  1. How on earth is April thinking her pregnancy is to do with Choi. They literally had sex last night. Come on. In an ironic turn of events after hating Becker since her arrival the only interesting cliffhanger was her owning her villainess and the ending with Rhodes realizing she most likely killed his dad. Pity we’ll never see how that resolves itself. The ending with Will/Natalie was Sunset Beach levels of bad soap. God she’s the worst. I don’t mind Will when he’s with Maggie and/or anyone else. It’s a shame he’s so wasted on her. It’s almost like the writers forgot this was the finale and during the last few hours of putting the script together went shit throw in some shocks.
  2. At least there’s Kate’s exit to look forward to. The rest of the characters you’ve listed above were stuck with for the foreseeable. I’d be happiest if they got rid of Carla. She sucks up so much screen time and Apparently producers think she’s the only actress on the show as every storyline goes to her. I laughed when it was announced there was going to be a Carla centric episode.. isn’t every episode at this point more or less one.
  3. Respectfully disagree. When she thought got the blame for the Victoria Street apartment that killed Alyas dad and Leanne’s fella Kal she also feel into a similar self pitying spiral. The storyline is almost the exact same only a) they’ve put a mental health spin on it and b) at least there’s an actual culprit who tampered with the roof when last time although it was Tracy who left the candle lighting the whole idea that she was solely to blame the fire getting so out of control and killing people was hilarious. Fair enough it’s deathly irresponsible but nobody questioned the lack of fire alarms and slow response of the firefighters. God that storyline was ridiculous and much like all Carla storylines draining and eye rolling to watch.
  4. Had to roll my eyes at April and Choi reuniting. ”Anyone would have bailed on his mess a long time ago”. Em... what? April isn’t some saint. If anything she enabled your sister and feeds of the chaos and drama surrounding her.
  5. I prefer the Halstead/Maggie dynamic compared to the Manstead trainwreck. She brings out the best in him and they seem to like each other equally. I liked the scene with Charles and the pregnant ovarian cancer patients husband. Also that Charles understood he was terrified and not trying to manipulate the wifes condition as Natalie was implying (has she ever gotten it right).
  6. Sorry I feel a bit stupid right now but what is the meaning of her holding his shoes?
  7. I liked that Halsteads case had a happy resolution with the two cousins. .... Meadow was an idiot and incredibly unlikeable but nobody on this show is as awful as Natalie. I was delighted that Charles told her to fuck off and then when she finally half arsedlly apologized he called her out on previously misstepping. Poor Choi having to lower himself for Bernie and Emily’s drama that April happily enables. His face though when Bernie started talking to him about his erectile dysfunction.
  8. And a lot more interesting :)
  9. Yeah but if you don’t follow their social media closely you wouldn’t know until the media report it. I guessed something was up at the convention when she looked unhappy and uncomfortable but I hadn’t a clue about the break up despite following them both. Its weird compared to two years ago at the same convention when I thought he looked uncomfortable to be around Sophia Bush despite her making every effort to chat to him etc but the flirting with him and Torrey was pretty obvious. God I’m more interested in my perceptions of the casts love lives then any of the love storylines across all 3 shows...
  10. It wouldn’t be but so far she’s done the opposite of everything she’s said about dating co workers.
  11. Yeah judging by Colin Donnells tweets etc this came out of the blue for him. I’ll never understand why they wrote him into the wall the way they did.
  12. I thought Bush's exit was lame but compared to Al and now Antonio’s it was excellent. Given the popularity and tenure of these characters they’ve had the shoddiest send offs. Apparently if your not part of the love square there’s zero interest.
  13. Jesus this show - it was full of great and interesting characters in the beginning who have gone out in such depressing exits. Erin got dumped by Jay, abused by her mother right up to her final episode, nearly lost her badge and in order to keep it had to walk away from the life and family she had created for herself in Chicago. Al lost his daughter in a fire, went to prison and hen got stabbed. Antonio became a drug addicted mess. The above three characters brought so much more to the show then the remaining idiots we’re left with save for Atwater. Who knows how long even he has left given he’s born voight not is he part of the merry band of idiots love square.
  14. As shit as this show is they had built up enough plot this season to produce a decent cliffhanger. So naturally they couldn’t even do hat right and everything has been left all over the place.
  15. I just remember it because it was around the same time that he and Sophia Bush split up that it came out he had started dating her.
  16. Not really show related but I do love my behind the scenes gossip. http://extratv.com/2019/05/14/have-tv-stars-torrey-devitto-and-jesse-lee-soffer-split/

  18. I’d say so. His role was never going to work long term given he’s not a fire fighter and the fact that he only existed to be Andy’s love interest. Now that Sullivan arrived his role is more or less redundant. The best thing to happen to Jack was Andy dumping him because characters in her orbit only exist to listen to and prop her. They get zero development bar the exception of Sullivan. I personally won’t miss Ryan as he mostly came across as childish as a result of how Andy treated him. The father storyline was dull as it quickly became about Andy as well.
  19. I will note one thing - the shows obsession with making Everything About Carla is maintained no matter who the show runner is. This is just another rehash of the time she thought she was responsible for that stupid fire that killed Leanne’s fella. It doesn’t make me root for her justice. It just irritates me that every single producer ever to step foot on this show apparently thinks she’s the one character who should get every storyline going and then they Mary Sue the crap out of her throughout.
  20. All I’ve taken from this is that girl power does not exist in Chelsea. They are pathetic. Not only for chasing him in spot of his shitty treatment of them but also for the way they’ve treated each other. Verity especially. She’s such an asshole.
  21. Maggie is such an idiot. She knows the guy a few weeks. That and the fact that Parker is dull and played by a brutal actor is even more eye rolling. Also Maggies whiny voice everytime she talks about her problems makes me dislike her more with each scene.
  22. Gutted we’re stuck with Glasses but the other two give me hope that we might finally be rid of the awful Owen and Teddy. Cast is definetly too bloated again.
  23. Delighted Linc is staying. Mediocre on koracik since they watered him down this season and stuck him in the middle of teddy/Owen. gutted to see we’re stuck with Glsses.
  24. Have they not done that insurance storyline a million times? I feel like this is the first time it’s ever had consequences. DeLuca is an idiot. Teddy is a bigger idiot. Her big dramatic speech about Owen didn’t tell me only that she’s the brain of a teenager and prefers the chase with Owen to an actual stable relationship where she’s not always second/third choice (let’s be honest first will always be Cristina). I hate that they watered Koracik into such a doormat for this storyline. Well done to Amelia for managing to remove herself from the situation with dignity.
  25. But at least now we can enjoy the Kim, Ruzek, Upton, Halstead circle of romantic angst. Eyeroll.
