  1. No, no, no, no! I saw the news on reddit and had to come here to make sure it was "false news". WHY?!?! Why would you do this? Having another baby does not fix anything! Your marriage, while I am certainly no insider, is not fit to bring another child into this world! NO ONE HAS A REAL JOB! How are these people going to be fed when the money dries up?!? I guess it won't be too long until another laundry room breakdown happens. Poor Kynzie. And my baby name vote is Matthew Joshua.
  2. I feel like the characters are becoming even more one dimensional lately. Like each one only exists for one personality trait, one job to do, etc. Or maybe I'm finally falling out of love with this show. I did enjoy the episode, but there seems to be so many instances where people do (or don't do) things uncharacteristically. For the sake of moving the plot forward? I don't know. Maybe the cast has just become too large so they've had to simplify people.
  3. Jesus is everywhere, in my heart. But Gregory is still a dickhole, a fart. Who's really running the Hilltop town? For certain it's Maggie and not the clown. Rick needs an army, some food and things. Let's go ask Zeke the king. He says no, anger ensues. But Rick goes on, ne'er subdued. They find some bombs in the road. And there they go! Walkers explode. Tensions arise, the ladies of Abe. I think one might be expecting a babe. Pee Pants runs off, where is he? He's taken the car, some cans of peas. What's that? A shadow? A person in there? If Pee Pants is gone, then I don't care. They find a clue in plain sight And they're off in daylight. There's people afoot, new ones to meet. But Rick and his crew can't be beat. They've found the men, the army, the guns. And now they're certain to have won. They'll fight against Saviors, Negan's peeps. They'll need some gas, some bombs, some Jeeps. We'll wait in silence and in fear, For the battle will soon be near. And who will they kill, a favorite again? All signs are pointing to Ben.
  4. I like the name, but I agree with PP that I absolutely hate it when people name their children "after someone" when they can just admit they like the name! My sister has never willingly opened a book in her life, but said she named her daughter Harper because she found out she was pregnant the day Harper Lee died and she loved To Kill a Mockingbird. No, you didn't! At the time Lee died, you knew for three months you were pregnant! You told me a year before you liked the name! You haven't even read the book! (Sorry for the tangent. I apparently have deep issues with this matter...) Anyway, no judgement at all for the embarrassing middle name. That's what middle names are for. :)
  5. I agree about Jesus being the leader of the Saviors. I said that in one of the past threads and somebody sent me a PM to spoil things for me. :( Anyway, think of what a twist it would have been had this nice dude been the Big Bad! I might have a more than slight crush on Jesus... I agree that Gregory is pretty much ignored. Hilltop in general seems to have a "meh" attitude, my beloved Jesus being the exception. He seems to be the only one who cares about anything. Gregory sits in the pristine house and everyone else...grows things? I still don't understand how a group that large would sleep on the ground while a big house sits there still remaining a museum while being pretty much useless otherwise. He should've been disposed of long ago. I think maybe so many groups are coming out of the woodwork because the east coast does have a large population. What I'm confused about is how the heck did no one notice them, as other posters have said. And why are they moving around? Anyone who wanted to have a viable community would've found someplace nice, rigged some housing, planted some crops, and got on with their lives. Why keep moving? Pretty much everything salvageable was scavenged long ago. And where are the hordes? I would expect more frequent ones. Maybe the explosive thing is a regular method of dealing with hordes and the Saviors have been slowly dwindling walker numbers since the beginning. While I'm going on a tangent about things that make me mad, can we please stop with the brooding? I feel like, at this point, it's "get busy living or get busy dying". If you're not willing to be a part of the group, don't be a part of the group. I don't care about Carol anymore, which makes me sad because she was the best. And Morgan can go play in the woods, too. I do, however, like Benjamin and I'd like to see more of his story line, along with his brother and their relationship with Ezekiel. I was telling my mom last night that I think he will be Lucille'd, as other posters guessed. I have a theory his dad is alive and well within the Saviors' compound and maybe he's become one himself. Maybe Benjamin is Lucille'd in front of his dad, his dad leads a small group of Saviors to rebel, and all the groups join together for independence. 1776 part 2, I guess.
  6. I really liked this episode. I'm surprised to hear some think it was boring, but to each his own. Methinks the girl that let Tara go was in the car with FPP and led him to her group. But I don't think Girl Island was the group at the end. I told my mom it looked like a bunch of Uma Thurmans from the movie "Monster". I loved the gang's reaction to the tiger and Jesus' half apology for not mentioning it. Rick actually had me laughing a few times, like when he told Daryl to stare at Ezekiel. I like that Rick. The only problem I had was the Aaron/Eric conversation. Definitely a set up for a death. I'm thinking Eric will step up, despite what he said, in battle and will be killed for it. Also, I didn't think the search for Daryl in ASZ was long enough, but I appreciate brevity for the sake of the show. I like Negan's diatribes and his eulogy for Fat Joey had me laughing as well. And Gregory will forever be a giant jerk.
  7. And I'm sure we could find zombies in the appropriate costumes. :)
  8. We should make this a thread, like the zombie haiku one in "Fun and Games". It'd pretty much be the same, except you have to make a song and pick an already-existing tune for the melody. Like "Negan is a Little Bitch" to the tune of "Mary had a Little Lamb". As for the familiar face returning, I know Glenn is still alive! There was a dumpster in the head bashing scene, right? (On a more serious note, I hope we do see the Morales family again.)
