  1. Despite ghastly puddle deep silly plot writing - Jensen owned the episode. When he's not on screen I can't really be bothered. I don't like Charlie. I never did and although Felicia is probably a wonderful girl and friend to the show - a good actress she ain't. The angel baddie, wanting intel, grasps a chunk of hair and snaps her head back - over the top yelling. What? These people have no clue how to torture for info. You chop off fingers - then you start on limbs. The whole Gabriel writing on the wall (what did he write with?) and suddenly being all ok was weak and took up too much time. They've bothered themselves to bring him back so I guess well see him again to save the day with all this amazing grace that's being spurted about. And why are angels corporeal and dressed in North American fashion while in Heaven? Didn't Cas say he was the size of a tall building with a voice to match and Zach had four faces or something? I just don't like the Heaven scenes... they are irritating because they don't make sense. But I do want to give a shout out to Danneel.... I thought she was pretty good. She's learned a bit from hubby about reacting facial expression as the other actor is talking. I guess Vancouver went through a cold snap - so it was winter time in the AU. I liked the Dean/Ketch scenes although the Duo couldn't help themselves and had to have Ketch 'teach' Dean how to be stealth. But Dean was cool. He's always cool. I hope the Dreadful Duo don't get to write the Dean/Michael episode. They're awful at writing dialogue because they don't have a handle on character. Thank goodness for our actors. This season is such a mishmash with too much of everything sweeping us along without time to stop and smell the evil. But I guess I've enjoyed it and will purchase the DVD. Fingers crossed for a big blast at the end to kill off excess characters like Luci and Mother Mary.
  2. Looks like Jensen is singing at Nashville this weekend He's got to be exhausted, I bet they're both looking forward to some major R&R when filming is done ( next week I think)
  3. Four children with four different women? Is that what he said?
  4. I noticed the same thing. Much of the conversation is obviously spliced together judging by the level of wine in Lu's glass. It went up and down which made me suspect the responses aired were not the actual response to the remark. (Hope I'm making sense). I don't want bickering and nastiness all the time. That's what ruined RHOBH for me.
  5. And if she can even have a roll in the hay with Ketch if he stays along with her (wonder if they have black satin sheets in the AU?) Plus she's a super duper scared of nothing hunter. And she can comfort and protect the frightened little children like she did with her own baby Dean... oh, wait --
  6. That third gif, though....? I'm sure they have Jensen stand in a hole or something sometimes to get the shot.
  7. Misha is not slotted in for every episode. Maybe this is decided at the beginning of the season and the writers have to write the character accordingly. It will never make sense that he disappears for weeks on end without mention, but I'm not a big Castiel fan so it doesn't bother me much. Never worry, tho, our Castiel will return in time to save the day. I'm sure of it. Meanwhile my fingers are crossed and I'm a lather of anticipation for Jensen's upcoming acting challenge. They've wasted his talents far too much over the years. Please please let the writing make sense...
  8. I'm really not sure why they brought Ketch back TBH? I liked the character because ... well, who isn't entertained by a psychopath? They really liven things up. But this season was already overcrowded with big bads, we didn't need another and resurrecting dead folk has become a joke. Dean's definitely the boss in this mission and Ketch will come in handy I guess. He's more handy than a liability. If he doesn't behave Dean will kill him. But I can only guess the actor has good management or came cheap or something?
  9. Negan should have died ages ago IMO. JDM's a good actor and the role was fantastic. But it just went on and on and on. It became laughable that they had so many opportunities to kill him but didn't. TWD has lost its way. Just endless gunfights or soap opera whingeing now.
  10. I thought it was consistent writing for Dean. He's Action Man when ducks are lined up and things need to happen but able to become Chill Guy when they're not. I don't know why he'd need to wait and check off options. I wouldn't have. And his foresight in leaving Sam behind 'just in case' was smart.
  11. I've been out of the loop for a couple of weeks and only just saw the videos of PaleyFest. Jensen never fails to surprise me. He's like a rock star one minute belting out a song with the Slipknot guy - but next time I see him he's in a knitted cardigan he bought at Grandpa's R Us. He seemed subdued and almost distant on that panel. And, of course, I bristled at Singer's "Sam's the smart one" comment. No he's NOT!! Wow they got loads of attention. My little show has come out from under a rock it seems.
  12. I don't like the redemption idea. But I enjoy a sticky tricky character - plus he has no supernatural powers. So he's kind of interesting to me... but to be used sparingly of course. Still, I guess he'll be redeemed and die in the AU saving Dean's butt or something ridiculous like that. Sigh...
