I made a pie! I don’t make them very often, but I had leftover dough from Thanksgiving (my guest brought a pie, so I didn’t need to make one). The top is pie dough that has was sprinkled with cinnamon sugar, rolled up, cut like cinnamon rolls, then placed in a circle and rolled out to cover the top of the pie. A little finicky, but great flavor. Mine sunk a little in the middle but it was still delicious.

On reflection, I’m not surprised. I don’t think they are allowed to be angry, at least the women certainly aren’t. I couldn’t keep sweet if my life depending on it, so I can’t fathom how they don’t eventually explode with rage.

I am very happy that Josh was convicted and that he can no longer victimize children. At the same time, I feel sorry for Josh’s victims, his children, even Anna and some of his family. It is possible to have both feelings at once.

Josh’s conviction made the New York Times. They reported that he cried. 😀
