  1. Why would Jane be squeamish about the fish? Before she met Atz Lee, she worked on a commercial fishing boat. At least that's what they've said on the show. I've also read that she is now a school nurse in Homer. What's true and what isn't?
  2. I do love this series, even though I know the Kilchers live very close to town, because the people are hard working and likable. If you really want to watch a series that is definitely not scripted, tune in to "The Last Alaskans". No drama, no 'acting', just true reality of living in the north of Alaska.
  3. I really enjoyed last night's double episode. The men pulled together to build Atz Lee a ramp for his homecoming showed how devoted this family is to all its members. And the Christmas episode from last year was fun to watch again. Will be looking forward to next week and the new Christmas episode.
  4. Thank you, Llywela. I never would have thought to look at Wiki.
  5. I just finished a marathon watching of Season 2......excellent television. The acting was first class, and Olivia Coleman is a British treasure. When the season began showing in Britain, I remember headlines in the entertainment news that viewers were angry with the series, but I never read why because I didn't want to be spoiled. Does anyone know the reason for their anger?
  6. The really bad idea was not explaining to Sam and his brother that they couldn't utter a sound, but just walk silently until they were safely away from the walkers. These kids have been isolated from the zombie world and have just now become part of it, so it's time for Rick to give them and the remaining community a lesson or two on how to survive among the walkers.
  7. So no more Eric and Martha Mae? Maybe he's too busy with his guiding business.

    S06.E05: Now

Has this question ever been asked: How large is the community of Alexandria, how many acres, how many blocks along the main street? Obviously, Deanna's husband built the wall all around the community or it wouldn't be secure. Wouldn't there be another gate (possibly smaller) as a sort of escape hatch in an emergency? Why aren't Rick and the others shooting at the crowd of walkers? Do they not have enough guns, are they out of bullets? This makes no sense to me.
  9. Don't know if this means Glenn isn't dead, but Steven Yeun's resume lists him as part of the cast at least through Season 6, Ep. 16. Of course, IMDb may not have the correct information.
  10. "When he hit the ground we clearly saw Nicholas was not on top of him." We did? I saw them falling and Glen was holding Nicholas' body in front of him. Since we saw Glen's face on the ground, Nicholas must have been on top of him. I think Glen was screaming in fear of what would happen to him next, not out of pain. If those body parts being torn were from his body, he would have been dead. If he could pull himself under the dumpster, he could probably survive because the concrete walls protecting the dumpster would make it impossible for the walkers to push it over. However, how would he pull himself under there fast enough to keep his legs from being attacked?
  11. Those animal noises at night were terrifying. Sounded like wild boars, which I'd prefer to a big cat. The boars wouldn't have hurt him unless he chased them, but he'd be a late night snack for a cat.
  12. Eric Braeden is probably not speaking to her after that comment. Isn't he the sexiest???
  13. I think he has her in the boathouse at that house he bought for Hilary (where he was electrocuted), but where they never lived. You can see the shimmering water reflection. How he got her there from the VI will remain a mystery.
  14. The more I read about Shane, the more I like this man. Here is a link to his website, and he has written a book about his life. http://www.shaneoffthegrid.com/

  16. I feel bad for Shane also. It's obvious to me that he has problems socializing, probably because of his terrible, lonely childhood, but he's really trying to fit in this season. Alana is such a bitch, which makes me wonder if she's forgotten that the episode will be viewed by thousands, maybe a million or more people. She's being photographed, and everyone will see how she's treating this man.
  17. I suppose the next season will be filled with the trials and tribulations of Gillian and Robbie's marriage. Just can't imagine her being faithful to him if John is still around. And then there's the truth about Gillian's husband's death....
  18. I don't either. She isn't really pretty (in my opinion). Must be like one of the guys.....likes watching football, drinking beer, and, as she's shown with John, willing to go to bed with a guy when she's had too much to drink.
  19. There may be hope on the horizon. Kevin and Mariah are going to the lake tomorrow to check out the car. I'm betting there won't be a body. We haven't seen the last of Marco.
  20. Thank you, Starchild. The father did seem very pleased with the baby, and it would be nice for him to be in his child's life, even though that wasn't the original plan.
  21. Please......who is the stranger who walks into Caroline's life? What did I miss? The biological father??
  22. "....... until a stranger walks into her life who may be the answer to her prayers." I just watched this episode online, but I must have missed a scene. What stranger is this? A nanny for Flora?
  23. That OCD woman was so annoying. She must have used that term 10 times. If she's such a neat freak, how does she manage a household with five children? Her husband must be a saint to live with her. Of course, she got the house she wanted, which was 40 minutes away from the base where he worked. What I don't like about those new homes is that there are no trees in the back yard.
