Her hairstyle is SO BAD. I think it probably bothers some people more than others (like me), but there is literally nothing pretty about her hairstyle. Her hair itself is fine but DO something with it! I always thought Nicole Bulcher's curly hair looked nice.

Agree and I think it was the show because I remember when CT got G1L, she said she was so excited about it because her mother had been G1L and she was carrying on that legacy. She had been G3L the year before I believe. And everybody knows Jude was thee DCC It Girl of her time.

What kind of a fashion mashup is this? Good lord, it must have been laundry day. Floppy sun hat for the pool/beach (should be a woolen felt floppy) and bad Rachel Zoe style faux fur vest over athleisure wear. Next to a lady wearing a white lace sundress after Labor Day. Lovely choices. ETA: Perhaps Ashley can't decide if she's the white swan or the black swan. So she's both. (which says a lot)

Josiah wouldn't even look at Lauren when they were singing. I think they hate each other, but Lauren is only slightly more willing to play along. Every time they panned to Abbie's sisters, all I could think of was Kristen Wiig's Dooneese character. Poor Jana. The sadness in her eyes :(

The Whisperers scare THEE HELL out of me. As soon as that one female turned her head in the trio's direction my blood ran cold. Henry having a crush on Enid is like Kevin Arnold and Miss Hassenfuss. I think they gave Enid a Maggie haircut to make her look older. I'm still completely freaked out by The Whisperers. And sadly, the one they killed was hot.

I agree with all of the support for Malena and wanted to add my perspective on it. I don't think what we saw was a meltdown. That was a panic attack. I don't believe she suffers from mental illness. I think she was caught way off guard and it cut her to the core. This is how I relate to it - it's like being in a boyfriend/girlfriend relationship within a large circle of friends, and very suddenly finding out that your boyfriend was cheating on you the whole time and everyone knew, but you. And after it's over, YOU'RE the one that gets kicked out of the circle, not him. That happened to me, and fortunately, I had the luxury of experiencing the panic attack in the privacy of my own home, alone, with no witnesses to call me crazy, and no cameras. I do believe they kept Malena for as long as they did because she was a great asset on camera, like look at the quality of women we have going out for our squad. I think she hoped against all hope that she was going to make it, that maybe she had triumphed over her memory issues, and when she was cut, realized that all along she never stood a chance. AND she had bright lights and cameras in her face. I really, really feel for her. That was brutal.

It reminds me of the couple of days following September 11th, when all commercial aircraft were grounded. The only thing you saw or heard in the night sky was military. It was eerily quiet as I recall, except for one or two helicopters in my area and we watched them as long as we could, trying to figure out where they were going. Of course there's an app for that now, and I use it all the time (FlightRadar 24, obvi not available post-apocalypse).

She is very poised and mature as well. I’m glad she is still around because I like seeing her on my screen and I like hearing her talk. She’s shown us she can do it. I think they could tell DB was never going to get it in time and she was incredibly dull on camera. It makes sense that they kept the person who looked and sounded good on TV. Malena has great presence.

I laughed out loud during Victoria's cut when she had a tear or two, then the camera went to Kelli talking, then the camera went back and Victoria's face was a flood of mascara. They did her absolutely no favors, but I think she would probably find it funny (the mascara) herself. She handled it well. I don't doubt the assessment of her performance throughout camp, but I do wonder if her behavior on-camera was producer encouraged.
