Jeez Louise... she can't get out of bed, but she's gonna complain about the food. The freakin' food is why you are immobile. Eat the hospital food and be happy. Tara didn't like the food either, but she looked at it as 'eating to lose weight.' You have to put a positive spin on it. You just want to smack some people sometimes.

I felt that way about a Kitchen Aid stand mixer. I waited and waited years and no mixer. Finally, I bought it for myself a couple of years ago. Maybe it's me, but when Dr Now says, "Octavia," it sounds like 'Activia,' the yogurt.

You will not be sorry. I've had mine for a bit over 2 years and still love it. I got a spring form pan as a Christmas present so I can make cheese cake it in. Yup.

God in heaven - you can't leave your kids with just anyone. What a sad story. Wha - and the guy she had been crying over wasn't even her father? What the heck is going on in these families?

Greetings pounders! I am having baklava. Not on the diet, but I think Dr Now is no stranger to baklava, so he would approve.

Not that Glenn needs an apologist, but perhaps he would prefer for Twit to be married and have a kid. Even if she had to adopt due to health issues, he may well prefer that the adoption be into a married environment, not to a single, incredibly flighty, self-centered, no career, Twit. Why in the world are Twit & Tal walking around naked??? Call me old-fashioned, but has the girl no shame? What man, when hearing that his intended likes to walk around naked with male roommates, would take things any further? 'Cause you know Twit would have to tell anyone she was dating how with-it and hip she is that she walks around naked in front of anyone. No. Not attractive in a prospective spouse and mother of your children, unless you are nudists or something.

And yet, here we are.
-
I have no problem with looking at applications on a case by case basis. I do have a problem with Twit thinking that a small, helpless human is just going to fall into her rather ample lap just because she wants it.

So adopting a Korean child was her fall back position. Lovely. 1 - if that's what you want, you should have looked into it earlier so that you would have known about the physical and mental requirements and decided to deal with them or look elsewhere. 2 - She's crying because she might have had more options if she were a normal weight. Yup. That's pretty much it. There are plenty of big girls who are married, but I bet they have nice personalities, not to compensate for weight, but to make a complete package for guys who don't care about weight. Whitney is not going to win anyone over with that personality and sense of entitlement. Whoa - a BMI of 67?? Calling Dr. Now, calling Dr. Now. And yeah, I know that football players have big BMIs, yet are in good shape, so I don't take the BMI as the be all and end all, but it does have some meaning - especially at 67. I missed the end of the interview at the agency - did the woman tell her to adopt an older American child? What about an African kid?
-
"This is their culture. These are their values. And these are their children." YES! Please someone tell 'Miss Ann' that no one needs her to adopt their children so she can get ratings.

Because all of these crazy people were making me crazy while watching tonight's show, I thought I'd look up how long it takes to be a certified fire sprinkler installer. Well, it looks like our boy Steven didn't lie. Just going by California ( the easiest to find info about ), it takes 5 yrs and 8000 hours. So, it's not 4 yrs of class work, but years of working in the field. Makes sense (there is also way more involved to doing this work than one would think). If Steven stays at it, it might not be a bad choice for him. I still don't think they need a Go Fund Me account, but... Once she is here, can't they get WIC and other child-related benefits if he is doing a training program? I don't know if Olga's being here on a Visa means she can't get any benefits, or if being married will at least let her get bennies for the baby.

I haven't seen Deb's full outfit, but even if she didn't wear a dress, there are some very elegant pants suits available, especially for 'mature' women.
-
So did John. Does he have on a polo shirt with his work logo??? I understand that not everyone has a suit (actually, I don't. If you are grown, you have a suit.), but a dress shirt and tie? People, please. Were you raised by wolves?
-
Weird, huh? You'd think he'd have some developer friends he could invite, for the free meal alone, if nothing else.
-
Eric - you had one job, bring your clothes and show up for the wedding (OK, maybe that's two jobs). How the frig do you forget your pants for your wedding? Deb - "I think Colt's making the decision he thinks is right. For now." Love ya, Deb.
-
Why is he even on Tender??? Did he forget he was married?
-
Whoa - inviting women to his wife's house? Buh-bye. Like now. Kinda similar story - my sister 's husband showed up at her job with another woman. He told her she needed to go straight home after work because he was going out and wouldn't be there with the kids. Strangely enough, she didn't kill him on the spot and stayed married for another few years.

Four years to learn how to install sprinklers?? I don't think so. Also, a lot of community colleges are open admission. You don't need a GED, tho you may need to place at a certain level for math and reading. My mother used to teach reading, writing essays, using a library, etc. at a CC outside of DC. She had a lot of international students, but she also had a lot of American native speakers of English who apparently had never learned any grammar, as in not knowing what a noun is.

Ashley & Jay: Giving Us the D Every {Sunday} Night
aliya replied to Drogo's topic in The Couples (Spoilers)
Too late. -
So, I often listen to this show on amazon prime at work (don't ask...). Today I was listening to Chad's story and decided to see if I could find out what has happened to him. Well, our guy has written a book that is coming out mid-January. He has a FB page under 'Chad Dean, author.' Ayesha looks wonderful in a nice dress; so much happier and better dressed than on the show. I'm so happy for this guy.

I don't trust reporters to get anything right. Maybe the rules are different for prisoners.

I practiced law in PA and don't recall this at all (not that I recall everything...). What happens to people who are physically incapable of consummation? Would the state deny benefits to the wife of a vet, for example, who could not consummate the marriage? I would think the disability rights folks would be all over this.
-
Is Ashley still responsible for 10 years if the dude has no intention of keeping his marriage vows?
