With Wyatt, he was the uberest superpowered baby , but he was never once mentioned that he'd be "the greatest good" or the greatest evil, he was just the most powered magic baby. (Season 4 and 5). People started to go after him (ie kill him) because of that until they made the pact that no one would target him until he was like .. 18 or something. (this was v. early season 5). the whole. "OH MAH GAWD! WYATT CAN BE EVOL, WHAT DO WE DO?!" was this huge thing in season 6, and it basically turned out that the actions of someone that Wyatt/Charmed ones trusted, and learning to do whatever it took to survive "turned him Evil." (which was dumb LOL). And how this ties in with ONCE it's very much like "well, Emma can be dark" well. sure. because it's a choice. she could be dark, and stay there, she could be light and stay there, she could be grey. And it drives me so nuts that it never once hit anyone that it's a decision that Emma needed to make for herself (forget how Snowing raised her. Like Regina was nice and sweet and she had a cow for a mom. She chose to be evil because she lost everything she cared about and went with that. SNOW of all people freaking should have known that). And this is why I''m not liking Emma's temper tantrum either. Who gives a flying crap that Snowing lied to you. Be mad that they were stupid, be mad that they did that to Mal's eggling etc. (I could see that).but like... I don't know. lIke I don't really get why Emma was mad. (I might have to re-watch the previous episodes. and I don't want to), to the point she'd be stupid and put people in danger because she's once again having a moment of "oh you mean, people don't believe in me?" I'm sorry. get over it now. Hook loves and adores you. Henry loves and adores you... and I get there's the whole "I was an orphan and here are my parents.." but at the same time, move on. (or keep them at arms length). I would really though like them to have a come to Jesus moment how Snowing treats Emma like a deus ex machina. (which is why Neal (ugh). should really be having more action baby or not).

Someone said it above - this is getting too "Charmed" for me. And just like Wyatt, it's basically "oh mah gawd, our actions is what turns Emma eevol. Whut evuh doo we do?" And while I was watching the episode, i just had this running through my head. "Everyone is losing because everyone is dumb." I feel with this meddling peddler Author, no matter what people go "hey! free will! your own choices! you choose your own path!" now someone can go. "But if you WANTED you can change the story. Meddling Peddler did it, so can you!" Re: Ursula/Cruella, and Lilly - I imagine it was sort of like what happened with Emma and Pinnochio. they weren't together at first (if I remember correctly) but they landed at the same orphanage. (then Pinnochio got all "hey let's go have fun, suck it Emma."). So it very easily could have been Ursula 50 km in one direction, Cruella in another 50 directions, and a hatched Lilly on the side of the road. (Because, remember, Cruella was all Mrs. Fennberg for x amount of time, and Ursula spent her time doing something completely demeaning - they were never together, or really kept in contact until Rumple Charlie's Angel'ed them. I. can't remember why Emma would think Snowing was lying. But seriously, not showing them telling Emma? major faux pas. Also. Piss. the hell off, Snowing. Both of you. "well, the baby isn't human so it's totally okay to screw with it?" Even if Snow thought of it, the hell, Charming, tell her no. it's not that hard. "NOOO." (sigh) on Emma. And - I know there is a tonne of Captain Swannage here, but I don't know. I need Hook to find someone more fun and let him know it's all about him. (poor guy). I get he gets his hugs, and the whole "don't be jealous" but... I dunnoo.... I'd be jealous of the woooden man child too. I don't get how people didn't ask "so , August, how do you know all of this? the one thing the Author storyline did, is open the OUAT world a bit (and i really, really hope they go there), is that there could be many authors (due to the many books). imagine a Grimm inspired one. "why is everyone so happy, in my books, they always end up eaten or, dead or whatever." or you could have ones who did all the Myths (ie: bring in Hercules et. al, or Loki/Thor/Odin. girl in the ring of fire story)...... heck. at this point, all i want is the Storybook author to be found, everyone screaming "hey! if you don't do this I'll do this." and (S)he goes. "I don't give a crap if you kill everyone. it's not like your happy ending would poof away. if you kill me it won't be written. and i could manipulate it but i don't want to." heh.