  13. I think it's a given Jack will continue to the next season. I like the actor and he seems to fit in on set, but they've whitewashed him to the point of being a yawn (for me, anyway). It'd be fun to see him go off the rails. But there are a whole bunch of characters I want gone. If they have to keep a couple - I'd vote for the conniving hustlers Rowena and Ketch.
  14. Although I'm enjoying this season more than 11 or 12, it's a muddled season with too many characters and no clear direction. I'm assuming there will be a battle and a whole lot of dying in the finale. I'm hoping they clean house and start afresh for the new season with just one big bad or perilous situation. I'm excited for Jensen's upcoming character challenge. We know he'll knock it out of the park, fingers crossed for some good writing too.
  15. So many of these morbidly obese bed ridden people have dogs. I worry so about the dogs. And in this case the poor things were confined to small cages outside the home. They probably never get out for walks in the park or get to eat anything other than pizza and junk.
  16. We should take up a collection and buy a whiteboard and some markers for the writing room. They could then make a list of who can use which weapon, which weapon does what, who's more powerful in the lineup of characters... etc. It's all such a canon mishmash after 13 yrs. Ok for the casual viewer but irritating for the invested. I have to smile when they jab their arm with the needle. Are they supposed to be mainlining or what?
  17. Yes, I'm ready for a crazy in love geriatric sending his/her fortune to Nigeria. It's been a while. I'm not bothering with any more out of control daughters, 30 yr old moochers or the like. Dr. Phil needs a shake up or new formula or something. I wonder if ratings are still good?
  18. I agree with many of the points made here. My main complaint was the lackadaisical attitude toward the woman they saved. Ok, so they're used to stranger things but when they let her wander off outside in the dark by herself I rolled my eyes... 'oh, here we go again'. The pacing was a bit off. Although it was never boring and I enjoyed the episode, the second half was a wee bit rushed. I wish we got a whole hour instead of 42 minutes... damn commercials! I enjoy Ketch. I liked the other one too - Angus or whatever he was called. They at least they had layers and a bit more complex than flat one note baddies like Asmo. Ketch is out for himself and will switch sides in an instant. Dean isn't stupid and won't trust him as far as he could throw him, but I'm interested to see their adventures in the AU. The writers seem to have moved away from gluttonous, clumsy, illiterate Dean and onto kale loving, stick up his ass Sam. Anyway I'm anxious to see how the season ends. Maybe it will be spectacular?
  19. How did Ketch dragging Gabriel get out of the Colonel's lair so easily? I wonder if he is still in cahoots with Asmodeus? I wonder if Davey got wind of complaints? I mean, Dean was the coolest.
  20. I agree the actress was dreadful. 24 hours is the same on both sides of the rift? I guess the nail biter will be Dean returns with 1 second to spare
  21. I agree with @catrox14 post above. He did have a square block head, and the lips were wrong. I just found it interesting that Sam and Cas facial expressions were captured fairly well, but they couldn't quite nail the handsome Dean.
  22. The NY ladies are the funnest housewives to watch. They say mean things but as they're mostly all talking at once they never hear - and anyway the egos are massive and they've had a few cocktails so it doesn't matter. I just love that they all wave their arms about when talking. It's a wonder more tables aren't cleared and glasses smashed. Hope it's an entertaining season. I don't think I'll bother with Beverly Hills any more. They have no idea how to have fun and just dredge up slings and arrows from the distant past.
  23. She reminded me of a blow up doll. Not that I've ever seen one. Does she never change her hairstyle? I agree with the poster that suggested these bickering housewives should drink more beer and eat more carbs. They actually seemed happy for a while.
  24. The actress portraying Anna was wooden. Her appearance was delicate and heavenly of course so I can see why she was cast, but the sex in the car was awkward to watch (IMO). I'm sure Dean knows all about satisfying a woman - I don't need to see sex scenes. I've got my own over-active imagination for that. Both Jensen and Misha are what I would describe as 'pretty' men. Manly and handsome of course (although I find Jensen far more goodlooking than Misha) but kind of 'pretty' too. And then there's that sensual chemistry. Although they tried to push lots of Sam & Cas scenes to diminish the Dean & Cas allure - it never really worked. That PB&J scene fell flat. Put Dean and Cas in the kitchen with some peanut butter and jam and the fan fiction sites would light up like a Christmas tree. LOL. BTW - I'm not a Destiel fan, not in the least. But I do understand......
