  1. Jensen has mentioned a few times that if he'd known the show was going to go on for so long he'd have invested in some BC real estate. But both their hearts lie in Texas. And then there's Canada's taxes....
  2. STOP YELLING AT ME FROM THE DR ROOM, PEOPLE!! Those DR speeches are rehearsed and probably scripted and mean absolutely nothing because they're filmed after the fact. And I dislike Condescending Christmas probably more than Paul at the moment. I think two people are eliminated next? Do the HG's know this? There needs to be a shake up because the unanimous weekly voting is a bit of a yawn.
  3. If I was in charge I would have made the spin off about Castiel in the AU. It's AU Cas that's dead. Real Cas is stuck in the rift. His adventures as he travels the various AU worlds attempting to escape meeting old friends and foes that are different....thats the spin off. Castiel is an established, hugely beloved character. He's mostly been wasted these past seasons as they constantly must power him down or send him off on his own. Mark S saw the light and left. I'd watch Castiel's AU Adventures spin off. Sam and Dean could do crossovers. Maybe one episode they find a way for him to escape, but his life is now in the AU where he does much good. Tears all round as Sam and Dean are forced to leave him and wave goodbye as the rift closes It would be a hit. Misha could carry it off. I don't see Wayward Whatevers having legs, especially if they make it all serious and teens balking at rules kind of thing although the love lives of sheriffs Donna and Jodi could be fun But I wish everyone best of luck. Tv is a crap shoot. Lots of hardworking folk. I couldn't do it and judge not lest thee be judged ..
  4. I don't agree it's Dean mode. It's Jensen mode. They paid a lot of money and they're getting their bang for the buck, especially if a concert with Jensen singing is throw in. He's a performer knocking himself out performing for the audience and having a shit-load of fun while doing it. Nothing "Dean" about it, in fact Dean would be whistling and stomping along with the rest of them and probably recording Jensen's version of this song onto his cassette tapes.
  5. What a performance! (However... have to admit I hope Jensen comes up with a new song soon). Looking forward to the panels... fingers crossed for some quality questions and not just 'ooooh pranks' or 'I was depressed but...'
  6. Me neither. Not bothering to read about it, think about it, care about it. And I resent that it will take away Sam & Dean screen time. Charm is not a word most would ascribe to a horror show such as Supernatural. But for me the show has (had) its own quirky charm. There was heart too. Amid all the blood and guts and decapitations and contrived wedges forced between brothers, there was this weird charm... and heart. It's gone since Dabb. Now story lines are thrust at me. They don't make any real sense and they have so little depth or consequence, I know I don't have to really care. Sigh... I feel I'm such a Supernatural Debbie Downer these days - and here I am a survivor of the season 8 didn't look for Dean raging debacle on IMDb. This is worse. Back then I cared. Now I don't. The more I learn about what's coming... I can't get enthused. Andrew's obviously hot and heavy for his spinoff. It's his focus. For whom the bell tolls, Supernatural....It tolls for thee.
  7. There have been many many times Jensen has remarked on the convention stage that he wished purgatory had lasted longer, that demon Dean had lasted longer and the crowd cheers its support and Jensen smiles. He's making a point. He suggests he prefers playing Dean as Dean - but I think deep down he'd love more challenges thrown his way. He certainly has more than enough talent to take them on.
  8. So Paul's back in the HOH room again? Will he waste his HOH on Cody? It'll be s boring week... Unless someone smartens up and makes things interesting.
  9. I agree. I'm sure it's a lot of work editing hours of nothing into something, but I feel we're being manipulated most of the time. I want to see if any of the others are having issues. Survivor kind of does the same thing now, we used to see bits of their daily 'survivor' life but now it's all alliance talk all the time. Gets monotonous. And thank goodness for the temptations, otherwise BB would have been SO predictable. Hope there's a shake up to come. I find myself fast forwarding thru a lot of the stuff that I guess productions thinks we're interested in. No one else has conversations or thoughts about the future of their own game? Only Paul? And I agree that Christmas should be gone and promised a shot at 2018 season.
  10. Add me in too! The scene where Dean burst through the door (thanks to Billie) and hoarsely demanded 'Where's my brother?" all man on a mission and determined and wild & crazy sexy and let's kill some fucking demons ... I remember being startled and thinking 'oh my, you're back, where have you been?' But then next episode he was all unsure and whispering 'I think I smell smoke' at Vic Whatevers stupid concert and I knew Dean was gone again. Dabb doesn't groove on Dean like the rest of us. It's a flipping crime
  11. Not that I want hostility and shrill nastiness all the time, but this franchise has become dull to watch. The New York housewives seem to have a lot more fun and are way more entertaining.
