And now back to other annoying things about C&E, do their kids ever sleep in their own beds? They always seem to fall asleep wherever. Now we are getting pictures of Zade with clothes that seem too small or are just plain bizarre, just like when Layla was a baby.

Regardless of how much C&E make I see them as the type who spends whatever comes in. So if in fact they gross $100k from social media, they will be shocked at tax time when they need to come up with $$$ for self employment and income taxes. And regardless of deductions and child care credits, self employment tax rate is about 12%.

Even if right now C&E are making decent money via YouTube and IG it doesn’t seem sustainable for them. Unless they really up their game, they are basically boring, dumb and short sighted. Layla is sort of cute but how interesting will that be in a few years? Zade is a potato baby, will people be interested in his squishy looks when he’s 5? And the seizures/episodes are already not bringing the numbers they did earlier.

Speaking of Laura, was she in one of Jessa’s recent Fern birthday posts at the Marketplace restaurant? It was a quick shot of the family sitting around the table. Don’t recall seeing Jana, but she could have been off camera.

I wonder if the reality of Evan graduating and the prospect of him being gone from early morning to evening five days a week hit Carlin pretty hard. Sort of like Jill Dillard when she realized Dreck actually went to an office full time. These girls were used to their parents being around all the time with irregular schedules. And there were always plenty of other people at home too. Something clearly happened during Zade’s birth but the continued episodes 🤷🏼‍♀️. They definitely enjoy attention but how long can they sustain this?

JillR is always quick to point out their work is a full time ministry. She is of course the most godly person and LOVES their work, it’s her calling. Any update on Ma? Or is she relegated to the back burner now that the. grifting is done?

I like Target as much as most people but C&E seem obsessed with shopping there. Target is popular with lots of Instagram posters, so there must be something I’m missing.

We just bought a 2022 Pacifica and it’s not a Hybrid but it still sounds like it’s not running when you are stopped. Ozziedad asked me why I kept turning the car off so it’s noticeable. We’re old and bought our first mini van just cause we loved all the room in the back for hauling things around. We have both the second and third row of seats stowed in the floor of the Pacifica. Very handy.

Carlin needs Evan at all times! Actually Gil and various other kids were pictured at the shower so I guess this was an all inclusive wedding shower. You would think the Bateses would be tired of seeing each other all the time, but I guess not.

It’s hard for us to understand what Philly’s plan is since we were not graduates of the Rod Academy of JillR. I seem to recall a ridiculous story from JillR about Philly hearing about hungry children and twisting that into wanting to go to preach in Hungary. Most parents would gently explain the difference and encourage their child in a more realistic direction. Not BME. She has put this burden of Philly and Hungary so often that he can’t back away from it.

The other day I posted here wondering about the Joy & Carlin friendship since I hadn’t noticed any sign of Joy in Carlin’s social media. Lo and behold today where is a post of texting between Joy & Carlin about corn dogs, 😂😂😂. Coincidence?

During my tax prep days I had a few clients who spent every $$ they made as they received it, only to be shocked come April 15 when informed they owed taxes. C & E remind me of this. Of course they could be too stupid to have an actual accountant, so who knows what they file for a tax return. Another YouTuber I watch spoke quite openly about how hard it was to see the money come in and have to put aside a % for taxes.

Speaking of Joy and Austin, is Joy not Carlin’s bestie anymore? No sign of visits by either one, and Carlin shares everything so we would have heard about it. She has referred to Whit as her best friend recently and Joy seems to be busy with the RHOMC, so perhaps they aren’t as close as they used to be. It happens.