thanks. :) (my re-re-re-re-re watch ;) ) stopped at Cook Islands, so I do know about the Billy thing. (I did forget about China). so yes, sometimes it works out :) I do agree - you can't flatly say "it never works out" . Another one is the Pearl Islands challenge throw, and I do think the only thing that potentially saved Drake was that 1: the Outcast twist, and that 2: Lil/Burton went back to their original tribes. Had it been flipped, I think Morgan takes over (because they totally started to come back from the challenge throw, on). I do have to re-watch this season, clearly, because a lot of people aren't liking Mike, (whom I like) or Carolyn - so I am really feeling I am missing some serious stuff that so many people are like "I don't like ______ because of _________" and i"m like.. wait? when did that happen?
-
I sometimes do this for memory challenges.doing it "backward" is the last thing item you see, so it's like, okay, and hten, this this this, and this was the first item. it's weird. :) I will have to admit - I do like Mike, and I gave an audible "WTF" when Rodney/Joaqauin were all like "we can't trust Mike because he's a virgin. (or celibate). which made me just remember the crap that Rodney said about how women shouldn't get off as frequently as men. or whatever he said. I will never understand why people toss challenges. I can't remember a single time that it actually worked. (maybe Cook Islands to vote out Billy? ) the challenge thing was weird. Like...Jeff would normally squash that right away....
-
I can see why the Yellow Tribe would be apprehensive not spilling what they do. for a living (for the main reason, people use this as a reason to vote someone out (or not give them a million). i'd be mad if i had to divulge that info).
-
thank you very much. I only watched 2 episodes of that, so that explains a lot :)
-
oh thank you. yah, i can see me using that v. often. LOL and it's very appro.

What does TS, TW mean? and Will has a wife? Is he our new Robin Hood then? Ditching Wifey to be with a current OUAT (in this case Belle... and they dont really fit either)
-
I had the line from Moulin Rouge in my head. "you'll get your happy ending, when he gets.. his... end... in." (#dirty). I will admit though I'm not an Emma/Hook fan so i'll go sit in my corner all alone. I don't know why i'm not vibing them, but i just, don't get it. It was interesting that they made Ariel's back story (the singing/the voice etc) with Ursula instead, but I digged it. (the Little Mermaid is my favourite movie. Beauty and the Beast used to be tied with it but holy. crap did they ever make Belle completely, utterly stupid). For Shame no one went to Bell and said ":wait you hid the dagger and then Hook came to you and said, "hey let's re-hide the dagger but let ME do it." and you went all "Okay!!" (also. teehee with Hook going "so now you want to verify identities?"

I will be honest, I don't remember. all I remember hearing was that Not Real Doctor Shepherd saying was that she could get it all, it will never come back, and she could live (oh i think she said she could be "you" )...?
-
This is what I don't get. The tumour started to invade the optic nerve. but she could still see. therefore, how The Fake Doctor Shepherd presented it was that she was able to go in and save everything and everything would be fine. Everything is not fine because Doctor Geena Davis is now 100 percent completely blind. The Fake Doctor Shepherd did something (while admirably got the entire tumour, etc), cost Doctor Geena Davis her eyesight. At least show some remorse. (actually, I had no idea until Arizona said her line that she was blind because she knew about Richard and Hunt, but i have to watch it. but i was shocked that she was, as Vanessa Huxtable would say "blinded for life!" This is why there needs to be a chief of staff at the hospital who doesn't actually do surgery. Who sees all the ... overseeing. Because there is no way the Fake Doctor Shepherd should have opened up someone's brain, and panic for almost an hour before crying to Richard to please call Derek and have him look at a brain and tumour that he has no idea what to do and save the day because she had the unmitigated gall to believe that she didn't need him or anyone else to get at this tumour, and she as a result, (to me anyway) it cost someone her eyesight. Permanently. (or this is Shondaland. Derek will come back and go "I can cure the blindness!") (also. in what world would people be allowed to basically handle radiation with a surgical glove. SOME people should have practice handling stuff like that instead of having symposiums of surgeries you haven't done yet). Good Job on Arizona for screaming at Bailey. this needs to be done more often.
-
It was nice knowing you, Geena Davis, because you done stuck your brain with the wrong Dr. Shephard.
-
I think so too Turtle. we saw that with the Brains group two(?) seasons ago, yah? like they can't step back and go "what's the best way to win." it's "well we're smart so we're obviously gonna do amazing." I'm hoping that Max & Carolyn can stop that. they seem pretty realistic. (same with Shireen). but Jaquian and Tyler may not sit to well with that.

