I have nothing.....nothing about today's show. Same old, same old. Not even fun to snark on anymore......

I can't get excited for any of the guests or co-hosts next week...... So the finale of Mad Men is tonight (west coast) and I can just hear NW tomorrow saying No, No, No! Don't tell me yet....I haven't seen it yet.....don't talk about it! She just did that recently about a show she hadn't seen yet. As far as I am concerned once a show has aired it is fair game for discussion.

As far as I am concerned RS is on the same level of intellect as SS. Sherri thinks they'd better glam Tubman up a little....Raven that we need "to move a little bit forward. I don't even know why Raven is there.....her age, for a younger point of view? I mean....what does she offer? Not even comedy.....and the totally rediculous, imo, acting out while presentations are being made. So we have WG, NW, RP and RS and endless guest co-hosts. We've had the co-hosts for years now! Can't they get some sense of stability?

Really Cosmocrush. Especially since NW said "Whoopi would hate this!" Probably not....but at this time I believe she couldn't care less. And rightfully so. Plus it was stupid for NW to say Whoopi is reading fb and twitter condolences.

Yes, the college student is a Dem. But not sure NW knew at the time - it was, imo, a valid question that played out today........lol, NW did step in it today with Jeb's turn around. I saw Ivy interviewed tonight on Lawrence O'Donnell.

I hope Joy is on when SS fills in for RP on the 28th.....already been taped. And no WG, of course. OMG - Raven, NW, SS and who else? IMO these producers need to go! And yes, shockingly Maddow's former EP included. What a circus.....sigh. Even today Joy said that in the pre-show meeting they discussed Paltrow and were told what she ate during the food stamp challenge. What was not mentioned is GP could NOT do it for a week and went out to dinner during the challenge. BTW......seems to me RP's hair is much too heavy for her in the mermaid style with heavy bangs - she seems she is squashed down. LOL NW - Jeb did a complete turn around today. As most of the other contenders say they would not have engaged in Iraq then.

Satan Andy is a correct name for Andy. The promotion of Sophia is very serious. I am shocked and I can't imagine her daughter and OMM aren't worried or think this is all a joke or just for our entertainment. But Andy gets a kick out of it and big $$$.

I have a tight group of women that have gotten together for 49, 45 and 26 years....I'll refer to them as "the girls." The rest of my friends I refer to as my friends, or my college friends that see each other as the "college gals." I'm 68 and would never have referred to myself as a girl after 20, 21.

Thanks motorcitymom, lol! Actually my cat's name, and yes from the song and unfortunately Cat of A Hot Tin Roof.....she is a rescue from a hard life. Such a sweetheart. BOT....that's it - the interns are not from good families.....probably raised by wolves. And needed to learn to entertain but alas failed.

Was it last season Sonja had the use of a Hampton's home and entertained the housewives......and the interns served them? The interns are young and from good families according to Sonja yet they can't be left alone....even when she goes to AC or Gstaad? ............Guess I just broke my new personal rule about discussing Sonja........

Just what the show needs....a comedian. They think their job is to entertain us with their brilliant humor. Ugh. I watch The Chew....none of them are comedians but they are all so fun and funny. No need to have the title to be amusing and fun. This show is now under the News division, not the Entertainment division. And they promote guests for various talents. Rosie O was funny as well as serious and informed (whether viewers agreed or not with her view) and she brought a lot to the show like different topics and causes, people, crafts etc. Now we get WG's stealth stealing, Nicole's incessant chit chat during presentations, Raven trying to steal the limelight from the presenter with her antics, and RP's overly personal joy at each and every celebrity and stamp of approval - let alone lectures complete with "facts." And now bringing SS back at least for a visit.

Well, Nicolle finally admitted it.....she "reveres W." I hope they hire Joy next season.....NW seems to walk all over the others with her defense of the GOP and it felt to me that Joy helped the panel get a backbone.

I can't get over this tribute to Whoopi this week. It just seems so inappropriate, imo, since the show knew the seriously scary journey she was making. Then to add by NW "Whoopi would hate this!" Ya think? And they do it anyway? It is terribly sad, and even more so since it is daunting to be the last of a generation to the rest of the family. I think, at least for me since I'm 68, one starts thinking about that as the previous generations pass on.

