  1. I was happy to see Camille win the breakfast part of that last challenge and thereby given immunity from the rest of the shift. He'd been on his feet since the start (having to endure that elimination challenge and then move right in to the next one with no break.)
  2. I love Eric when he's hosting Alex G.'s show "Alex vs. America".
  3. Am I remembering wrong? Didn't Amanda get a default win last year during an early round when her opponent had to drop out during the cooking part?
  4. Well.....that was alot of exposition crammed into 90 minutes to tie everything up. The boy angle still makes no sense to me. As someone pointed out on another board, Sam didn't even get to do the big reveal. Alfrie Woodard's role made no sense either. All that said, I did still enjoy the series for the most part.
  5. I started watching GH in 1996 for Jax/Brenda. Stayed for the early Jason/Elizabeth story. Not sure I'd know how to view them now given all the history with the subsequent women Jason has been with over the years, starting with Corky, Sam and lastly Britt. Elizabeth too, with Ric, Lucky, Nik (ick), etc. I love Hudson West as Jake, but fear he'd be made the foil for his half brother Danny. IMO, the time to have really done Jason/Elizabeth was when SBu returned in 2002. Instead we got the "flabby" four with Sonny, Carly and Corky. Blech. :(
  6. Did the show ever follow up with these two regarding the birth of their baby? Did they end up in the camper as a home?
  7. The daughter who passed away of cancer in December. Mama June's oldest daughter. Was only 29 years old.
  8. He apparently is a member of a Native American tribe that owns casinos.
  9. Ohio is a real hotbed of folks for this show. Zanesville, Cincy and Cleveland. With Florida running a close 2nd.
  10. So Lina's father aspires to the Nick Cannon mode of living. Populating the world with multiple baby mommas at the same time.
  11. Thank you everyone for the update! So Dr. Skoda was right, he just had the wrong parent pegged for it.
  12. Can anyone tell me how the 2nd episode of the two part Baby It's You case turned out? Season 8, episode 6 on L&O. It aired on the sister show Homicide: Life on the Streets. Did it end up being the Dad who'd raped his daughter? Or did that turn out to be a mis-direct and it was the young man infatuated with her?
  13. Britt's behavior around Jason is rather high school girl crush, imo. And yet in other scenes, like with Elizabeth today, she's more adult/mature. I don't mind Kelly T/Britt, but am "meh" on the whole Jason/Britt as a couple vibe.
  14. James Patrick Stuart was in a handful of episodes (seasons 2 & 3) of The Closer. I've been watching re-runs on Lifetime and spotted him.
  15. I think it helps that he's rather tall as soap actors go. IR is another one that looks good, to me, mostly due to his height. Compared to the m***** leads, Mo and Stevie B.
  16. And what exactly did she bury? An empty box. The stupid of that service and an actual burial was a real head shaker move by the writers, lol. But par for the course.
  17. This is the 2nd time Sonny has "died" since I started watching again in 2002. He faked his death back then. It was when Jourtney was starting up and Jason lied to Elizabeth about Sonny's death. She walked out on him when she learned the truth. I seem to remember a scene with MB lying in the coffin pretending to be dead. Jourtney and Carly were in on it, but no one else.
  18. What sent Lindsey back to jail? I must have missed an episode, or three, lol.
  19. I went to You Tube and found a clip of WR as Wyatt just so I could hear him speak in a more "normal" inflection. The Batman comparison is sorta accurate. The actor is definitely going for an affect with his Peter voice, imo.
  20. I get the impression that Scott is amused by Lindsey's antics. Knowing that he has the upper-hand with the house, has money (such as it is) and she has no leverage. He can get the sex aspect satisfied so Lindsey is really just entertainment to him at this point, imo. All of these couples feel like manufactured drama, expect for Sarah/Michael, where she's desperate to get him back inspite of everything. That one is genuine in her feelings about her husband no matter how much she says otherwise.
  21. I just get an uncomfortable feeling when I see these people showing their kids on screen. The only ones that seem to have been spared are Shawn's. I wonder if that was Kelly's doing. If so, she was smart, imo.
  22. It shows the couple have no other options for "angst", i.e. a 3rd party keeping the pleather idiots apart, romantically. That well has been dipped into more than once in the past. Alexis and Elizabeth weren't available to be the whipping post this time around so the writers had to resort to internal couple conflict. It amuses me greatly seeing this.