  12. Yikes! Sam was menacing as Meg. Jared nailed it. I wish they'd give him more of this sinister stuff because he's pretty damn good.
  13. I've seen a billion stabbings portrayed on TV in my lifetime - - this is the only one that stays with me. That gasp as the knife slid in, the look of puzzlement, his body kind of sucking inward and crumpling as breath left him, as if the blade had severed a lung. It was so real. Too real in fact.
  14. I wish they'd gone with the Purgatory type Leviathans for earth side too. Them dropping like ink blots from the sky and transforming into humans - not necessarily copy-catting a human form complete with memories etc. (which made zero sense).
  15. Gee, I wish I could feel more excited. All these speculations are so dull sounding. Couldn't the tapeball turn evil or something? That would be different.
  16. I'm a newbie but it's got to get more interesting when only Paul and his faithful minions are left and must begin picking each other off each week. Until then we've got to wade through a whole lot of 'Paul Says' unfortunately.
  17. After thirteen years it would be interesting if they gave us an intimate peek into their lives. An episode something along the lines of "A Day In The Life..." kind of thing. We really don't know much about them at all. How do they get away with credit card fraud? When does Dean fix up Baby, and where does he get the parts? Where do they buy the plaid? The FBI suits? An upfront and personal episode. No MOTW. No monster. Would it work? I don't know? But I'd sure be entertained.
  18. Dean looks so neat as he drinks that coffee. I still haven't mastered drinking coffee with a lid.
  19. You really can appreciate their acting talent when you realize there's a room full of people and cameras just inches away while they're doing the scene.
  20. Paul as HOH yet again makes it all so predictable. Yawn. Hopefully there's another twist coming? It's uncomfortable watching humans degenerate into a bunch of bullies. It's actually scary to think that we can be so easily brainwashed into gang warfare. Maybe we're being manipulated by editing? People who have the time to watch the feeds might have the real story. I did notice that while the backyard bullying was going on, some camera angles showed HGs sitting about chatting in the background. And they all seem like best buds when on the sofa talking to Julie. Another week of Paul strutting about and yelling at us from the DR. And probably more "Josh, bang the pans!!" (Network Powers That Be - newsflash.. this is NOT entertainment). Hope Kevin wins it all.
  21. Maybe I've confused things by saying something about real story. I meant it's not the truth. You can't LOVE everything. It's impossible for a human to love everything. I'll admit I haven't listened to their recent podcasts. I used to listen all the time and enjoyed their humour and accents... but the constant squeeing eventually got up my nose and I stopped. Or maybe I'm too cynical.
  22. I used to listen to the WoL podcasts but it's a bit wearying when they LOVE EVERYTHING - SQUEE!!! I don't want griping and grumbling of course, but it's not the real story, is it? You can't love everything unless you're just wanting to stay friends - kind of "Does this dress make me look fat?" type of thing. I really hope Missouri doesn't start up with Dean again!!! I'll be forced to wear my anti-teeth grinding mouthpiece and it's uncomfortable!!
  23. I just think they should have taken the Mary story in a different direction. Maybe place the character at the bunker living with her sons , learning about their lives. Being proud. Maybe going on a few hunts and getting a taste for hunting again and maybe even rescuing them in an episode. Gradually introducing her as a natural born hunter with natural hunting instincts (genes which were passed along to her sons). Instead they jumped right into the oh look at her...she's such a badass, she works alone and enjoys sex on black satin sheets. She's Jane Bond!! John I get. John lost it. But he had passion and motive. John was not a victim of contrived writing. Mary on the other hand.......
  24. Last night's episode was so frustrating. I don't watch TV to get all irritated. Surely ratings will slump if they keep this up? Should be renamed "Paul Says". Unless it's just crazy editing none of it makes any real sense. Why would Jessica care that Paul wasted his HOH? She should be smirking. And don't they do some kind of psychological vetting before casting? If they do - how did unstable Josh get through? The veto competition was a joke.... and stupid. The Jessica/Cody argument contrived. I want more Kevin. We don't get enough Kevin. He's having a great summer.
