  1. Every time I thought I could not hate her more, that Phoenix wife opened her (horse-toothed) mouth again. Could not believe she refused to let him have a desk in the shared office of the house they bought because "it didn't look right." Holy cow, she was awful.
  2. The twins were awful. The African American twins were just rude to each other, as noted above. The bimbo vocal fry plastic idiots were pure vanity with empty brains. Who renews their vows after two years because they don't like the way they looked? If she cuts her hair (which she certainly should), is she going to have to renew her vows again to show her new style? Way to prioritize your life. Who marries someone like this?
  3. Hate hate hated the entitled twit in the Flagstaff episode who kept declaring that rooms with perfectly functional and nice finishes had to be "gutted" because they were not to her taste. And she declared that a walk-in closet in the house they bought was too small and her husband would have to put his clothes in the hall closet. For a vacation property. How many clothes is she going to need on vacation? The vending machine toy business (who knew that was a thing?) must be much more lucrative than I imagined.
  4. That realtor in Tampa really REALLY wanted to be on TV.
  5. THIS! Haven't we seen two special snowflakes just this season who refused to drag their lazy butts out of bed? They should have to meet him.
  6. I have not finished watching yet, but no comments about the fact that his nickname is literally the abbreviation for "pound"? Self-fulfilling prophecy, much?
  7. It did not bother me. I hope they are able to realize their dream of adopting. I really like Damaris.
  8. I agree, @threebluestars and @TheGreenWave. Stop with the stupid politics, show! I know NOLA is fraught with political corruption but that is not why I watch this show. Stick to solving crimes, giving me my NOLA fix with your on-location shots, and having the good characters (not looking at you, duck lips) interact.
  9. Totally agree! I liked him when he was helping balloon weirdo with her melt-down in the previous week and when he was acting like a normal person. His sports announcer persona got on my last nerve. And I agree with Anne that his station was gross.
  10. Every week I try to watch this and every week I find I have either mentally or physically wandered off. Today I was browsing the internet while "watching" the recording and then found myself in the kitchen unloading the dishwasher. I feel like the show was better in the past. Is it just that they have amped up the insistence on caricatures rather than contestants? Didn't they used to spend more time teaching than they do now? The show feels to me like it is circling the drain. And I'm bummed they did not get rid of the balloon weirdo along with Brandon. Sharon is my favorite, followed by Steven. I'm with you, @justjen (or close, anyway--I'd be okay with either of the two winning, actually).
  11. The person I miss on the show is the person I thought Mario was. I miss the role he played on the show.
  12. I didn't watch it early on but it sounds like I should have. I actually agree that she is doing a disservice to her cause by being fixated on bottom surgery and showing no other dimension at all to her life. She is (to me) clearly depressed and floundering and the adults in her life just keep profiting from it. (Please do not misunderstand me--I am not saying anything about her trans identity as being part of her floundering. I just think she is not shown as having any goals beyond surgery and that does not a life plan make.)
  13. He is quite liberal, which I appreciate. And a libertine, which I do not.
  14. For some reason, this week was the first one where there were few enough contestants for me to finally learn a couple of names. I feel like the show was previously just too chaotic with too many personalities competing to see who could be the most ON and QUIRKY. Not that many of the remaining ones aren't still doing that, just that there is a less overwhelming number of them.
  15. I agree, Hazell is my favorite. I was going to post this earlier but evidently I do not care enough about this show to remember who is on which team. I hope Hazell does not end up on Anne's team with Sharon because he is my other favorite.
  16. She was horrific. When they were doing the requisite scene where they talk about their diametrically opposed house desires, she rolled her eyes when he was listing what he wanted. They aren't even married yet. Good luck, dude.
  17. Linsey is my fave, followed by Brynn, followed by Alex. I think Luke is the next out. Aditya was absolutely the right choice to go home, He has been over the whole thing and coasting (while actively ignoring aspects of the challenges) for several weeks.
  18. I thought they both did great. I did think that Owen cooked from his head while Rohanna cooked from her heart. I enjoyed this show a lot.
  19. That dress is awful and not good on her and she was a dimwit. I regret nothing.
  20. Well, from MEchelle and Boob, we know that sexual abuse does not count because Jesus. Seriously, these misguided children should not be reproducing in their evil cult.
  21. @Rabbitron, so sorry to hear. Hang in there.
  22. I wondered that exact thing this week. I also wondered this. Was she like three feet tall? She looked the same size throughout.
  23. Thank you! Her crossed eyes bug me every time she is onscreen. I can see nothing else.
  24. I know what you mean @funky-rat. I lost a friend this fall and saw something similar and it turned me off, too. The breast cancer she had gone through twice metastasized to her brain, spine, and liver. Nearly before everyone even knew she was in the hospital, her husband had a go-fund-me set up to pay for rehab care after she was released from the hospital. I know that would have been a tremendously financially and psychically draining endeavour. But then he posted it so often on facebook that he was blocked from posting and enlisted his other friends to post, tagging her so all her friends would see it every time. The aggressive requests for money just really turned me off. And then it was for naught because she went home under hospice care and died in less than a week. Save me a seat in the handbasket, I'll bring the wine.
