  1. I love that place! As foot antidepressants; why wouldn't they be available. I would think they would just be sitting there at the pharmacist's.
  2. He knows what the word 'ass' means; he apparently doesn't know the term 'haul ass.' I find it slightly unbelieveable that in a zombie apocalypse, the term 'haul ass' has gone out of fashion, but who knows? Show is still stupid.
  3. That was a terrible episode. They did so many things wrong, it's hard to believe they are supposed to be secret agents. And I guess Mac was right - Daisy and You Yo really were stupid leaving that room. Yo Yo pretty much immediately got taken over. It feels like they took a three to four episode story and dragged it out over 12 episodes. This was basically just filler, with the death of a side character to give it some gravitas. So far, this season is a dud.
  4. Pretty terrible episode. I don't mind Deke, but he cannot carry an episode solo. Is anyone else seriously bored with the crazy knife chick stereotype?
  5. Possibly, but captains don't transfer because of failed relationships, first officers and junior officers do. A first officer is much more expendible than a captain on a starship. Wasn't the Union desperately hurting for captains though? You would think they would have offered Kelly her own command by this point.
  6. Great second season! Loved the ending with Joan of Arc and
  7. The Moclans never really made sense to me. There are 'only' males and males can procreate with each other, but there are females as well? Can they procreate with each other? If not, why do the females even exists, in an evolutionary sense? It would seem to me that if one sex can procreate with other members of that sex, there is no evolutionary need for the other sex. Was there more gender parity on Moclus in the past and then something happened? It really needs to be explained, because as of now, it makes no sense. You know what else doesn't make sense? Two Union officers managed to basically take out an entire squad of Moclans with absolutely no trouble at all. That was a tad ridiculous. The use of Dolly, however, was awesome.
  8. Count me in as not seeing that coming. Really good episode. Went from a song to dead bodies filling up the corridors. Well done.
  9. That seems like an oddly ... specific example?
  10. Intersting season. I don't think it was as good as the first, not by a long shot, but the last couple of episodes really brought the fun. The final episode, well that's a whole new thing.
  11. It wasn't exactly subtle. "What kind of place doesn't take regugees?" Aparently the Good Place, as if they had know who the group was, they would have sent them directly to the Bad Place. I don't think they were making the political point they thought they were. Overall, it was pretty good. I wonder if we ever are going to see the actual Good Place?
  12. Agreed. No B plot meant a very long and boring episode, at least to me. And it was a bit of a bummer when Halston Sage left the show (for whatever reason). I find her, by far, the hottest member of the cast (and the second most interesting). So true. They mentioned several times in this episode how the Orville is a military vessel. Not too many military vessels take side trips to make sure one of the crew doesn't get 20% weaker or for the third officer to take a pee. Then again, maybe they just didn't have anything to do and the Captain gets wide, WIDE latitude on where the ship goes.
  13. I don't know. Moclans can ACTUALLY eat homework. I would think it would be a running source of amusement (and certainly is for the 'evolved' crew).
  14. I think in TNG, they explained it by a combination of force fields and holograms. But, YMMV.
  15. Isn't Lois Lane a multiple award-winning journalist? And Perry is paying her 21 cents LESS per dollar than Clark? Lois should be looking for another job.
  16. I like it so far, but I just can't get over how much Elfo reminds me of Bart Simpson, design-wise.
  17. The latest episode was total nonsense. They took the only two relationships that were any good and basically destroyed them. Talk about a 180 turn on Annie's character and Leroy's for that matter. Thank God this show has been cancelled. What hot garbage.
  18. If Barry took a quick jaunt to Earth-38 via Cisco, Supergirl could fly over, destroy all of the satellites and be home within 30 minutes. It's not like it would take her long to fly around and destroy the satellites using her heat vision.
  19. Preach, brother. Why didn't Barry go into Flashtime and take Devoe to the Pipeline? Or snap his neck? Or quick-punch him in the balls 100 times so that when Barry left Flashtime, Devoe would be incapacitated? Why didn't he do ANYTHING?
  20. I hope the only solution they come up with is to kill Rasmus. Maybe twice.
  21. One thing is certain - Daisy will always make stupid emotional decisions that get her or someone else in trouble. Wait. That could be said for EVERY character. How are they super spied again? What spy organization doesn't sanction killing people?
  22. People seem to be ignoring that Fitz saved the world by operating on Daisy, or at least the city with thousands of people above them. If he didn't do what he did, the fear dimension would have consumed them all. I think we have two groups of characters. One group is willing to make the hard choices and do things that need to be done, consequences be damned. The other group is content to live in fantasy land and allow the world to go to hell in order to remain morally pure (whatever the hell that means). Daisy is insane if she thinks that Ruby wasn't. She was a wild dog that needed to be put down. She LITTERALLY just murdered her boyfriend less than three feet from where Daisy was standing not 30 seconds before? Yo Yo would have been an idiot if she DIDN'T kill Ruby. Are the choices of group one perfect? Of course not. Those choices led to death and ... well, apparently absolutely no complications for Daisy less than one episode later. Regardless, they are not easy or popular choices, but someone has to make them. Just standing there while people die because you refuse to kill is not a moral choice, it's abetting mass murder.
  23. Wow, another episode where Barry and the team loses because they are morons. DaVoe is trying to steal something. THIS time we'll stop him! *DaVoe kicks their asses and leaves.* DaVoe is trying to steal something else! THIS time we'll stop him! *DaVoe kicks their asses and leaves.* Rinse. Repeat.
  24. It is indeed a dick move. But as for her consent, who cares? Daisy's mom was going to kill dozens of people, had killed in the past and attempted to kill Daisy herself. If I was Daisy, I'd piss on her grave right after I dug her up. Also, I don't think Daisy is digging up her mom, per se, she is looking for either a piece of her or a chemical that is part of her.
