  1. One thing I like about this show is that it always takes the harder route. It's hard to predict what's going to happen because they always take the path of MOST resistance. I loved how Rachel basically spelled out the thoughts of a lot of fans (Josh being the perfect guy she moved here for only to fall in love with the guy she didn't expect because he was so grouchy and they shouldn't be together, etc.) I totally thought that Greg/Rebecca moment on the bridge was her imagination.
  2. Those two are a dream team and consistently work well together on challenges. I bet if they made a secret alliance they would go far. So glad they didn't go to tribal.
  3. If this was the Oliver we saw on the show I'd like him 100x better. That was awesome.
  4. I was laughing my head off at the Wright Brothers Plus One segment. Any time Jason Ritter is in a sketch, you know it's going to be a good one.
  5. I don't really know what the election special was trying to accomplish. I know Adam said his biggest disappointment was the election episode because he heard from people that it actually made them not want to vote, but it felt like he was trying to tell us here that we should be okay with the status quo because that's how it always is and that it works...? Or basically not vote for Trump?
  6. I love White Josh, "judgier than Judge Reinhold" lol He's like the Greek Chorus of this show. Poor Darryl, but I guess he's never taken an HR management class where's supposed to keep his employee's at arm's length and not be besties with them. LOTS of musical numbers this week--a little too many for my taste, but still. And loved the Duck Pond moment between Rebecca and Josh. Kinda wish they hadn't moved so fast this episode, but hopefully that means there's just a lot more to come.
  7. I kinda wish that it was Randy who was the troll instead of Gerald. I'm sure there's going to be a reason for it, but Gerald is just so bleh and this seems kind of out of character for him. Randy, on the other hand, is usually the guy who goes 150% in on everything he does and this Member Berries plot seems like kind of a waste of his character. So Member Berries bleed??
  8. One thing I like about this show is how they manage to address race relations in each episode because of Rufus, but not in a preachy way, more like a "These were the times, as terrible as it may be." It was a smart decision to make his character a person of color as usually time travel storie ignore that aspect. I also agree that having Ian Fleming back would not be disagreeable lol
  9. I thought that Lucy and Robert Todd Lincoln had a lot of chemistry haha. I would've preferred watching her changing the course of history with him instead of Wyatt, who I recognized from his start on the male model reality show Manhunt (don't judge me!)
  10. Sketchy basically said that all the others were "wasting time doing all the artsy stuff." Sounds like a true Ink Master. We have another Kruseman on our hands, someone who just wants to do the bare minimum and hope the strong players knock each other out. This dumbness of the team aspect was highlighted even more today--they should just make Dave the sole judge. Still watching, though, because I enjoy Kelly and Ryan. I'm glad that week after week the Twitter voters seem to be of the same opinion as me.
  11. Yeah man, the killer clown segment was paiiiinful, as much as I enjoy Betsy Sodaro. Just so preachy. This isn't why I turn into @midnight. I'm here for the bad puns, not a PSA.
  12. Why didn't they talk about whether they actually looked like the people or not?! They only mentioned it once with Ryan's!! Dave: still the only judge I like. Chris: still wish he were off my screen more and more
  13. Just saw the '90s episode--freaking loved it. Kato has such a '90s voice. And I loved that Chris brought out his Singled Out haircut lol
  14. I thought this was a pretty good episode, loved the telling of the Marilyn Monroe/Ella Fitzgerald story--Gabourey rocked that role. And Kyle Mooney and Nick Rutherford together again--just needed Beck to make it a Good Neighbor reunion.
  15. No tattoos stuck out for me. At least, in a good way. I saw a lot of potential Ink Master: Redemption tattoos today. Can't believe Tuff Tito made it this long. If they weren't doing the dumb teams this year, he would've been gone soooo long ago. Nikki really annoyed me with her picks, but especially when she played "Did I do that?" dumb to Kelly. Don't kid me, lady, you did that on purpose. Nunez is still the worst team leader.
  16. That immigration episode was terrific. I haven't learned that much since the transportation episode.
  17. I know that it's part of the joke, but do they ever explain WHY Mr. Garrison doesn't just drop out of the race if he doesn't want to be president anymore?
  18. Those were some good flash challenge results. I'm still astounded that Ryan only has 4 years of experience of tattooing--she's amazing. Matt was definitely the right person to leave tonight, glad he didn't fly under the radar. I can't believe he spent 6 hours on that little moon and squiggle. Boneface crossed the line by making his attacks personal. Melted ice cream and flaming meatball haha
  19. Hey guys, 'member the episode with Giant Douche vs. Turd Sandwich? That was awesome... And, and, 'member the episode where it turned out McCain and Obama were actually working together? I 'member!! I would love if--to commemorate 20 years--they use the member berries to call back to random episodes.
  20. Good stuff. Bad tattoos were actually on the bottom and a bad tattooer went home (actually, Dave voting to send Sirvone home was one of the few times I've disagreed with him). Bada bing, bada boom. I guess I would be annoyed at them ganging up on Dave if it wasn't him who turned on his team first. Ya reap what ya sow. I couldn't believe my ears when Oliver was telling Chris "I think when we were starting out, you had a stronger artistic team and I had the stronger mentally positive team." SERIOUSLY?!
  21. Brooke Burke also seems like a contestant that's already been on this show. No matter how angry this show got me, I've still missed it in its 2 year hiatus. Watching people working as a group to accomplish tasks that weren't straight up fundraisers was always the best part for me. I always learned a tiny something from those. I hope Arnold isn't as arbitrary in his decisions as the former dude ("You know what, even though your team lost and you've been losing as PM 15 times, I still like you, so Quiet Guy over there, you're fired!")
  22. She reminds me of an alternate universe Giada De Laurentiis from Food Network. Regarding the rules where the winning team automatically gets sent to elimination the next week, I feel like that request probably came from Chris and Oliver's egos. How bad would it look for them if their team was completely decimated?? Would've looked forward to seeing Team Nunez go down though.
  23. I thoroughly enjoyed tonight's Out of Africa special. Why couldn't this be the show? Everyone was awesome and funny and we got to see more of their personalities. Poor Jake and his facial paralysis, glad he was okay and so were the others. The women losing their hair in clumps made me cringe. Watching them all have their first real meal together was awesome.
  24. The only thing I can say is: good job, Steven. And wish Jake could've made it.
  25. I said it before and I'll say it again...these producers set these guys up for failure by putting them in an untenable situation. Freaking 100+ degree Africa in a drought!! What did they think was going to happen? How did they really expect these guys to survive with the lack of edible plantlife and small game? I wonder if the producers planted Ryan's camera as a way for them to tell the contestants to stop eating the fruit. Sad Kim is gone. Save Jake!!! Also WTH is the purpose of Dual Survival? Is it just Naked and Afraid minus the Naked and the Afraid?
