There have been studies that show 12-step programs have the same success rate as no program at all (meaning the person quits on his/her own), so it is NOT true that those programs are the best way to stay in recovery. Each solution is unique to each individual.

The original question was basically 'how did Teddy's body get to the water', my reply was to an answer that pretty much said that he jumped off the cliff, which was incorrect. The original question stands unanswered, it was not about how did Teddy get to the world beyond.

But Teddy shot himself somewhere completely elsewhere, and Dolores removed his 'brain', so how he got to the cliff/water in the first place is the mystery...he wasn't able to go through the door.

The eating too much or too little is NOT all about the calories, but timing definitely matters when it comes to metabolic rate and maintaining blood sugar, but I guess I'll agree to disagree. :-)

My sister in law recently lost about 40 lbs with the assistance of a nutritionist...she was told the same thing, that she wasn't eating enough. What that means is that she was skipping meals, then eating the wrong type of food. It is better to eat several smaller (healthy) meals over the course of the day than to eat one large meal, even if that one is healthy.

Police do not always travel in pairs. I recently made a non-emergency call for police and a single (female) officer responded, in the wee hours of the morning. I agree that what happened with Ms Bassett's character was ridiculous. :)

Have you seen the video of Ms Thore and crew 'dancing' in Hawaii? She just *had* to grind up on and put her hands on the poor teacher. Amazing how no one else In her group even attempted anything similar. I felt bad for him, as he had to 'go with it' as part of his job.

While I definitely agree that Joe doesn't seem to take Melissa's boutique seriously, he *did* help doing work to set up the original store (think he built/installed shelving).