Welcome back, Show!! White Collar: I have to say while the premise was there (to pick the deceive then lie about it) - i wouldn't have picked such a dumb lie. it didn't even sound convincing. "there's a neutral box." Survivor never does neutral, ever, they force yo to make decisions, and I think anyone would have known that, even if they weren't a fan or watched every single season. the moment So said her little spiel, I'm like. "but there would never be a neutral box." three seconds later. Shireen: "there wasn't a neutral box." What i would have said, if they felt so compelled to lie - was say it was a choice between food, and comfort, and I figured we would rather have food, than comfort. (fire would have been too much of a "are you kidding me?" So also did a Jerri, a Lindsey and many others by blatantly announcing her alliance. (and I think at that moment, Max & Tyler would have moved to Shireen/Carolyn, regardless, I don't know in a tribe of 6 if i wanted to make it that obvious if I were with people who flat out lied... horridly.). Interesting that Carolyn told Tyler about the HII. I have to wonder if that was intentional or it came out while she was ranting (that would be my huge fear. getting so mad I'd just be all "BLEWAHA!" I think the 50 piece puzzle would have been harder to do (under stress), but i do like how Shireen did it (separate it by colour), but i think she was panicking that Joe was like blasting through the tree puzzle. I do have to admit, for me, I would have picked the 50. I suck suck suck suck suck, at puzzles in any shape way or form, but I could have at least figured out a big one like that. Blue Collar: Dumb (scorpian eating man), Eww (walking around in a black speedo. no. NO), and Grody. (picking people up with the fact your sister was murdered. or committed suicide?). i like ... the thin girl. not the Cruella de Ville girl... or. the other one. the thin one (the one who did the puzzle, but tapped out for Scorpian Eating Man). No Collar: Joe is cool (Malcolm-esque I think). Vince is weird, and creepy. how he was questioning Jenn "wait are you into Joe now? i don't believe you but give me a a hug" squigged me out completely. I do like seeing how everything is really bleeding. Joe is laid back, but he wants things done. Carolyn wants things done, and wants to lay back. Jenn? (the one who was all #wesmellbad (teehee)), is in between. I think I could dig this tribe, but it's gonna be more action at White Collar for a while. Overall I think they are all gonna pump the titles, but it's obvious that you need an aspect of each collar to get along in life. You need to know when to go with the flow, when to work hard, and when to take charge. at some point that's what every single winner has had to do. ( Ethan & Vecepia comes to mind almost instantly of the first two to do this, Vee more so in my opinion, though Ethan is right there. ). I am going to be curious who will use their particular "collar" to take advantage of this point, and then know when to ease in and out of trouble. also. Jaquian: you learn how to make fire because you're going into the jungle you stupid moron.

i know. i'm now watching for the sole reason i can snark with you guys. i can't even even with this but y'all make it worth it

Easy, if Fitz did nothing, Olivia would have screamed and cried and said you didn't save me, I had to do it on my own,, i know where I stand. I hate the CIA lady she should have neutralized the asset. So Andrew is in a stroke forever, Lizzybear can never wear backless dresses but will have power, and Mellie can be president. yay. can we cancel the show now?
-
It just hit me why this is so stupid. No one could know that Olivia was Fitz's sidepiece to the point they had to hire someone to take over as Fitz side piece to protect Olivia. But now she's selling herself as Fitz's concubine, and everyine is all. "yah, this totally makes sense." So basically. the entire world knows that Fitz and Olivia are intimately connected (enough to buy her, screw you Shonda). so why can't Fitz just impeach himself or whatever and then they can go make freaking jam. Also during the whole "you didn't dream this." I fully expected someone "Yah, but life killed the dream I dreamed. "

that's exactly right. :) this might sound so incredibly horrible of me - but I'm so glad they killed the baby, and I mean this in a complete storytelling way. So many times, the baby survives (Tuck survived, Sofia survived, Bailey survived), and I was like.... wow, what if they make baby Samuel survive? (and I was really thinking that April begging for a miracle, she'd get one. For them to kill off the baby was heartbreaking. and ... right. Sometimes, good things happen to bad people. and when April was going felt like God was fake (or however she put it) because of this, it felt real, and I was wondering if the baby would live to show her that God was real (and Jackson's prayer/rant didn't help her). It's devastating, and heartbreaking, and realistic, and I hope that April can find her way through this and still keep God on her side.

