My almost 8 year old cat is Baby Girl, when I'm not calling her Lucy. My departed-at-almost-19 cat was otherwise known as Little Boy Blue. I see nothing wrong with pets being treated as a member of the family. It's good to see the Dillard's dog getting the love she deserves.
