I have a question (which I suppose I could look up if I weren't totally lazy) - is there any "official" videos to go with the songs on Cowboy Carter? The only video I've seen (and that they used last night) is the video from the Christmas day football game. That's the video they're also using on the news. It's great video and I totally enjoyed the halftime show, but it seems odd that there is no "official" video being used.

The tag at the end of the Charlie XCX performance about donating unused clothing to I Support The Girls just made me so happy. It's a great organization! The performance was also enjoyable. ☺️

It is! Also the salmon, and ground beef. And everything freezes well. As for lines, sometimes they look endless, but the cashiers are professionals, so the lines move quickly. At least they do here. So the only issue, even on weekends, could be the parking.

That was a lovely rendition of California Dreamin'. Bruno and Gaga worked really nicely together. They did. I thought it worked pretty well.

I enjoyed all of the New Artist performances. That was a tough choice.

Anyone watching? I don't really have much to say, but I was wondering. I do love Trevor. And I think the local commercials are a lovely idea, and quite entertaining so far.

You can go to their website and price out some items to see how much you'd save over a year. There are some items where the price is only shown if you're a member, but most of them are out there for comparison's sake. It's just me and Mr. ebk, but we buy a bunch of paper products, and meat and household stuff (batteries, etc.), vitamins, Advil, and on and on... And they do ship if you don't want to shop. Prices are slightly higher, but only slightly.

I have 103 on my home page. Some of them are categories, like Netflix, Amazon, etc. in case something comes up on those services that I want to watch and wouldn't know about otherwise. Some are dead shows that I would be interested in seeing any new posts. And some are shows that I want to watch someday, but would forget about if they weren't there in bright orange/yellow to remind me. Which is probably more info than you wanted.

The forum has narrowed on my computer screen (Chrome, Version 132.0.6834.111 on a PC laptop) About 2 inches of gray space on each side started appearing a couple of days ago. Everything still looks normal, just narrow. Don't know if this is a "me" issue, or if something is changing. Thanks for reading.

I could possibly drink Sierra Nevada (I know - I'm a beer snob). The issue is that this season, I've upgraded to club seats. One of the stands where the cheap beer will be is right outside of the upper deck section we sat in for about 100 years. There are no cheap beer stands on the club level. Of course... my timing sucks.

Whoever it was, I'd like to take a bat to his... whatever. This makes me very angry.

I find those "use AI" commercials with Matthew McConaughey and Woody Harrelson so incredibly annoying. Just tell the woman at the store that those are not the clothes you want. Just tell the restaurant that you (obviously) don't want to sit outside in the rain and eat whatever they bring you. Use your words! Honestly, if that's the best use of AI, we're all in for a lot of problems.

This game has forced me to pour a second glass of wine. It's not my fault, I had to.

The way I read that was there was a clip of Beyonce singing, and now we are talking about the Village People cover band. Not that we're skipping Carrie, because it that's so, no one mentioned the thousands of performers that came between Beyonce and the VP cover band. At least that's my understanding of the comment.

I hated pretty much all of this show. Even WU. I was slightly amused at the missing person report, but that was it. I was hoping the football game would go to OT so I could skip it - and I was going to anyway, but Mr. ebk wanted to watch. So now it's done and deleted from the DVR. ETA - because I know it matters... I did enjoy Michael Longfellow and the TikTok bit.

Well, this game is turning out to be more fun than I had any hope to expect. Oh, and I don't hate the Chiefs. Yet...

I guess it depends on how much your congress person wants to gouge you... of course.

I'm of two minds about this - am I happy that he won't be able to enjoy the "yuuuuge crowds" and the "fabulous parade" (which will now be held in an arena that seats 20K instead of the 200K they were expecting on the mall (which I think was overestimating))? Or am I unhappy that he and his "supporters" won't freeze to death? Decisions, decisions... Meanwhile, I just read that congressional offices are instructed to tell ticket holders that their tickets are now "commemorative". In other words - no refunds. Too bad...