The freaking president of the United States started a war. that involves millions of people. for one person. and thought that would be the end of it? Okay there. I would have had respect for Fitz if he said no. And then Olivia finds a way to ...have herself be sold. I can't believe i wrote that.

thanks for responding :) yeah, I'm going to splurge (Canadian dollar is stinky). I bought the Amazon commentary (which was amazing - and I did it for the same reason; to pass hours). but i agree with you, the seasons where Rob is on, is where the good stuff will be on. but I like how talk about moves and how things are changing, and how it impacts them + the show itself.
-
Has anyone bought the Evolution of Survivor? I'm listening to the free Borneo chapter and i think i might invest in the entire vol 1 (first 10 seasons) - it's really good.
-
There's a game that is being played on my Survivor facebook page right now: If you could only watch Odd-Number Survivor Seasons or Even-Number Survivor Seasons, what would you pick? I -without hesitation picked - Odd. I love Borneo, Africa is what made me a fan, I get Pearl Islands (which means i get Sandra 1.0), I get Guatemala, I get Cook Islands (yay. Yul) - a lot of good game play and seasons that I enjoy. And the benefit is: I only get 2 servings of Hantz. (1 Russel, 1 Brandon) But then when thinking about it, I miss all the seasons where my favourite people or moments are in. Australia had a little bit of everything Season 4 had John peeing on on Kathy's hand, and the coconut chop challenge I wouldn't have Cirie at all (she was in 12-16-20) I don't get the best tribal council bar non (Edguardo's blindside) I don't get any Rob Cesterino... or Boston Rob, looking at it. It's interesting how that worked out. my favoruite seasons were odd but my favourite memories were even.

is Open Heart, Degrassi related? Because. yes. :D if not (sigh), i guess... soo....

that makes sense. :)

I don't think there is a lot of money left. they've hinted at it, and it wouldn't be the first time a child's star's parent burned through the kids money like it's water. (re: Zoe). I do love how Frankie basically told Zoe the truth. They don't 'like her' the way she wants, they like her, because they're scared of her, and they don't want to get into trouble. I love how all the finals, or major things are at Degrassi... and there is still no adult supervision. (Also Drew's "Everyone stay calm!" and then running like a maniac off the stage was hilarious. I won't lie -I'm going to miss him, and I didn't think I would have after how he was introduced). And as is tradition: Degrassi burns down. Eclare... this bothers me so much. Yes. Eli was way out of line with the whore comments and the whole nine yards, but he also had the right to know about the baby from Clare. Even if it was in a"screw you douchebag," sort of way. And this is where Clare seriously needs to grow up.(well both of them, actually). that entire speech I was thinking, "that's well and good -but that's also his kid. " (I had Dallas's words in my head - the kid is always going to want to know what happened to the father, and what's Clare going to say "well he has irrrational behaviour so I decided, nah! you're better off."? As well as -that would have been my first-ish thoughts when i found out Eli was the dad. Bi-Polar depression. but i think they forgot. (as well as Cam, and Jenna so it doesn't surprise me). the Hollingsworth Family. Wow.zer. i have to wonder if the abuse signs were always there, or was it all just "this season" (starting with Miles, the throwing of the cup etc." but I have to day, douchey move dad. Your daughter almost dies, and it's all "let's go back home and be all media friendly?" I wouldn't even go with theMom (where the hell was she?) annnd. i just have to point this out: are you seriously telling me that there was no fire extinguisher in the hall - at all? Maya and Miles just stood there until it got to critical mass? (also, how did Frankie, Winston, Zoe get out? how were they found?) so is this it? no more Degrassi?
