  1. Don't mess with my Baby...guys kill another car...Do you know how much that will COST! Why do I feel like no one is listening to me??? :)
  2. On first watch, I liked it. It was really brutal, but I liked the brother's talk. Trying to figure out what John really represents. But I liked badass Dean and Smart Dean. some parts I'm not in love with, but I did love the view from baby. The hiding Dean in shorts...cruel. lol...can we say evil. I also wanted Dean shirtless. Interesting that Cas is still healing...not sure what that means. Poor Dean he'll have a major job to repair his baby. Loved the music choices. Nice solid ep.
  3. Things are slowly changing...Women are getting more roles in TV shows than they use too, and writers and directors are now getting more women. But this entire business is more of who do you know. It's the real frustration, because you may have the skills, the talent but if you don't meet the right people, you may never get the opportunity. Honestly, I don't think it will change that much either.
  4. I think Jensen did a great job with some parts I don't think anyone could save. Cas in the alleyway. The standard girl too stupid to save herself horror bit. I think this is what they intended...it was stupid way back when and stupid now. Cas running as a dog...not that great and difficult to make it work. Bad writing. Uncle Crowley was fun at first then it got predictable and boring. I think they tried to put too much in this ep. but their ability to pace has been off far too long to talk about. Shame you can't record the bits you like and trash the rest. But I think Jensen is a strong director and improving which each opportunity. Just wish he had a better script. But I expected. 3 to the darkness and next week is the one off. Nothing like keeping to your patterns. :)
  5. So when will Rowena and the Darkness meet? I mean Mommy dearest has to see if she can best her son in controlling something she knows nothing about. It had a nice mix of good and bad. A bad joke, A demon and An Angel go walking into a bar for a drink... The secret is revealed...so the brother angst can start up next week. The one question I have, could God have foreseen that his death is coming. Only one thing stands in it's way...a Dean Winchester? Team Free Will? I liked some of the things Jensen did with his directing choices. Do I wish he had a better script...sure but I think he tried to make it stronger. Since my expectations are pretty much voided out, I'm enjoying this season so far. So ready to see Rowena and Crowley FALL. :)
  6. Many are saying Castle...it could happen...however I don't even have a cringe if it was SPN. What does that say. How about it is beyond stupid for this show. Well, if TPTB want a love interest...this could be the way. But don't worry, none have stuck...so it would just seal a death sentence. lol
  7. Loved the original Star Wars - I think I saw it twice at the Theatre. lol Hoping the new one is awesome. Wasn't a fan of the last three released. Our play is a murder mystery. Murder in the Knife Room. We have a Southern Belle, Santa, Pirate, Cheerleader, Model, Comic and a Mysterious Host. Of course there has to be a plot twist. The inspector will investigate, but will the killer be found. I have over 50 students unless they start dropping like flies. We will have to put the set up and then take it down, then put it back up again. It is a nightmare that I feel I'm starting to feel old doing. :) But it should be fun and this one if they forget lines they can make them up and keep going. Wait...don't they do that in real TV too??? Hmmm Jensen and Jared...how guilty are you??? lol
  8. Lol...so what is it when you do it and you don't have the excuse you're old? lol cute one. Needed, the laugh. Students are killing me. lol. Why do I try to direct middle school students in a play? Can you answer that???
  9. I can see if they aren't going with Dean's having flashes of memories, he could be zoning out and not really realizing it. I've done it while teaching and student's have brought me back and I didn't know what I was thinking about...lol Now Dean has some memories you know he hasn't shared. Sure he's said some things but he is still keeping quiet. The color of the flowers did make me wonder. They were so bright. Not a natural bright. So I do think they may point back to something...However this is Carver we're talking about. The man that drives us insane with ignoring really potential story-lines and jumping into nonsense and trying to make it sound like it was the next logical step after-all.
  10. Ah...now I get it. lol In season 6, Sam had his hands move with his feet instead of opposite of his feet. When we walk, one arm naturally moves opposite of the matching leg. Instead Jared had the arms out of sync and it took fans a while to figure out what was off. Jensen thought it was an awesome idea. So could they be doing something together that is out of sorts but not obvious for those of us that don't pick up that stuff? Just wondering haven't watched the ep again.
  11. Must be tired...But I'm missing the Bob reference. Not buying that Sam and Dean are being killed off, unless it is the last ep. I also wondered could Dean and Sam being doing a different walk like Sam did in season 6? Crowley will have to come crawling back for help after feeding the darkness souls...Could she play with him and leave him mostly dead so the spiders can come and play with him?
