Yeah even though she has her job at Spencer she still has nothing better to do than run around town spouting her words of wisdom.

You have to remember, this is a soap. If a character says he's going to the kitchen to get a drink of water but decides to go to the bathroom instead, THAT constitutes a "you lied to me!!!" moment.

I just re watched that scene...wow I have no idea where I got the hitting on the head thing from!And thanks Scarynikki12, that makes sense in show. Continuity from the writers, who would've imagined that :)

Two things: 1) I thought there was only one cure, I don't remember anything about there being another one. 2) I didn't think Stefan murdered his father by ripping his throat out. I thought Stefan pushed his father, he hit his head and died, and then Stefan fed from him.

That's what I thought, but didn't Nicole say on Wednesday's show something to the effect of "I want to hear what I think I know from you". So did she know for sure or just strongly suspect? I can't really fault Rick for this. Sorry if this is TMI, but I'm a runner & haven't had a period since forever & my gynecologist said it's quite common, so something like that could have been the reason Maya gave.

Yep, and I have a feeling this is going to be screwed up as well.

IMO the worst part of this twist is how Maya as a character is going to be treated. I do not think she deserves to be shunned for being transgender, nor to I think she deserves to be shunned for keeping it a secret. (Going a little off topic, it's sick how people pretend to be open minded while dare I say most are NOT. I mean I have a white friend who was married to a black man who has gotten flack (they are just outside Philadelphia, not in Hooterville) and an Asian coworker whose son gets teased because of his eye shape.) Maya does, however, deserve some grief over how she has treated people over the past several months. I just don't see how the show is going sensitively separate the two. I have a strong feeling it will be all about "How could you LIE to me???" but again, if Rick really loved her there should be some understanding and compassion as to why she would do so.

Maybe I'm misreading, but I thought Becca was very authentic.

I know many here have mentioned that Summer shouldn't whine about why people cheat being that if it weren't for that she wouldn't be here; I just wish NOAH would be the one to tell her just that! I know she hates Sharon, I'm just fed up with her bad mouthing Sharon to Sharon's son!

If this were real life I'd completely agree, but I'm fine with Soap Faith being a brat, especially when it involves Nick :)

Isn't Aspen the end all and be all on the show because the Bells own property there?

I hope you don't take your snacks back (I love potato chips!), PatsyandEddie, but Summer is one of the reasons I like it. I am loving the scenes between her & Mariah (team Mariah all the way!).

More than one of the women in the house spoke of how funny & nice Becca is. As many thought Carly got the "mean" edit (my problem with that being that it wasn't just her being nasty behind others' backs, but that she was willing to say what she said in THs), I think Becca got the "dull" edit.

Exactly. I can see how it would be possible for Maya to be Nicole's mother with Nicole being in the dark about that, but Maya's reaction makes no sense. Unless (and this is a stretch) this IS how it's going to play out, which WOULD make Maya look shitty, thus disputing the "you're so loyal and honest" crap Rick keeps shoveling.

I'll be super annoyed if Maya's secret ends up being a porn past. When Caroline was going mean girl on Maya when Maya was intent on being an actress, Caroline got Maya to show up to an audition for a porn movie (unknown to Maya). Maya didn't hesitate to say no, and there was nothing to indicate that her refusal was of the "No way am I going THERE again!" variety. ETA: I just saw that Kia discussed this above. Also, I highly doubt Nicole will end up being Maya's daughter. Unless the writers are dumber than I thought, last week's Maya and Nicole exchange of "I know your secret"..."What are you talking about, I have no secret"..."You do too"..."Do not"..."Do too" (and on & on) wouldn't make a whole lot of sense. I'd think it would only be natural for Nicole to say "I know you're my mother" rather than the conversation ending with Maya pleading "Please don't tell."

Agreed, it will be so long before the secret is revealed that a) we will no longer care or b) it will be stupid & disappointing. I left out c) both of the above :)

I think lawyers are at photo shoots as often as lead models are at board meetings :) I've been contrasting this with As the World Turns. Emma Snyder lived on a farm...by the end of the show practically the whole town lived at her farmhouse, and everybody had their own bedroom. Hilarious to think that house was bigger than a mansion :)

But valleycliffe, Boobies Crocker only defends the innocent underdog. She knows Sharon is never innocent because Nick told her so.
