YAY that Degrassi will be on netflix the crap that it won't be on CANADA Netflix until a later date :( man i need to move to America or something.

It would almost have to be unknowns, eh? I don't think I want anyone I "know" being Xena and (ugh) Gabrielle. because if they ruined Xena, I'd hate them. I truly don't know how I feel about this. It's a great pre-birthday present for me (which is Tomorrow) because I love this show so much. But NBC has this nasty habit of cancelling shows right off the bat, not to mention, that i am not the biggest fan of reboots of shows that I adore.

I was watching some Wendy Clips and she was like how Whoopi wants out of her contract and this is why she acts the way she does.. if that's the case, why not just quit? or work out something so she can be a casual co-host, (so she can get paid) rather than drag down the show?

Her perogative, but it was the nasty way she told ppl off.

so a week. she basically goes. "I'm right, you're wrong, don't tell me I don't know anything," after being told for months (which is why she's probably being harassed in the first place) and then it's like "Oh but i am so wrong." so okay. you're wrong. where's the public apology for the people you told to piss off them? For someone who was born yesterday, Whoopi Goldberg sure looks old. Honestly, I hope this Judd Apatow person comes in and still blasts her a new one, because that was the biggest load of horse poo I have ever seen in my whole entire life. People have been telling her this for months - Rosie was telling her this months ago, and Whoopi had the unmitigated gall to compare Tiger Wood's sexcapdes to this. because people make stuff up. "I suppose so," was Whoopi's answer when Rosie asked if she really believed if women just woke up and went "I'm going to ruin Bill Cosby's life today." She sat there for months defending this man, up to and including what? twoish weeks ago saying "come at me, I don't care?" And. "Kinda" it "Kinda" looks like guilt. nice. you can get people off your back, pretend to get 'educated' and enlightened, but still leave yourself open by saying "well, I said, "kinda" with the information I was told. Woman, don't pee on my leg, and tell me it's raining. I hate you regardless but at least, i would have had a little less hate if you just continued being stupid and ignorant in your defense, not insulting and pretending we are all ignorant in your come to Jesus moment.

Unpopular Opinions for Season 5 and 6. Hmm. I really don't have any issues that popped up, other than them expanding the magical universe. What irritated me, is that they were always so freaking surprised about it. they saw those trolls and fairies in season 3, they had a genie in season 2. they were interviewing magic nannies. So why would it be "oh my god, you're real?" "Oh my god? you exist?" like. seriously. grow clues. Season Six My usual, "I hate Phoebe rant." I hated that Phoebe told Leo about Chris being his son. (because "we all felt better.") it doesn't have to be about you. But I think it would have meant more (storywise), if Leo never knew that Chris was his son, until he died in his arms. It would have allowed the "Imma insane and mad" arc in Season have more gravitas. I think. anyway. I didn't like Darryl. I don't know if we were supposed to be sympathetic to his situation in regards to the Cleaners/Tribunal trying to kill him, and while I doubt they went "well we tried to give up our entire heritage to save you, because we love you." but he basically treated the girls like the dirt underneath his shoe, and ... it just drove me nuts because i just felt that old Darryl (no matter how much he was freaked out) would have sat down and at least talked to them, they would have come to an understanding, and everyone would have come to the conclusion that Darryl couldn't be involved with the freaky-deaky ;) without him and Sheila (ultimately) cutting them out of their lives.

I think it was basically that Gabrielle felt that Crasus was a nice guy, then she realised that he was heinous, and she decided he must die. the commentary was like that was 100 percent on Gabrielle too - but they never explained it past that.

