Does Mika not watch teevee? They showed that political ad with David Letterman quizzing the donald about where his clothing lines are made. Maybe I'm in an area where that ad has heavy rotation but I pretty much have that thing memorized. Mika saw the ad and couldn't believe it! Loved it! Even said, "Can I see that again?" It's effective but I've been seeing it for ages. When Joe was a Trump fanboy did he ever renounce what many saw as the Trump camp's race-baiting? I remember the whole, "I've known him for years and he never...". And I find it difficult to separate Joey from the entire Trump movement.

I saw the tail end of an interview Fineman did with Kurt Eichenwald on the Newsweek piece that KE wrote about Trump's foreign business entanglements. I don't know what prompted it but KE commented on how his email has been lit up with some pretty awful stuff. Said he has never seen that level of vitriol and agreed with Fineman that it was youknowwho's fans. KE paused looking for the right word and decided that it was "deplorable". Imho that would have been the perfect time to bring up how dangerous it has at times become for the press because of youknowho, only use his NAME! And ask to read some of those emails on-air. I don't think the very real issue of the attempts at press intimidation has been covered nearly enough. I would think it might be in their best interests to get that info out there! Hillary seemed really subdued to me. But at least she's up and at 'em.

I see LuLu as someone with such varied life experiences that she maybe gives a fuck when it really matters. Otherwise, water off a duck's back. Plus, a poker face can be your friend when dealing with emotional issues. I think that's partly what has made B Lu-crazy. Though LuLu totally cracked me up with that, "They know my music!!" thing. So she loves the celebrity.

I admit that she can get off some good one-liners and sometimes seems to have real fun. I never doubted her drive, I remember her standing alone in that grocery story trying to get people to just taste those biscuit-thingies whatever they were. Frankly, she had me until she peed on the stick, on camera. I have a difficult time trying to balance her zero-fucks persona with the original Bethy. I guess I prefer people who do give a fuck. One way Bravo promoted her return was, "The B is back", and I don't think I'm the only one who ended that B with an itch. And I believe that's what they meant. They started it, Mom!!! lol

I get that. What I was more wondering was why the tide was seemingly turning anti-Bethy in the comments sections after online articles. And why her increasing need to purge negative comments from her SM? I don't necessarily agree with the idea that B has managed to maintain the fanbase she had. I see more, I used to be her fan!, comments than, I love her this season. If fans feel forced from the forums do they just post on her SM? 'Cuz seems I've seen a little more negativity there too. I don't disagree she has fans. I disagree with how many there are.

Wonder who Gigi is reaching for. Are those YoYo's manicured fingertips I see? Thank goodness she's finally able to get out of bed. Oops.

And Hilfiger. He must think very highly of Gigi to go out on a limb for not only an unknown but an unknown who, imho, isn't much of a model.

Oh, good grief. They replayed the $2.-for-a-gallon-of-gas part of Obama's speech and included the, Thanks, Obama!, quip and Joe paused before saying, "Did he just say 'thanks Obama'?" and proceeded to criticize that. At least Mika and Barnicle (i think) were able to 'splain that it's called irony. I knew someone would take exception to that, imho, funny quip but figured it would be KAC or another surrogate. So Bethy's fans are all concentrated in B's social media presence? And there has been no tide-turning of readers' comments at online articles? The fans just remove themselves? I can see that to a degree but am still surprised, and not in total belief, that that's the whole story.

I thought Tregaye guest-judged on the latest kids' edition of NFNS. And Damiano is enough to make me not watch HBC. Haven't seen Aunt Sandy in a while but do like Karla. What's she doing back on cable? And also not a fan of a comedian-moderator. Guess I'm out? 'Til I'm in.

Re: the Post remark, I took it to mean friends with whoever (Bethy) leaked the "unspeakable act" story. And how low and mean was that? Not fighting back seems to make B even crazier. I kind of like LuLu's approach. And that poll was so rigged. If B had enough fans to really win that poll we'd see Bethy fan-forums. Instead she needs to regularly purge negativity from her SM accts. And she missed a few on her IG. Time to flog a minion! And she can't remove the overwhelming negativity from the various articles' comments.

I'm on an iPad mini and I touch the text area and that same little box @walnutqueen described pops up. Touch/highlight that little box and hit that x-arrow/delete thingy above return and that should do it.

Oh dear lord I'm going to kind of side with Moaner here. And not just the not wanting to talk with Bethy thing. If I am ill or injured I'm the ol' dog that wants to crawl into a corner. Alone. Unless someone wants to bring me a gatorade or something and then quickly get out of the sickroom. lol But I doubt Bethy's like that. "If no one's paying attention to me I must not exist!"

I have big eyeroll moments when almost any of these women talk about what good friends they all are. God, with friends like that... But at least Moaner was there to suck up to Bethy for more camera time hold her good friend's hand when said friend was bleeding all over the place. :::eyeroll:::