  12. I've lowered my expectations...but there were moments I loved. Dean holding the baby. The Reaper with Sam, and Dean and Crowley. So a solid Average show. I think the actors really tried but parts were so obvious that I didn't react. Certainly not the worst ep ever. :) Hoping next week is entertaining...
  13. It was the maid...Cas with his little fairy dust. lol Okay, Although I liked a few moments, Dean & Crowley once again a save...Sam saving himself and others, but it was also tedious, boring & predictable. I still like the opening of Dean with the adult Darkness in the black swirl...not sure why. So much for them surprising us...I think that is a fail as they can't see how we predict most of it way before it happens. The color flowers mean something, Crowley's where have you been...but I'm sure with a few more hints we will figure it all out in advance. :)
  14. I really liked Chuck. It was a fun show which reminded me of some old TV shows like "Get Smart" It isn't deep, so if your looking for more than just fun entertainment...it most likely isn't the show for you. :)
  15. I think it is funny that I grew up with parents that raced once over 90...it didn't happen again. We sat on the back of the tailgate of a truck and had a great time. Sure some wore seat belts but it wasn't something that was pushed. We survived. Small towns were slow to move to the seat belts. I never wore a seat belt until I got my Honda Civic. I had a way to make it look like I wore one. Dean doesn't wear a seat belt, so with two that don't think about it...it is possible that they didn't. I can also see a mom going, great show...great lesson to teach young people today. But it wasn't something I thought a lot about. But then again, I'm a rebel about seat belts AND not a mom. :)
  16. The dumbest move they made was killing Charlie in the way they did. It stunk and whoever is responsible should get bit. It's plain bad writing and made me lose respect for the writing staff. I'll blame them way more than the actors. If Jensen tried to stop Charlie's death, that really stinks that they ignored him. This is one time I wish we had a fly on the wall to really let us know what was so. I'm not a big fan of Singer, but if Jensen or Jared left that would be the end of it. I love Phil Sgriccia, so hopefully something positive will happen.

Not attached to the outcome but for some reason I like Heartbreaker. :)
  19. Not sure what I think yet, still processing. Things I don't trust... Dean the Chosen One...ya right. Secrets once again. Sam lying about needing a save, again. Dean secrets...how he's still connected to the mark forever, so it seems. How we guessed so many things...not that hopeful that we are seeing something no one has thought about. Not bad...not all good. Dean pretty does help. Looks like a big tease but can they deliver...trying to keep an open mind. Had some interesting moments, but it also dragged and I was fast-forwarding through the commercials. Not the best opener but better than Season 3 opener for now, JMV.
  20. With their habit of throwing away really good opportunities...I'm very very doubtful. But then again I'm not 12. Perhaps this is the problem this statement is true for 12 years olds. They are stuck thinking everyone thinks like a teenager. Now that might be scary!!!
  21. It's because we got bored and had nothing else to think about. :) Why am I thinking "Catch me if you can." Here I thought I was the sane one...but I have an excellent excuse...I teach middle school!

  25. I had seen that and IA with Jensen, that an ep with God and Dean would be interesting. I doubt they will do it. For me even season 4 has had problems. It felt like 4 is where the first half is Dean's then drop it, the second half is Sam's but it doesn't really go anywhere. Hence my upset with the ending of season 10. Now that I expect the formula, I'll just enjoy the eps I like and skip the rest. My attachment to the show will be dying unless they do something to surprise me. But so far when I look at it, I'm not really surprised. Dean killing Death was expected...how could he not when he had to choose Sam over Death? I watch Hawaii 5 0, the head writer was surprised when the viewers guessed at a storyline which he thought he was being ol so clever. It was obvious, the question is when would it happen. He tried waiting to see if he could make the fans forget, it didn't happen. I sometimes wonder if that is the problem with SP as well. They think they are being clever, surprising us, but don't realize how much more sophisticated the audience is with the ability to re-watch a show. Showing my age..,.in the old days, you only saw it once. Twice if you caught the rerun. People can pause, rewind and rewatch over and over on issues that grab them. Now add forums where people come to talk about what they are thinking and others add to it. Wait add one more, fanfiction. Where people can play with their ideas and write them out for others to read. Hence you've got an really smart group of fans, young kids that are easily fooled and older fans that have seen it so many times on other shows. How do you keep the fans? How do you not re-thread an old story idea. There is only one way. Make it unique to the viewpoints of your lead characters. Tying back into the roots of the show. I wish they would do this, but I no longer expect it. It just a fantasy that may have to show up in fanfiction.
