heard negative things about her. The actress seemed fine, though, so maybe people just hated the character due to how she was written. I'm worried about PeterMills since they always seem like they are trying to ship him off the show. I like Charlie Barnett, so I'll be disappointed if he's leaving Chicago Fire and/or moving to the spinoff (since I sure as hell won't be watching that mess).

There's been some talk of an Arrow musical episode in another thread, and I have to say that there are three types of episodes that I absolutely despise: 1.) Musical episodes. I hate them sooo much. 2.) Alternate universe type of episodes. Why would I want to waste an hour watching show developments that aren't real, never happened, and are never going to happen? 3.) Those "very special" type of episodes where the cast are playing completely different characters (often from a different time period as well). JAG did an episode like this where Harm was a wounded Marine and Mac was a WWII Navy nurse. With all of this talk of crossovers, I was thinking about Chicago Fire and how they love to do crossovers. Then I tune in to this week's Chicago Fire, and what do I see? A freaking backdoor pilot for Chicago Med (which they already tried to launch once before, and that failed). Ugh! When it was over, I was so happy until I saw a promo for an episode in a few weeks that features what exactly? You guessed it...a crossover event between Chicago Fire, Chicago PD, and SVU (Sweeps, baby!). On these forums, I've honestly never seen even one viewer who is happy with all of these NBC crossovers. But, I have seen people who are irritated and think that the existence of the Chicago PD spinoff is a detriment to the mother ship show.

Is PeterMills leaving Chicago Fire (feel free to spoiler tag if you happen to know for sure)? I hope that he's not being transferred over to the craptastic Chicago Med because I don't plan on ever watching that show. I know that Peter has had some dumb storylines, but I'll be sad to see Charlie Barnett go if he is indeed leaving.

I'll be curious to see if people who quit Arrow are left wondering what in the hell happened to Felicity. The writers have done such a disservice to her character. Also, The Flash audience likes Barry. It's probably not a good strategy to get the audience to like the new guy by asking a character who holds viewers loyalties if he's jealous of said new guy. Huh?

I just have this feeling that if the breakout star of this show turns out to be someone other than Ray (which yeah, that's probably gonna happen), it won't matter, and the EPs will continue to shove the guy in our face on a weekly basis. They spent big bucks hiring Superman, they built him an Iron Man costume, they named this show Atom, and this was the original plan, damn it! I can see them forcing it even if it's not working (here's where I'm hoping the network will intervene if it gets too ridiculous).

Maggie's (Debi Mazar) line about Liza roofie-ing (sp??) herself cracked me up. I liked that Josh assumed that she was drunk and kind of just backed off because of the situation.

Well, I'm avoiding watching that preview, but now I'm not even sure if I want to watch Flash 1x18. Yikes.

Never mind.

Save yourselves, Diggle and Felicity. Don't get yourselves injured or killed while doing a favor for Laurel. Run!

There must have been something in the air because even Ra's was a bit confused after the fight. He was talking crazy about choosing Oliver as his heir, but we all know that the magical prophesying sword blade chose Oliver.

I love how MG posts this stuff on his tumblr (haha, no, I don't really love it). Ah, yes, this must be true since one random person has stated it as a fact. Never mind all of these other fans and professional TV critics who are saying the opposite, we all must have hidden agendas, right MG?

I love the way people's brains work to connect two completely unrelated developments. Yeah, Helena is not on the show because we had to make time for an Olicity sex scene. OK, Lol. Damn you, Olicity, for being responsible for the fact that a character who has not appeared nor played a part in any of the ongoing storylines this entire season will continue to be excluded from a story that she has no reason to be involved in.

From this quote, I too had the impression that it was going to be crossovers galore. I think once a season is fine, like they did for the Flarrow (I hate that name) event, but I might get irritated if it's happening all the time.

I wonder how they would even do a season 3.5 comic if there is no time jump. If Sara was put in the Lazarus Pit earlier this season (without us knowing about it), it would be kind of interesting if there was no time jump between seasons, and then the comic filled in the gaps in Sara's story. Who took her body and put it in the LP? What has she been doing since she was resurrected, etc.?

I think that is Matt Nable (Ra's). Maybe?

Laurel is a lawyer right now, but we still have time for a stupid storyline like Lyla recruits Laurel to work for her or some other such nonsense. At least if it was Laurel, maybe I could watch most episodes of Arrow next season.

Thanks for the refresher, guys. Now I remember that this is the episode where Ray and Oliver team up to take down a meta-human. Nope. I'll wait for the Olicity sex episode to start watching again.

For some reason, I have the impression that 3x19 is a Ray-heavy episode (I think I got that idea from spoilers a long time ago?). Does anyone recall if that's true, or am I just making this up?

Sure, CL wasn't the best actor on this show, but she certainly wasn't the worst either. She radiated a lot of warmth and came off as a sweet person, even though her character had been through some bad shit.

And honestly, I'll never understand why it matters if people hate a fictional TV character. Love her or hate her for whatever irrational or completely logical reason, who cares? This is hardly a unique phenomenom. Regina, Katrina, Elena, and I'm sure the list goes on. There are lots of forums on here where you will find nearly universal hate for one particular character, and I have honestly never seen this be a problem except for on this particular forum. I don't get it.

Cisco builds a Canary Cry that works more like the one in the comics? This is going to be absolutely fucking ridiculous, isn't it? Not thrilled about the fact that characters are going to be "migrating between all the shows." Will I never be rid of Ray Palmer?! Maybe some are thrilled about this, but this may be the kind of thing that turns me off all three shows. Blech.

Going back to the Felicity/Oliver love scene (only spoiler I've actually cared about in a really long time), I'm wondering if that is happening in 3x20. SA was talking about that episode at Planet Comicon on March 15th and said that it takes place in Nanda Parbat. That's also when he said the thing about if Emily is ever showing off her shoulder, they have to put a scar on it. He also mentioned being jealous of the Netflix model because they can show more violence and "maybe show a boob here and there." 3x20 finished filming on March 13th, so all of this would be fresh in his mind. I honestly think that they're going to show as much as they can get away with in this love scene. At least, that is my hope. I'm just surprised that this might not be happening during May Sweeps. All season long I kept reading about how nothing would happen until May, and then they're going to pull this out in April. What?
