At this point, I think closing the adoption will just send Cate further into a depressive hole. Fenty has shades for lighter skin skin tones and even has a shade for someone with albinism. With that being said, unless keeping up with her daily appearance is part of her treatment plan, I think it's safe to say that make up is going to sit there.

I think it was @Uncle JUICE who nailed it when he called Javi a stage 4 famewhore. A non-famewhore would realize the best revenge is living well.
