  1. Now I can't tell if I meant Juliette or Jamie. They could be twins, I swear. I'll have to watch again and see which one I meant. Edit - I meant Juliette. Jamie seems sweet as well, but perhaps a little more shy? I feel like of those three girls, Juliette does the majority of the talking so far.
  2. I just looked it up and apparently Sierra lives in Carthage, MO. She travelled an hour and a half to Tontitown for this party. I really don't understand this woman.
  3. If you're telling me I will never look any better than I do right now, I might have to go off an live in an igloo. I honestly don't think any of the Duggars are unattractive in physical appearance, it's mostly their personality that does it for me.
  4. I think this show is purposefully anti-Duggar. When they answer all the questions, it's the exact opposite of how the Duggars would answer. They even mention "people seem to think..." when they were talking about laundry, grocery shopping, messy house, etc. I do love how Brenda was talking about their "relaxed" parenting and then talked about all the activities they do in the day. Jamie is absolutely adorable and so charming. I can see good things for all the kids, but I think she has a bright future. She's my favorite, I think, though Jaeger's "tattoos" were so funny.
  5. I don't believe for a second Josh actually won that bear. I think TLC paid of the game runner. I'm happy Kynzie gets her sister. I think she really wanted it. I was completely stunned when Marc fell and JBoob and Mechelle did nothing, not even jerk, but laugh when he did. A NINE YEAR OLD KNEW TO PICK HIM UP AND YOU SAT THERE LOUNGING AND LAUGHING?!?! Even if he didn't cry, you could've asked if he was ok. My 18 month old niece falls all the time and I still know to ask if she's ok. Usually she's fine, but still!!!!!! If I was Josh and Anna, I would never, ever EVER IN A MILLION YEARS cash in their crappy grandparents-babysitting coupon. Burn it. BURN IT NOW, ANNA! (I'm really fired up about this and I watched it 12 hours ago.) ETA: I'm officially on the Sierra-is-a-famewhore train. Who contacts someone to throw them a party for a gender reveal? Did Sierra pay for it all? Was it an actual party, or just a bunch of decorations? I didn't see any food. Not even a Kraft single or watery styrafoam cup oatmeal. As a side note, I enjoyed the peek at her family. The husband looked as awkward as can be. I don't blame him. He was probably nervous of his kids catching the stink germs. Or his wife going baby moony all over him. I cannot believe that woman is 25.
  6. I don't think they did. I was reading articles on them and I believe their wiki has that they are. I don't think they are, though. Brenda did say that she and her husband were both raised "very conservative". I think the articles might have jumped on Dad Willis' dad being a preacher and made the leap. But as for their own family, they don't seem to be raising them that way. YMMV.
  7. I really can't believe how beautiful the entire family is. Not saying that's all that matters, but it's kind of strange. It's amazing that all of those horrible things happened to them and they kept trucking through. I've heard about the car accident before in a political science class, but seeing the family it affected drove it that much deeper. And thank goodness no one was home for the fire at the homestead! I wonder if they'll be bringing up their beliefs. Apparently, they're fundie (?) but they dance and "party" (according to Brenda). That's not very fundie-like.
  8. After watching the Special Delivery episode, I'm convinced a large reason Jana stays is because she feels she has to. She may not like it, but the thought of her leaving the little ones to essentially fend for themselves might be too difficult. Or maybe I'm projecting. :( When the clan went to help with Iz's nursery, there was a shot of the family greeting the Dillards in the living room. Jana had a fake smile on her face and then when there was work to be done, she glanced to her right, looked down, and quickly walked away. Hmm...
  9. I really thought Anna looked beautifu in that picture! I always thought Kynzie looked more like Josh, but I can see she does have quite a bit of Anna in her. I'm still pondering what they're going to nam M4. I really do think they'll go with Madisyn.
  10. This might sound strange, but I really like the Duggar forums. I don't know if it's because a lot of us have the same interests and maybe personalities, but I love how we're all different ages, backgrounds, etc. and everyone seems pretty interesting. It's weird to feel a connection via internet with strangers, but I really do like the community of this forum.
  11. Awww, he's keeping sweet already. Or is that just for the wimin? It's interesting to me how he seems so alert. He looks like an old soul. I like him already.
  12. I wonder how many outfits from her showers went to waste. I think he's already growing into his looks. I bet he'll be a cutie in a few months. I will drink a toast so that hopefully Iz will be able to go to college or trade school or whatever he chooses.
  13. I agree with PP and think they'll go "Biblical-trendy". But is it so wrong to wish for a Judas and Lucifer?
  14. Jessa looks really different. In her 2008 flashbacks, she looks a lot like Jinger. Funny how she changed. I love that she waited to announce until 12 weeks. Watched the honeymoon episode, I'll give props to Ben for trying escargot. And he tried with the French thing! I know many who would not have done either. Love Jessa with her hair up. She looks much more her age.
  15. Seeing Cathy with Iz is so freaking cute. I'm glad she was able to see him.
  16. I went ahead and did the baby pool here for those interested. I have all of the "options'' (date, weight, etc.) but since she's not very far along, I only filled out due date and sex. You can do what you want, change it whenever. Maybe someone will get lucky and win this time! Winner gets... Binsemeniated? Congratulations to Benessa. I really hope you're happy and know what you're getting yourself into. Godspeed.
  17. I posted this in the Bringing Up Bates thread, but Michael is officially engaged. https://instagram.com/p/1k_albJArX/?taken-by=webster4ever
  18. https://instagram.com/p/1k_albJArX/?taken-by=webster4ever MICHAEL IS FINALLY ENGAGED!!! Edited to add ring pic - https://instagram.com/p/1lCwHRvmWr/?taken-by=brandon_michael_jn15
  19. I actually like Marjorie's blog - it shows a lot about her. She can write well and she seems approachable and social, characteristics I could not say about many of the Duggars (although probably Josiah more so than others). I think they're a good match for a teenaged couple. I just hope they delay the marriage thing. Maybe for at least five years. (Yeah, right.)
  20. It would be hard to mess it up with the amount of shellack in his hair.
  21. If a couple isn't trying for a baby but isn't preventing, it's generally around 2 years between births. I think if Anna was actively trying to get pregnant, she'd have them closer together, though. Perhaps she doesn't understand how to conceive, beyond the "sweet fellowshipping" part?
  22. I thought it was so cool how Gil was able to name his friends, some he hadn't seen in a long time! I'm not sure I could do that and I only graduated high school 5 years ago... The kids are adorable and I love all of them, though some are more annoying than others. I watched this show with my toddler niece and she loves to watch the kids play around. I'm very glad we're getting a second season, as long as they keep this (more natural) flow up.
  23. My mom saw it and said "what the hell is up with the balloon?" I said maybe it's there because Rick is actually a ghost. (A la Sixth Sense) I thought it was the last glimmer of hope/sanity Rick had. As he rolled on the ground with PorchDick, it flew away. Symbolism, man.
  24. I always hated that they didn't do this at the prison. I would have made it a team job for people to be out there poking walkers in the head with sharp sticks and whatnot. There's no reason why they shouldn't, which is why I was glad we saw Sasha doing it, even if it was some sort of therapy, in its own way. I did think when Sasha was thinning the walkers that she was going to shoot the support beams to the wall and let the bunch in the ASZ. I thought that would be interesting, having Rick and PorchDick rolling on the ground and walkers coming toward to onlookers out of nowhere. I would have loved to see a few have their sinew exposed. Gross but awesome. The W is for Wolowitz?
  25. This made me think that Jessie took the gun to protect the kids. I still don't think that's right (I think Enid did) but it has me wondering.
