I think Izzy is cute and everything ... but he just looks so much older than 2 months.

I am a Pinot Grigio girl myself.

I love it! I wouldn't call it a "gadget" per se, though. It's more like a water bottle with a "cage" inside. There I put strawberries, or watermelon, berries, mint leaves, even basil leaves. Then you fill the bottle with cold water and the flavors of the fruit/herbs flavor the water. I do not leave my house without it anymore! Really makes me drink a lot of water! Although, once (maybe twice) I put some white wine in there with the fruit and drank that. (Oh - don't judge me!) and it was wonderful! But 99.9999% of the time cold water goes in!

In my world, Vernor's is "sick pop." Seriously, you had the flu, you had Vernor's. I am seriously back into water now. I bought one of those water diffuser things. I fill it with fruit and herbs. Drink a TON of water now. Pee a lot more, but, oh well :)

Basically, I like watching her show. Never cooked anything because heart disease runs in my family and I would rather not develop a relationship with a cardiologist. But what BUGS me is ... "I add a bunch a ..." and a "fourth a cup a ..." ... THAT is what bugs me.

Well, I have been really sick the past few days and I've been taking a lot of NyQuil to get me through. NyQuil gives me really, REALLY funky dreams. Last night I dreamed I was in a courtship with a Duggar. Not sure which one ... might even have been DerickDillardDuggar. Side hugs and everything. Now I am afraid to go to sleep ...

Jellybeans ~ all I can offer is ff hugs. I have lost both parents within months of each other, and then my 2 oldest sisters passed away within a few years of each other. I know that pain. I have no human children (only Westies) so I can not imagine what pain you are going through. Please know you have an entire cyber community behind you, including me. Hugs!

Every recipe is also "her" favorite, and she can eat it every day. Or every recipe is "her kid's" (insert name her) favorite.

Well, I made Shrimp Spaghetti yesterday. And I ... *gasp* ... broke the pasta into ... wait for it ... THIRDS.

I had chicken pox on only one side (assuming that is even possible? I never questioned it ~ it is what I was always told) and also had shingles as an adult. For no apparent reason. Shingles IS HORRIBLE. Edited to add: I had mumps on only one side, not chicken pox. I was reliving the hell that was shingles.

I always use Krusteaz Lemon Bar mix. The best. That is also the one thing I cannot make from scratch. Also their Key Lime Bar mix. Can't be beat!

I always liked Ted. I think he is a great host. IMHO.

Wanderwoman, I just want to hug you and take you home with me and feed you ... but just hug you. You are going through something wonderful and scary and wonderful. You have no idea how much your little family means to so many people. Many, many cyber-hugs are going out to all of you. :)
