I think Nicolle was making nice to Valerie after she out of the blue asked her about Hillary's emails. NW should know better than to mess with VJ.

I think it was when Joy deflated Nicolle with throwing out ...and now the dollar is stronger than ever since Bush. Hee! Nope, WG didn't introduce Joy....she definitely didn't want a repeat of the audience going wild when RO came out.

Highlights are Starbucks placed an ad in USA Today that read Shall We OverCome? Race Together. And then their logo. It was made perfectly clear the baristas are free to NOT write Race Together on the cups if they don't want to. I am so sick of not discussing the topic specifics before they all chime in and Nicole derails it into screeching Next! Next! Rosie makes her own coffee or goes to to a Mom and Pops, Sam, as a new Mom, doesn't want to discuss the issue first thing in the morning. IMO, at this time.......since this campaign starts next Monday, is that Starbucks is promoting the country/customers to have the discussion in general.....not directly with the barista at the moment.

Really CosmoCrush and MedicineCrow. Clearly WG's ego-t has gotten the best of her. Hence all the wonderful guests, topics, interviews she does. Oh wait...that was Rosie O. RO wanted to make the show relevant. And perhaps WG in the past.......important guests of stature and her series of around NYC. But where is that now? Zip now. Which probably is a reason she is such an asshole and can't stand she doesn't contribute much (or anything) now that she bullied Rosie off the show. And became the Queen to the co-host s and important staff kinda. That smiled and agreed with her proof that all was well. Let alone lecturing all of them and the viewers all the time while speaking directly in the camera and most of the time pointing her finger other than today. I hope she realizes she is doing damage control. Although not in a good way. Although I am not a fan of BW and I have been around for decades, BW never would appreciate this year. Anyone notice she had not appeared since RO left?

All polls determining Obama's approval rating differ a little, naturally. But they are all at 46.8 up to 50% according to the first 5 or so I checked on. Hardly 37% like Nicole said today. I don't know how ABC allows her to get away with that crap.

What on earth is this show's fascination with Empire? I'm referring to a show not on ABC....yet very popular and endlessly discussed on this show including cast members. I haven't seen it. But the extraordinary exposure The View gives it is strange, imo. Seems to me they are focused on tv rather than a balance with movies and Broadway and long term celebrities. Just seems to me to be an unbalance for those viewers that don't watch Empire and want to see a larger segment of guests. OTOH, I am usually unaware of who so many of the guests and co-hosts are lately.

Really.....they have so many changes in co-hosts,RP's absences, and no-show guests these days......The weeks line up has not been correct for months. As for Whoopi -she is dancing around....in and out of her throne jumping up and down....to be believed to still/have a back problem.....and this orange plastic seat is taken from the throne to the chairs they have instead of a couch. Good luck with that help while being more physical than ever this season. I don't know personally about back pain but friends and family that experience it are smarter than WG about recovering from a back problem. Well, except for my sister, lol.

Can't remember how WG (?) started off on the subject on women featured on US currency.......which quickly went to....Beyonce. Let's see here- 3 women on coins - Helen Keller, Sacagawea, and Susan B Anthony on coins. 3 women on paper money (silver certificates and notes)- Martha Washington twice (once alone and once with husband) and Pocahonas. Why is it so difficult for the show to google their ht's.....it has taken me longer to post this than glance at google. SIGH Oh....and Goddess/Lady Liberty the most of all currency of all women.

A poster on the show's fb jogged my memory...the post simply said that most R women know who Dr Phil is. But then I remembered (while Nicole Wallace was at the WH on 9/29/ 2004) Dr Phil and his wife interviewed GW and Laura at the Crawford Ranch). I also remember some huge formal Christmas event they all attended. What a communications chief Nicole was....

Really Former Nun..... imo NW touches/paws everyone. And is so thrilled to meet celebrities when she has no clue who they are....and bashes those that could appear on the show. WG is snowed by her.....and loves every minute of it. Seems like this season WG has chosen 1 co-host to adore.....rather than a team. Sigh....that is ever changing in guest co-hosts. Seems like WG is a DINO......dem in name only. But - why does she care?

Rosie Perez has reported blown through 5 or 6 hair and makeup artists in what, a little over 6 months?

