  1. Pretty commonplace to blame the "other" person, and not your mate/spouse, at least initially. We'll see where this goes after the dust settles. She is definitely making at least PR mistakes. Now that the knowledge proof of his behavior is in her head, I would imagine that his crappy behavior and volume of time spent away from the family will begin to fester. We'll see.
  2. I actually did think it looked familiar. How did Lu say it? Even Michael Kors makes mistakes.
  3. I'm not going to shame her...yet. She's got a ton invested in this, this husband of hers, and her family. She's speaking like a woman who is on the defense. I think that most rational folks know where this will end, and let's just say that ol' Jimmy better not plan on an early retirement. This one's really gonna cost him. Special needs children and publicly humiliated wives don't go away cheaply.
  4. When the world doesn't cater to your awesomeness, these things happen. brielle-biermann-claims-she-was-kicked-off-a-flight-with-her-family When this 'lips as a flotation device' look fades, what will women who have done this to themselves do? Also, Brielle is a "model"? Wow.
  5. I haven't watched every moment of this show, but I'm not sure why I'm seeing so much Reece-hate. I don't find him any more or less curious than I do Jeff. Jeff is plain scary to me. I believe the common denominator with Reagan's men is... ...weird hair.
  6. A good reference for contemporary 'speak' urbandictionary.com In general, "dope" means really good.
  7. This woman has an unhealthy attachment to lacy, knotted, open-weave textiles (I know there's a better description). This particular number resembles a diaperesque swimsuit.
  8. Though she should definitely work on thickening her skin, I'll say 'good for her'. She's right. Her response in 2nd photo.
  9. Oh.Dear.God. I'll just say that I hope she's socking away the spoils. She's probably on minute 10 about now.
  10. Lawd Hammercy, those bewbs. 😖 Probably just me, but I'm betting we'll soon see a promo for SG Totes or some such thing. Placement just a little too deliberate.
  11. <<Caution: Not safe for those averse to racy commentary>> My husband would suggest that perhaps she can suck-start a Harley.
  12. Younger folks may want younger cast members, and for me, this group is my wheelhouse. Perhaps a mix would satisfy everyone, but would probably be hard to mesh together.
  13. People should take that stuff seriously. Excessive heat is no joke. For me, I wish to thank Willis Carrier's parents for copulating. <105 heat index here in flyoverland>
  14. Thanks for sharing this. I took a screen shot with the caption visible so that others may read it also. (Faint but visible). For me, it's confirmation that there are still those who will go extra to honor and respect those that have gone before and sacrificed much. It makes my heart glad.
  15. Glad I read it, and I mostly agree with you. I have never been a part of AA, so I can't speak of it. I am in no position to judge whether or not Lu is a technical alcoholic, but I do believe that a woman in her 50's shouldn't drink to the point of falling, following strangers to hotel rooms (the wrong room at that), injuring law enforcement, subsequently threatening to "kill" said law enforcement... I have done a lot of drinking in my lifetime. A lot a lot. When I was told that I had an illness that would be exacerbated by liquor, I stopped drinking it. I have no regrets because my health and longevity* mean more to me than that glass of whatever. That doesn't seem to be the case with Lu. I believe that the handful of incidents involving Lu that we have been privy to alone would likely qualify her for 'alcoholic' status, and I can't know of things that occurred outside of the camera's eye. I also believe that she has zero business being involved in this television shitshow. It will.not.end.well if she continues imo. She is a nurse. Would it pay for a Manhattan apartment or a vacation home? Probably not, but it would be an honest way to make a decent living and live a life of purpose...somewhere else. She is now addicted to being "on stage", and whatever form that takes, whether RHONY or the Cabafrigginret, girl's gotta have it. She's dancing around now with an "I beat the system" attitude because for now, she seems to have done so. We'll all see if there are consequences for her actions and inactions. *Edit - mostly health. Learning from my mother's example that longevity ain't all it's cracked up to be.
  16. I'm loving this reunion so much that I went to bed 45 minutes in. You all have summed it up nicely; Bethenny is a monumental hypocrite (and whoever styled her hair should have been fired), Ramona is a monumental narcissist, Dorinda has been wearing a mask (and if I hear the phrase "make it nice" spew out of her mouth again, I'm goin' rogue), Sonja is jealous of the lot of 'em. Luann is an angry, arrogant, drunk, and Tinsley deserves better than Andy, Scott, and the entire cast. I'll read about part three here, as Bravo doesn't deserve my Neilsen contribution.
