  1. 30 happy years aren't wiped out by a divorce. When he married her, she was agoraphobic and needy. Now she has conquered that and has a small empire. They grew in different directions. He's on the other side of the country focusing on his wine. They were smart to part while they could still be friends.
  2. Why was Kelly dressed as a court jester?
  3. Since Ryan has been connected to both murders, I speculate that he will be the next to die. My money is on Karen as the killer, though I don't know why.
  4. I love it. I think it's super cute, and I enjoy the whole cast. I love their zoo and wish I could visit and interact with all those animals!
  5. Until that final segment, I thought the show was leading us to finding out (eventually) that Malcolm is the new serial killer -- and doesn't remember / disassociates.
  6. Started to put this in episode 3, and stopped myself before I spoiled. Sophie was a BITCH to interfere with Kate's date. She should have said "Sorry! Y'all have fun" at second one. But she didn't. She stood there being awkward, and then had the AUDACITY to look hurt that Kate was moving on. Well, tough shit, Sophie. You made your bed. Go lie in it and leave Kate alone. (Okay, yeah, I can't stand Sophie. I've found not one tiny redeemable quality in her character.)
  7. If she was a stalker, she would be trying to break up the marriage now. She isn't. BEFORE Sophie was married, Kate would have tried to win her back. That's not stalkery. It's a declaration of love. Sophie isn't worthy of that love. I'm glad Sophie is suffering now, and I hope Kate finds a wonderful lover and is blissfully happy forever -- right in Sophie's face.
  8. It would be pretty dang hard to explain all the different things we've seen. Pretty sure ghosts are real in this one.
  9. I hope it isn't Sophie. She would just tattle.
  10. Not a doctor! As I understand it: The blood is still there. It settles to the "bottom" -- meaning the lowest points depending on how the body is positioned. I would think that yes, you can take blood, and I would also bet that a cut in an area of the body where blood had settled would "bleed." It would just be leakage rather than blood pumped out by the circulatory system. Happy to have a medical person correct me!
  11. I'm totally on the Reagan ship -- because I despise Sophie. Look, Kate, she betrayed you at the Academy, and she has already betrayed you in the present. If your dating other people hurts her, then that's all the more reason you should date other people. Forget her. She. Is. Not. Worth. Your. Time.
  12. And, as shown in the first two episodes, she's recognizable in the other suit. Now, as long as she disguises her voice, she really isn't recognizable.
  13. They sent it back to the hospital with the guy who brought Sam out.
  14. I guess The Firm falls into the same bucket as Jurassic Park for me. I enjoyed both the books and the movies, but they weren't the SAME. I can't go right from one to the other.
  15. Oh. I thought they were the three people Underwear Guy had just shot.
  16. I think that's the issue. She's neurotic about building things because it's what she was built to do. She talked about "disappearing into the code." Yeah, because that's literally what happens. But like Piper (and probably others) they made her too human, and she learned too much. She's trying to escape her world. Or that's my theory anyway. We'll see! 🙂
  17. Because the actor is Welsh. I think they just let him use his real accent for once. I hope the computer lady lived. I loved her. Kindred is hot. Emily is totally AI herself.
  18. Yep. That's Pamela Sue Martin, and she was Nancy Drew in the series that aired circa 1980.
  19. I thoroughly enjoyed this episode, but I laughed out loud when Kate rode the bat cycle into the Wayne Industries garage. As noted above, that just MIGHT have been noticed when Batman was around. I really wanted Kate to absolutely FLATTEN Sophie in the park. I can tell Sophie is going to get on my nerves in a big way.
  20. It's episode 2. It's a little early for this kind of hyperbole.
  21. I have Xfinity, and yes, I have it available on demand.
  22. Caved and decided to watch the Matchmaker movie. "You don't kill your perfect match." Um, yeah, sweetie. Happens every day. Every. Damn. Day.
  23. I think David believes Michael Emmerson's character is the actual devil. The character wasn't really there in the room, but the devil was tempting him.