Lets see here... NW was born in Orange County, went to UC Berkeley and then as an on air reporter, later in Calif state politics. But doesn't know where Malibu is. She then worked for Jeb Bush as his press secretary and the, surprise, on Florida's election recount in 2000. Magically she then worked for GW in.....the White House as Communications Director. Then for McCain/Palin 2008. Which leads me to a Salon article today about, oh I don't know......the WH lost 5 million emails in 2007. Many, including Bush were using servers of the RNC, Karl Rove lost 4 years of emails. Have to say I dislike NW even more than EH.....EH just spouted the daily RNC rhetoric that was handed to her via Getty, Hannity, etc. As Communications Director in the WH NW probably, imo, was involved in the email scandal that lasted a scant day or two.....and now has her fingers in her ears singing lalalalalalla. When she is knowingly misleading us daily.

Actually I am in a state that has 2 D Senators and my Rep a D. So I am happy.....but they don't have post comments on their fb. One Rep R that used to be mine but after gerrymandering does allow posts but never responds. In fact has not ever have town meetings in 5 or 6 years. That speaks volumes for me since my Rep had one last night and does pretty regularity. Plus my former R Rep's office could never answer questions on even how he voted.....later after the vote. Well, a few times by phone.....after the questions were strictly monitored and selected...by nice and polite call ins.

I've been watching as well. BINGO MedicineCrow - no respect for WG, let lone Trump. But I'll throw in Wallace and Perez as well for me. I am so tired of NW not being challenged....and all of the panel and co-hosts cowered by WG. What is it about Perez and her blue cards.....at the ready... that she reads. Today about music ripoffs, Hillary, and the China earthquake. IMO she can't pull off her cards in a sincere manner. And nobody challenges her either. "Challenges" is perhaps too strong a word but they blast through their topics so quickly there is not time. Usually not well researched and 4 days late. And what was up with RP thanking 2 doctors today about her husband's (ER?) care last night. End of story. IMO she just doesn't come across well.

Gosh Litnit...someone 26 somewhat starting out - like Lisa Ling? Ling replaced Debbie that couldn't carry the younger viewer. I couldn't agree more...they had co-hosts and mods that were smart in the early days....Walters, Viera, Behar, Jones etc. Now we get the likes of Goldberg after BW left and RO left once she woke up from her coma), Shepherd, McCarthy etc.... OTOH Hasselbeck and Wallace were hired for their party lines......EH for her Getty news, and Wallace for her naiveness on somewhat current celebrity culture. Really, having to google Bieber? I am shocked ABC, TPTB and Wolf have allowed this to happen. And Walters and Getty as well of course. All BW could talk about in the last few years were her past accomplishments......and fascination with sex Sorry everyone....got confused on my new laptop and brought up 2 posts in a row.....

But they no longer want to discuss issues......just jokes, tv shows, sex, sex, sex, bodily functions and some celebrity gossip. The real news events this week were never even mentioned. But, imo, BW started this with her odd behavior and fascination about sex several years ago. Or with someone's beauty - male or female.

I looked up WG and it was said on Biography.com her brother is Clyde Johnson and he is her younger brother were raised by their mother Emma "in a housing project in the Chelsea section of Manhattan." I think Whoopi left home early....but nevertheless has a sibling.....and was raised with one at some time...if the site (or Whoopi) is to be ....believed. Plus they both have the name Johnson.

I think Whoopi is really enjoying this Whoopi fest by the panel this week. I love how she defends to the end all of the allegations/video etc about Hollywood celebrities....and caved in totally today with Nicole's allegations about the Clinton's. Just the other day she had the sense to mutter and say they were her friends. I am really shocked about Whoopi's personality this season......

Just google poop app JunieBug....sounds like there are real reasons this may be helpful with medical conditions it may/does help if you can wade through the 11 year olds jokes about it and the utter disgust of some. I just skimmed one article and had not realized one wears a little monitor on your stomach and you get notifications on your smart phone. But the view just behaved like 11 year kids and it took Raven to suggest it might help those with medical complications. I read their facebook yesterday and that is where I learned that there are conditions that warrant this app. What is the point of making it a ht and not even knowing what it is.....or doing their own fucking homework to figure it out? Right Whoopi?

Am I going crazy? Today Whoopi said today that she grew up without siblings.....but I've even seen her brother in the audience on the show. Or perhaps he grew up with their/his father?

I don't think Raven was scheduled for today but came in to pitch in since Rosie was out. She did seem bewildered a little - but I give her a pass for not really being aware of the first ht (whatever it was). She did save the day trying to figure out about the poop app and that for many children and adults it is medically a very good thing. I read the facebook page because I'm on the west coast and am curious whether to watch. There were lots of personal examples today why people are pleased about that app. I really don't see what Stacy brings to the table at all. And she is always moving in her seat, head moving sideways and up and down, eyes looking everywhere, red mouth wide and open, and then the wild gestures......all at once!
