  1. Sorry, I didn't mean to imply that was the writers intention. I don't think that's what he was saying nor did I mean to imply he was saying this. Misha's response very tongue and cheek,
  2. Someone at JIBCon asked Misha how Cas ended up like that in the AU. He said it was because he wasn't sent to grip Dean tight and raise him from perdition. But was instead sent to raise someone else from Perdition. He didn't say who but it was pretty clear who he meant and one thing lead to another. I did like that AU Cas was a true blue solider because that means that Dean's influence on Cas was the major reason he rebelled and joined Team Free will. I did have to laugh, at Charlie. They keep telling us that she's this amazing solider who Ketch was so lucky to get to go on a mission with but both times we've seen her she's been captured and almost killed and needed to be rescued. Show, don't tell, Dabb. I also was really bothered by the "he's lost people line." Really Mary your saying that Dean of all people.* You know what Sam and Dean have been through? Even if she did it obviously didn't effect her one way or the other. She seems to care about the suffering of everyone but her own sons. Just last episode, (I think) Jack got cocky and over confidant thinking he can take out Michael. Mary stepped into try and offer some guidance because she recognized Jack was about to make a bad decision. Why is she suddenly so confidant he won't buy what Lucifer is selling? Ketch, the men of Letters. Mary isn't exactly the best judge of character. I get where Mary is coming from about Jack having to see for himself, because in one sense I agree, but Jack is still young and very impressionable. But there are things between leave Jack alone and don't let him talk to Lucifer at all. This show seems to be stuck in an all or nothing approach. If your kid wants to take candy from a man in van, you don't leave them alone and let them learn for themselves why its a bad thing. Lucifer is making an impression on Jack. That's becoming evident by the "father" Alarm bells should be going off right there. I also disliked that once again they're trying to push this leader Sam trope. I didn't love or hate this ep it was just kind of middle of the road. Way to much time going down memory lane with Lucifer, where there are so many other story lines to wrap up. I wonder if they're going to tell the rebels they can't get back home to help. *I know Sam has lost people too, but the line was directed at Dean which is why I singled him out.
  3. They've decided to pick up Lucifer (Fox show). They ended on a major cliff hanger. I need to know what happens. I saw something about Amell announcing it. If true its probably about Arrow. Maybe its an Arrow/SPN crossover. Dabb did say he was working on something to top Scoobynatural.
  4. We don't know this. All we know is that one of the brothers makes and impulsive decision and that Jensen is going to play a character who isn't Dean. We don't know if its going to actually make things better or worse.
  5. The only area Dabb doesn't disappoint in is his ability to disappoint.
  6. I get what he's going for, but I don't think they spent enough time building him up.
  7. To bad I don't recognize that Michael, Dabb is describing. He sounds like he would have been a formidable big bad.
  8. Or it’s AU Michael Deansays yes too. He’s dying and dean agrees to be possessed, takes out Lucifer and Michael grows stronger in his true vessel so he takes off with Dean. I don’t think it’s going to be cage Michael because there is no time for it. As for it not fitting all the spoilers, Dabb doesn’t know what he’s talking about from one minute to the next.
  9. I’m at a JIB and Jensen said he hasn’t had a chance to play the new character yet. This kind of throws all my theories out the window.
  10. Dabb also said this So that does fit Michael. I saw this theory on twitter. It could make sense. Dean somehow ends up back in our world so he gets Rowena to take him to the cage, say yes to Michael to get everyone out. Once everyone is safe Michael takes off with that find new body. (can't blame him).
  11. I think the song is Chris Stapleton's Midnight Train to Memphis. JJ is too cute and real subtle tagging Danneel. LOL
  12. I guess Jensen also said that the thing he had to endure was over two days of filming. My money is still on Michael because of the the BTS pics we got.
  13. 2 and 6 seem kind of close together. So at least we get them over with quickly. He usually directs one in the first half and one in the second. That fact that he's directing two eps so close to each other makes me wonder again if its a shortened season.
  14. I was glad they didn't drag out Sam's death until the next episode. They have too much to wrap up and wasting more time on forced angst isn't going to help.
  15. IMO, there can be no doubt Sam wasn't alive. We saw blood spurting. No way Sam last more than a minute or two at most. The scene read to me that Cas saw the body. I liked him stepping in front of Dean to try and spare him more pain.
  16. Dean left Sam's body behind in 11,17. It was only after the mission was complete and he got the civilians to saftey that he did something. He only did what he did after the girl gave him the idea. Dean knew Sam was dead. He literally watched Sam get his throat ripped out. Cas stopped him from going to Sam because he was trying to spare Dean more pain. They had a someone to protect, and a mission to complete. Plus, they were still in a tunnel full of vampires. They had to get out of there if they wanted any shot of rescusing Mary. Dean did what he always does. Buried it, pushed through. The moment it was practical he said he was going back for Sam. I don't see anything OOC for Dean here. Its the exact way he acted in the other ep.
  17. Non verbal communication is one of Jensen's greatest strengths. Dean's body language really communicated that he didn't think things were going to go their way. Dean has great instincts so I wonder if deep down he knows Mary isn't going to leave. I really hope so. I hope the trauma Dean went through here isn't ignored next week. But I agree Dean's been fascinating to watch these last couple of weeks. He's just done, and clearly at the end of his rope. I think Jensen has been trying to convey this most of the season, in spite of the writing. One thing, I also noticed is that Dean want mute after Sam's death. Even though, Dean's line count in this episode seemed low, he still had the most to say. Give Jensen an emmy already.
  18. Dean trusts Cas. Plus, he saw Sam get this throat ripped out. I'm happy for Dean's character growth that he knew they had to put the mission first. Dean has done this in the past.
  19. I misunderstood, my apologies. But yes that was bad directing. It would have been nice to have Mary, just see Dean and say something like "Its so good to see you and then notice his body language, and then pulls back and have here say something like "where's Sam. "
  20. Dean was trying to help random girl and random guy during the attack, plus Dean was pinned by his own vamp. I'll give Phil Sciggria and Jerry Wanek some credit here. I thought the trip through the tunnel was well done. It was spooky and tense. But I rolled my eyes so hard at Sam's unnecessary death.
  21. They saw Sam get his throat ripped out, Cas the body. Gabriel said he wasn't strong enough. What more could they have done?
  22. They were right about how it being mind blowing. It blew my mind about how bad it was. It's so obvious Beren's wants Sam to be the leader. But he was 0 for 2. Good job Sam. Rip Sabriel. We hardly knew ya. Sam dies, Dean is sad. Who saw that coming. Mary sees Dean for the first time in months, first words out of her mouth, "Where's Sam" no wonder he has self worth issues. What about this script that there was no way I could be prepared for.