  9. Midseason premiere, time has come To look at what our friends have done. With Rick's new balls and Maggie's as well, I like this new Camp Dinner Bell. Will we see Negan, hit with Lucille? I wonder how the Saviors will feel. We'll give them a fright, give them a scare. Much excitement fills the air. I can't wait for tomorrow, it's been so long. My mom won't shut up, 'til she sees Daryl's schlong. I've missed writing these poems, as I am witty. I just hope this season ain't so shitty.
  10. Shiva can talk, but she speaks in riddles, much like a Sphinx. I wish someone would try to give Negan a shit ton of acorns.
  11. I don't think that's Anna. The stature, hair color, and clothing style are very different. That looks like a young woman, maybe teenager still, with a little belly chub, nothing more. (To me, at least.) I think Couch Baby is Davia. She looks too old and too much hair (even with hairbands) to be Meredith. Also, I know Davia by her head shape. It has fascinated me since she was a baby. (That's not too weird, is it???) Maybe she's a Dominguez baby? (Edyn? Elly?) I think that looks like Sierra in the corner. [Nevermind - that's not Sierra. But definitely could be a Dominguez little.]
  12. If it's in MD, I'll stake it out. I live in the beautiful state and I enjoy stalking "celebrities''.
  13. If they aren't going back to Danger America, I'm thinking the baby train might be coming soon. I don't think Jill is pregnant now, but I don't think Derrick at least would want them going back to Zika-land if she was pregnant or actively trying.
  14. There have been women older than men in the past. Maybe one of the Bateses' kids? I just want them all to get married so they can leave and be fundie-lite if they want to be. Or not fundie. Or really just whatever they want.
  15. At least she's not feeding Josie laying down on the couch right out of a can?
  16. How can J'chelle carry that bag with her missing muscle? I wonder if the visiting girl is a chance to marry off JD... Get her close with a sister, then get her in with her new fiance.
  17. Comedian Kathleen Madigan talked about the merits of Catholicism - You don't pray to Jesus/God for every little thing, you take it to his helpers (saints) first. Don't bother Jesus. :) Does the lovely couple have an instagram account yet? I can't find one but perhaps that's due to my lack of abilities.
  18. Ruby Falls is the cave in Chattanooga. Maybe they all took a stop there? Or they stayed at a cabin up near there instead of staying in Florida for Thanksgiving? @Sew Sumi - I saw it posted in the Bates and other families thread after I posted here. I decided to keep it up anyway. I couldn't believe what Smuggar looks like now.
  19. Smugs and Anna must be in Chatanooga. Looks like the Shraders are home. Fundy family reunions are rather interesting. Rather joyless children, eh? Edit - Blech! Commented said, "It's so nice seeing Joshua out and about again!!! Please, tell him he has been missed by a LOT of loyal Duggar fans. :)" EWWWWWWWWWWWWWW
  20. I viewed it as the same (a driver for Lee) but I thought it was another way to have the public point fingers at Lee so she would go back to film the second season of MRN. Otherwise, she'd be smart enough to move to the other side of the country.
  21. This might be cheesy, but I would want some child's storybook type world. You could be Prince Charming or the court jester, live as a fisherman in a sea zhanty, go out in a little country village. People could learn old timey trades or sit and talk in the pub. It could have different parts so people who want to get drunk and have sex would be in certain places, while those who want something nore family friendly could be somewhere else. That, or Alice in Wonderland. That'd be cool. Or a Roaring Twenties world. Speakeasies and dancing galore!
  22. Here sits Daryl in his own dirt, Not wearing pants and ne'er a shirt. My mom was happy, screaming with delight Until she saw the torture brought by Dwight. We're happy here, on Easy Street. Except poor Sherry in Negan's sheets. Gordon was fed up, ran away. Dwight's begging couldn't make him stay. The system is crude, made up of points. Still have Mary Jane to make the joints. A frat house on drugs are the Saviors. Rude, mean, terrible behaviors. And now they take stuff from Camp Dinner Bell. Rick's weak, a former shell. Fear not! Michonne has a gun. Soon it will be Negan, ready to run.
  23. I don't understand why people were saying this episode was boring. I really enjoyed the peek behind the curtains at Negan's camp, especially Dwight and Sherry's backstories. I liked seeing how Negan interacted with his group. Maybe it's the sociologist in me. I find it interesting that the camp is essentially Joe's group amped up to 11. I thought maybe Negan would run it still based on fear, but I suspected using women as, I don't know, prizes? Like they would take women from other groups and hand them out as wives for those who behaved. The actual group seems like it would collapse pretty easily. Maybe we'll see that later. The one confusing thing for me was how Gordon even made it that far with Negan's gang. He didn't seem like the kind of guy that they would allow to join in the first place.
  24. This has me wondering if only one survives, but if that means only Lee survives in the sense that fake Lee and real Lee both survive. One person, but also two. Tricky way to circumvent speculation?
  25. "It's The Kingdom," said Morgan, a brave and fair knight. He's given Carol the debate - is killing right? He showed her the gardens, the clothes, the food. But when she sees King E, she's in the mood. He's a LARPer, that's for sure, Are there skeletons behind the closet door? The people are cool, the tiger neat. King E is dreaming of the sheets. But the thing is, the most important of all, true love creeps up and makes us fall. As for Carol and King E, He wants her, she wants the D.
