No, please! Not another book! These people and their damn books! It needs to stop!

The commercials for the Today show bug me. They’re black and white shots of the Today anchors (often in glasses) reading or presenting the news. It’s like they’re trying so hard to be deep and profound. It reminds me of teen girls on Tumblr who only post or repost black and white pictures because “in black and white pictures you can see into the persons soul!” or some other bullshit.

Is it me or does Bowen Yang play pretty much the same character in every skit on every episode?

Why is Kat still on the show? She should’ve been booted off a month ago. Her voice is so thin and weak and she’s so often off key. But all the judges act like she’s amazing. I don’t hear what they’re raving about. Is it just me?

I really didn’t like having to sit through an hour and a half of filler before we got to the actual results. The performances were cool though, I guess.

Someone fill me in on what HMV stands for? I know it’s the leg extension with the right leg and I get tired of seeing it over and over and over... They seriously didn’t reveal the wildcard!? What??

I watched this last night and I agree with everyone else that watched the love scene and thought about how much they must’ve stunk! Yuck! How on earth did the dog survive the plane crash AND a cougar attack!? I found that really hard to believe. And why didn’t they rename the dog?

Who else thought “male genitalia” every time the kids sang about junk? Anyone? Just me?

Martha was so incredibly unlikable, it was hard to watch the episode. Benson didn’t dislike Martha because of political differences but because Martha was a cold hearted, unappreciative bitch.

I was really surprised that they said nothing, not a peep, about Mark Sallings suicide. It’s like they didn’t hear about it.

I'm sorry to put on my bitch hat, but the woman who plays Shannon is a terrible, dead-behind-the-eyes actress. She delivers her lines in such a monotone way. Her bad acting is distracting in every scene she's in.

Babalooie, I agree about the girl who went last. Her voice was ok, not great, and I don't think she should've gone through.

Eva was very good but I think she over used her leg. Often, a dancer is super flexible on one side and proceeds to do many extensions of that same leg. I'd like to see an extension with her other leg.

Why is Tyra on the show? I mean, what's her purpose? Every time they focus on her mugging and contorting for the camera, I think "can we watch the performance instead?"

Did the girls parents imply that they won't tell her she was sexually assaulted by her orthodontist? They want to "wait until she's ready" to hear the news? Bad idea. The right time never comes up and the next thing you know, 5 or 10 years has passed. And when she does find out, she has to deal with being assaulted AND the fact that her parents are liars.

I didn't like how Faye Dunnaway vanished after reading out La La Land, leaving Warren to apologize alone, when it was HER that read the wrong name.

Like aliconehead said, if the escort and John agree on a certain type of sex and he forces her to do another type, it's rape. If they don't agree to have rough sex, and he makes her have rough sex, it's rape. If she's saying "no" and "stop" and he continues regardless, it's rape.

Honestly, there're a lot of people in this world who don't realize that having sex with someone who's passed out is sexual assault, that forcing a kiss on someone is assault, that grabbing someone in certain body parts is sexual assault. I once had a female friend point out a bar and say "that's where girls go and get themselves raped." When I took a human sexuality class 6 years ago, we had a speaker who worked at a sex-toy shop who talked about how men would come into his store, looking for roofies/Rohypnol and he'd have EXPLAIN to them that roofies=rape. Look at the recent Stanford case with the people who defended Brock Turner and tried to say that we wasn't REALLY a rapist. Many people are incredibly ignorant. Bush and Trump probably thought what they were doing to women and saying about them was normal and acceptable.

I bet everyone at Today is really happy there was a debate last night. They barely mentioned Billy Bush and the tape, made a quick mention at 7 and other at 9, then moved on to the debate. You could tell they didn't want to go there.

Saw on TV Guide that rhythmic was going to be on NBC at 3:45 on Friday, started getting excited. I don't have cable so can't watch other NBC channels or online streaming. Excitement grew as it got closer to 3:45. Turned on NBC, watched horses, BMX cycling, more horses. No rhythmic at all. I'm so so disappointed! Why advertise something if you're not going to show it?
