  1. 100% accurate.
  2. Seems to me its one of three possible scenarios given Michael!Adam was talking only to Dean, and Cas was a bit out of frame on that one. Scenario 1: Dabb wrote the episode that had Castiel allowing Lucifer to possess him, if that is what was meant by Michael!Adam saying 'you let Lucifer walk free', whilst looking at Dean. If that is what he meant you'd think there would have been a reaction shot of Cas to drive home the point as that was an unilateral decision by Cas, and only Cas. It's not like this show doesn't rely on reaction shots. I would doubt Buck Lemming were trying to fix anything. They have a habit of ignoring any Canon that would disrupt their plots so I don't think that was the case. ( Jeremy Carver already had one foot out the door by the s11 midseason finale IMO and only came back to write the finale. I don't think he had much to do with the 2nd half of s11). Scenerio 2: If it was Sam that Michael!Adam was talking about, Dean did not let him rot without trying to save him. If it was Adam, Dean did try to save him until Death made Dean choose between Sam and Adam. Dean, expectedly, chose Sam. Again, I don't see Buck Lemming trying to correct a perceived writing/showrunning wrong (which would have been under Sera Gamble's watch) as much as them not giving a whit about what went before. If anything they disrespect prior showrunners and writers by doing whatever they want. Scenario 3: Buck Lemming have no idea what happens in the show with episodes and characters they didn't write for and don't care to keep with Canon or flat out ignore it. Continuity schmontiniuity. Scenerios 1 and 2 both add up to Scenario 3. IMO
  3. I rewatched this tonight and it's still meh for me. The one thing that really fucking chaps my hide is the bit wherein Michael says that Dean let Lucifer walk free while Sam was stuck in the Cage. THAT NEVER HAPPENED. THAT IS A TOTAL RETCON that makes Dean out to be the idiot or the bad guy. Fucking Hell, these writers SUCK. How is that allowed to stand????
  4. If it ends that way, I will throw things, and write letters. It would be the worst ending EVER. No thank you.
  5. I saw some spec on the interwebs that it's French Mistake Jensen and Jared in that bit with Sam's hair pulled back. I can buy that.
  6. Because Dean is the pool hustler. Sam actually shamed Dean for it back in early seasons, IIRC ETA: IF it's winner take all, it's stupid for Sam to be one to do it.JMHO
  7. Putting good thoughts out for you!
  8. Jared posted his New Year's Resolutions...some were totally tongue in cheek but this one was odd Was he not giving 100% before? It's a really weird thing. iMO
  9. They also get paid a bit for wearing a new style. IMO, Jensen has always done something his own way. I still want to know what that Prada jacket was all about.
  10. I am REALLY REALLY REALLY curious why he decided to attend this year. I love it! I think they both look fantastic.
  11. I noticed that, too😂. Hmm, is he trying to tell us that he is going to be a new superhero?....BANDANA-MAN!
  12. This man.....he knows, right? LOLOL https://pbs.twimg.com/media/ENfh_bHUUAApgDK.jpg
  13. I would be shocked if they did. He loves Texas. And the cost of living is far less expensive than L.A. That said, if he gets an offer for a TV show or film for a while maybe.
  14. At some point Dean read Vonnegut because he asked the lady in Monster at the End of the Book which Vonnegut was Dean's favorite. So either he read those before s1 or between s1 and s4. Dean had newspapers with him in s1. Sam mocking Dean about not reading the DaVinci code doesn't mean Dean wasn't a pleasure reader. He just didn't read that book. And Sam really didn't know Dean well at all back then. And I think Dean let him think what he wanted, IMO
  15. They can't be using s1 Dean because in s1 Dean actually read books, and newspapers and did research on the computer, even in the pilot. He had brawn and brains. IMO under Dabb is when they really dumbed him down. Still could be the NepoDuo but it's not a season 1 Dean IMO.
  16. Not for this viewer. It makes it much better for me when I recognize the bias which helps me in the sense that I can dismiss it as exactly that. It still pisses me off but I know what box to put it in. ETA: I don't like the brothers equally and I still enjoy the show for the most part... even when I hate it, I love it.