1: I don't think that Borneo is/was a different game than everything else. I just think it is slower. But everything in that season, is basically what we see in Redemption Island. Just in high definition, and maybe less aware people. I don't think that Pagong was stupid, there just wasn't enough people who wanted to play a harder game, and by the time they got it together, it was too late. If Richard was on Pagong, I do believe he still wins because Gervais, Joel, and Jenna wanted to play that game. 2: I don't think Wigglesworth gets enough respect for being the first challenge beast - especially because she needed to be (maybe didn't know it, I can't remember). 3: I never got/understood the black-widow moniker that Jerri got. At all. I didn't think she was that bad in Australia. 4: The PlaySkool vs OldSkool Alliance in Africa were both equally wrong. (But I still Love T-Bird). I don't think Brandon gets enough credit for for actually being a vote for hire (even if it came at wanting to screw Frank over). I do think that that the Kelly/Lindsey Boobooo should have just been left at that, a boo boo and not a reason to bring back Lex, AND Tom. 5: I think Neleh got robbed in the finals, but I don't think Vecepia was a bad winner either. (I think Vee played a really good sneaky game, She was the anti-Varner. While Varner (and Rob) loved to stir trouble, Vee just sat back, and skipped over the carnage) But I do feel that Neleh should have won 6: I don't think Thailand was that bad of a season. 7: I think Jenna was a good winner in Amazon.

I do agree. Spike was really much a cow about the entire situation.

As someone who llives in Toronto too and a massive Leafs fan, I always equate it like this. You take the 2002 Olympic Gold Medal win (50 years since Canada Won) Add 2010 Olympic Gold Medal Win (Olympic Gold on Home Soil) sprinkle in 2014 Olympic Gold (repeat) add a dash of 2014 World Junior Hockey Win... and you might just touch the elation of Toronto if we won the cup (esp. at home). I am so excited for Draft Day :D

just a question (I don't know where to post this) - Can there be a thread for Season 2 speculation for non book readers? I'd love to talk about what may happen... but i don't read books. (giggles) - these ones I should specify.

Disney and Pixar did it again. Wow. (laugh) I was watching this and sometimes I was like.... Joy seems like such a cow to everyone else (Sadness), and then I realise, you know, maybe that's intentional. We all know that happy happy person, who seems to dismiss everything we feel or say because they are happy so why can't you be happy, and everything always so happy. And if you aren't happy all the time, you dismiss people who do feel sad, lonely, etc. So I thought personally, that was a really great touch. Did they explain (fully) why Sadness touching the core memory made it perma-sad? (and if it had been Anger or Disgust or Fear would it have been Perma-_______) I do think though they realised that every emotion does have a touch of Sadness to it, but there's always a happiness to it, right. Were the destruction of the Islands based on no Core Memories? Or is that a symbol of the fact that Riley was also growing up and there had to be new-redeveloping islands? this was cute though (v. sad at losing BingBong, just fading away like that...)

Honestly, what did the Starks do to deserve this? Ned, dead, Robb, dead, Baby Robb dead, Catelyn dead. Sansa presumed dead, Jon, dead, Uncle Stark missing presumed dead, Bran and Rikkdon presumed dead but at some glowing tree or whatever, Arya blind, and serving a god of Dead people so she'll probably end up dead (sigh) I don't like quitting shows, but the author and show runners need to stop killing people I like. Or start balancing things out a bit more. Cersi's walk of atonement was really tough. my poor Jon :(

what i don't understand - is that Piper isn't stupid. okay. back up Piper isn't without options. man. #TeamBoo (and i hated her too). I loved how she made Tucky realise it was not right. (and it broke my heart, that it is rapes- plural) On a story-telling angle, I am glad this is happening to Tucky. the 1st (two) seasons they just pretty much pushed this under the rug with Bennett falling in love with Daya, and then taking advantage of Porn-staches nasty tendencies (and people actually wanting to 'do it' because of favours) vs. Tucky was nice to a guard, and the guard is clearly, utterly raping her. May Doughnuts and MCC get smacked down. The Angie slash Sara Rice made my eyes roll so hard, these newbies are so dumb. I did like the Black Guard (i forget her name) stating why the seniors are so good at their job. i will never understand why hiring more people and paying them less saves money vs. having less people and paying them more it should all balance out right? died at the Les Mis ending.
