For a Fall/Winter wedding, I like to see long sleeves and even floor-length gowns. Jinjer's were nice, except the color combo didn't look right to me. All warm colors would have been perfect. They must have been freezing in that sorry excuse for a reception in the parking lot, and ice cream on top of that? Uh-uh.

I wore my older sister's dress, but it was the 70's, and it fit me well. Our wedding probably cost under one thousand, including venue, cake, rings, etc. We're almost 50 years married. I like Katey's ring, too. Rose gold is so pretty. Jed! probably had help picking it out. I'm sorry, but his smug face bothers me. I do hope that they'll be as happy as they can be, given their unfortunate circumstances.

Meri should at least wear shape wear under that clingy LuLaRag dress. She's like that woman in Steel Magnolias that 'didn't have the decency to wear a girdle under that pricey dress.' Like Dolly Parton said, "I haven't left the house without Lycra on these thighs since I was fourteen." Take a lesson, Meri, you delusional fool. The one thing I liked about Joy's wedding was the bouquets. I like warm colors, and they were a pretty shade of orange. I liked the color of Jessa's bridesmaid's dresses, but the dresses themselves were the worst. Cheap, clingy polyester crap. Those modesty panels added to Jill's bridesmaid's dresses looked ridiculous. The aqua color was nice, but that's all. Great thread idea!

I'm back to walking 2 1/2 miles every other day. On the other days, I do my stationary bike. I'll have to walk earlier with summer just around the corner. May is such a pretty month with all the flowers blooming.