  17. And then doubled down on attempting to make Dean a villain by making Jack the woobie bean boy with a heart made of nougat who the show kept reminding us was only a toddler. And they also made him the Spawn of Satan which should have made Dean right to not trust him ever and when he didn't trust him it was Dean who was made out to be the bad guy for not trusting or fully loving him from his birth. Dabb & Co. have furthered used Jack to destroy the relationship between Dean and Cas and putting all the blame narratively on Dean . Dean did get t the opportunity to kill Lucifer while being AU Michaels meatsuit, except he ended up being possessed, eventually against his will, which ended up with Jack killing Au Michael and Mary. So Dean didnt even get to be all that heroic in the end, thus far. . And yes I realize that is the Extreme Cliff Notes version. Dean got shat on by not getting to kill AU Michael and is the bad guy for being upset that Jack killed Mary cause Woobie Jack and Woobie Cas reasons. Sam getting some heat for a little bit in s8 seems like a walk in the park. He also was given the opportunity to make up for his not liking Benny by attempting to close the gates of Hell.
  18. Heaven and Hell require , generally, that you be dead to get there. It's a place of either peace or misery based on how you lived your life or whatever the rules are. He wasn't resurrected like when he went to Hell and Heaven. That doesn't apply to Dean and Cas being sent into Purgatory. They didn't die.
  19. I also don't agree with a lot of what the commenter wrote. What's really weird, is that Fisher didn't say, "This is a Dabb positive space ONLY" before posting the snippet from her opinion piece. If she wasn't a public figure posting her opinion piece on a public forum like Hypable, then okay. Weird, weird weird. Did she turn off the comments section from Hypable, too?
  20. Full disclosure: I am still a low-key Destiel shipper who has no illusions the show will ever make that a canon coupling, so take my thoughts with that in mind. I don't think she actually cares about Dean or Sam or Cas really. She sees Dean as an extension of Castiel or Sam. She has pissed off Sam fans because she has tended to ignore his stories and pissed off Destiel shippers by strongly implying they will be canon every season which of course neved r happens. IMO, she sees Dean only through a lens of being a repressed bisexual character who is abusive. I used to read her re iews because she wasn't afraid to talk about Destiel (or so I thought) but what I came to realize she only sees the show through everything around TFW. She constantly talks about Dean's alleged toxic masculinity and how if only he recognized that he's really bi then he would be suitable for Cas. I don't begrudge her being a Destiel supporter either. The problem is she wants Dean to be someone different and for whatever reasons thinks that Dean Being belittled, punched, or frozen out by Cas is a sign of Dean's character growth, which what? Nah, IMO she is wanting to the show to be a different show and she really was pissed that Wayward Sisters was axed. She wants LGBT representation which I agree should happen yet she doesn't seem to realize the show has given enough that but not with TFW. I think she uses the show as click bait and nothing more. As a Destiel shipper she isn't helping.
  21. Yeah, I thought about the Mia thing and thought maybe Earth 16 Oliver took all info about Our Oliver having a wife and children and repeated it. I thought it was strange that he said tell your mother I love her, twice, which left it vague enough that Earth 16 Oliver didn't have to remember Felicity's name. I realize it's a long shot but I don't want Oliver to have died already and I don't really like him being a god either. I'm just finding a way for it to be not our Oliver.
  22. So, the more I think about it the more I think it's a different Oliver that died. I think maybe Sara knows it because I would think her reaction to Oliver's death would have been more animated. I think somehow Sara came back through the rift and grabbed Oliver before he jumped into the pile of the ghost army and sent him somewhere else. I think the 2046 Earth 16 Oliver is the Spectre. I think Our Oliver is hidden somewhere else and he'll come back to help and that's when he dies.
  23. Not necessarily. Hip replacement surgery has advanced quite bit so it is not something that takes someone down for months and months. My brother, who is much older than Misha, had hip replacement surgery and it took him about 6 weeks to recover. So if Misha does it now, he could be back filming as early as February. He could be back in time for the series finale at worst.