I'm not going to chat about Sonja because I think she is quite delusional and really needs professional care. Surely during these RHONY Old Man Morgan has to be very concerned about his daughter and even Sonja's mental stability and shenanigans. And unwilling to bail her out. But Carole is very delusional as well, for the moment. She is no longer it seems part of her husband's family connections - nor a correspondent, journalist, writer etc. Her only story this season is she is a hot 51 year old dating a 29 year old and throwing up on his shoes, eating gummies, and her wardrobe accessories like tee shirt and ears. Look at me! Look at me!

I've been looking around for info on Carole dating G Clooney.....All I can find is her word on it "We dated literally during the Eisenhower years." 1953-1961. Let's see here, she was born in 1963. I started in the 80's and GC has had relationships as short as a year but often longer, so if anything it never seems to have taken off. Oh that Carole.....so cute and witty!

Several British papers are reporting that Whoopi's brother has passed away from a brain aneurysm.

I read it....what hooey. And I normally love Vanity Fair. What is it with writers not watching the show and then declaring Rosie P "articulate", and saying BW hired women that "brought intellectual cool and gravitas"....Debbie, Jenny, Sherri, Elizabeth and Elisabeth, let alone WG?

I don't recall ever having Ree OR Ladd mentioning to let meat "rest."

I didn't catch the new guest host today and liked her. I found it interesting that she shared the mod's responsibilities with Nicolle rather than Rosie, lol. If you can hear the ipads from the kids in the seat behind you on an airplane then they are too loud, imo. Too bad Raven doesn't want to be labeled but has no problem labeling an autistic person and saying they need to fly on their own airline. Ever notice how Rosie ingratiates herself to every celebrity on the show by personally telling them how much SHE loves them? Like they are her BFF and not because of their acting, music, etc.

Thanks for suggesting to read the article Medicine Crow, I didn't want to either. It is ugly. Fortunately the journalist called EH and FOX out. I decided I should watch watch the video and tried to find it. What I found is this transgender issue is not new to EH. She is a huge advocate for locking kids in a cocoon. LOL, in this age of the internet. What I did find is in April she was outraged about a story read to kids in elementary school about a transgender girl in Maine. It offended her even though she is a feminist. WTF? There were 2 guests on the April show. EH asked if this was a plan to indoctrination to get to the kids first. One guest said it is about conditioning both the kids and their parents and yada, dada.... bigot. Sorry, I didn't understand the nonsense. Bottom line - avoid being called a bigot, kids can be confused (one guest was at a point in childhood thinking she was a cocker spaniel), what exactly is a "girls" brain in a boys body, parental written consent to read the book to kids. This was from an article in "Salon." Guess we have come a long way from the Sherry Shepherd penguin crisis several years ago. Sigh

I thought Rosie and Raven were annoying today during the mother's day discussion. If I understood what they were even saying. Rosie's estranged relationship with her mother is very sad and she is fortunate to have had other mother-like women in her life but there aren't any cards you can buy? Well, there are. And what prevents you from buying/making a blank card and write your own sentiment on it Rosie? And Raven doesn't do anything because she thinks it is a commercial day? Not even a phone call call which is free? At least all NW wants is a donut, and WG's best gift ever was her great granddaughter being born on her birthday. Sigh. Hope I really missed the points made by RP and RS......

Adam isn't 13 years younger than Carole if he is 30 and she is 51, as one poster said. I think perhaps LuAnn's niece was upset by the breakup with Adam and that is why L is concerned.

I find it odd that Ciara's song was so very similar to "I Will Survive." And the fish comment was completely out of line, imo. so crude. I can't even imagine knowing how she behaves in real life and not national tv.

Darn....we were interrupted by an Emergency Alert System test during the Michelle Obama comments on museums. What I gathered was Rosie jumped on her soapbox and said SHE visited museums as a kid. What Michelle said was "many" children...not every single one. But I missed the rest of RP's defensive attitude which is fine since I missed some of WG chowing down. Didn't realize we (the universe) were spiraling down a black hole. Must be a huge hole...... It drives me crazy when people use cutesy words for horiffic deeds.....WG - bonehead, RP saying something about bad apples (?) in every group. At least Garrett now knows NW is a Republican.

OTOH it was an opportunity to discuss the pros and cons of boxing as well as the character of the boxers in this case. And tell us, RP, the whole point of men boxing to begin with. ETA actually women as well are boxers. Nevertheless....the point?
