If others are as clueless as I am: https://people.com/darnell-ferguson-food-network-star-accused-of-strangling-wife-case-to-grand-jury-8431885 Here's the lineup. I don't see his name (though note that there are 15 from the east and 16 from the west-and yes, Jet is back): The chefs representing the East Coast are: Eric Adjepong, Karen Akunowicz, Kelsey Barnard Clark, Maneet Chauhan, Leah Cohen, Madison Cowan, Tobias Dorzon, Graham Elliot, defending Tournament of Champions III winner Tiffani Faison, Jose Garces, Ilan Hall, Stephanie Izard, Christian Petroni, Britt Rescigno, and Jonathon Sawyer. The chefs showing off their chops from the West Coast are: Carlos Anthony, Nate Appleman, Shirley Chung, Tiffany Derry, Elizabeth Falkner, Timothy Hollingsworth, Mei Lin, Antonia Lofaso, Brian Malarkey, Shota Nakajima, Viet Pham, Joe Sasto, Tracey Shepos Chanami, Adam Sobel, Jet Tila, and Lee Anne Wong. -
I can deal with all the shooting and even hand-to-hand, but the torture stuff (like digging the bullet out of what's-his-face's-arm) I have to cover my eyes
-
yeah I get that. Just seems like in TV shows, it depends on what is convenient to the story line.

why do some bad guys instantly die from a torso shot, and others stand there looking down at their stomach like "WTH?" Pretty impressive to put down 5 guys with guns with your hands behind your back :) What was the whole electrified fence and "It gives me an idea" about? How was that used?

Yesterday we saw the Charmin bears waxing rhapsodic about the wavy tear-off perforation. My husband said "Just think, someone with a PhD came up with that innovation. What does that person say at parties when someone asks what they do for a living?" -
that actress with the "great taste" and the gorgeous yard who wanted Jeff to redo her pool pavilion annoyed me no end. Can she talk without smiling? She seems to think she's incredibly amazing. Also, she lets her cats outside in an area with bears? (I would think that bears implies coyotes as well). I live in an area with coyotes and yes, they eat cats.

Christina whatever-her-name-is-now for Jacuzzi. Why does she always start the ad with "Hi, it's Christina AGAIN" ? We are supposed to care that this is a new version of an irritating ad? And then there's Barbara for Balance of Nature, who looks like she's about to keel over from lack of energy. She is not a good advocate for how great this (snake oil) will make you feel. -
she had already called in the surgeon's name before getting herself killed. But yeah, I get it, they don't know it is AW
-
Also, I'm pretty sure he chose the plastic surgeon because they look rather alike (so that he could use the doctor's driver's license). So that gives them a starting point as well.

depending on the carton it might not latch very securely. I don't want to be the one to clean the mess up in that case. -

it's something you put in your washing machine so your clothes don't stink. The "boys" are the Backstreet Boys, I think. Not my demographic; I'm too old. -
My nitpick is the naming of the town where Marlo's car was abandoned. Russo said "north of Manhattan in Cortland." Now, I live in a NYC bedroom community called Cortlandt, that one would reasonably describe as "north of NYC." It looks nothing like the kind of run-down town with a sad convenience store as pictured. Now if they said it was north of Manhattan in Mount Vernon, or Elmsford, I might believe it. (And once again, giant Reacher finds clothes that fit on a rack 3 feet wide). Apparently this show is shot in Canada. There is a real town called Cortland, near Ithaca (3 and a half hours north of NYC), and perhaps it looks like that. But they wouldn't just hop on up there and then hop on back to NYC to get the gamer tag. Why do they make those of us who know the area question this stuff? that was so ridiculous. Any bad guy with a tiny bit of intelligence would have killed her before handing over the ID!

and didn't they say that Tosh could only be temporary, because to be a "full" DI she'd have to do a stint (at least) somewhere other than Shetland?

Is that the one where she's holding a bag of groceries with the eggs VERTICAL in the bag? Does anyone ever pack a bag like that? (You can see my weird fixations) -

They figure that geezers on medicare aren't up on new-fangled ideas like 800 numbers. Sheesh. -
speaking of Project Runway folk, I saw that Heidi is a judge on America's Got Talent. Is she now a song and dance expert? ETA apparently she's been doing this gig for ages. Obviously I don't watch the show.

that line about the suitcase leading to the house leading to... is taken directly from one of the books (if not repeated more than once) personally I thought the boobs were a bit unsupported. And as a sometimes attendee of the Met Opera, which is at least as fancy pants as the Boston Symphony, the vast majority of women do not wear evening gowns to attend. In fact, I'm not sure I've ever SEEN an evening gown. Dress clothes yes. Gowns and tuxedos, no (unless it's an opening night gala). yeah my husband has the opposite problem- much more slender than the vast majority of men, and his size is NOT on the rack. I'm sure Reacher would have the same problem.
