I remember this show. Was there a puppet?

This would have been so much better if it had been more faithful to the book and had been a miniseries on HBO. I can watch it if I view it as a stand alone project that just happens to have the same name as one of my favorite books.

Highlight of this episode--Weaver cut his hair and cleaned up.

I've tried to watch this episode twice and fallen asleep both times.

I think the Swede will kill her, simply because she will have a relationship with Cullen. Even if it's platonic.

This was one of the better episodes.

Every time I read a news article about a new virus popping up somewhere in Asia or Africa or the Middle East, part of my brain says it's the beginning of the end.

So there's Waylon Jennings' Mama Don't Let Your Babies Grow Up To Be Cowboys, and a Johnny Cash song for iPhone 6 (?) and a Willie Nelson song (dog food maybe? The song is about friendship). That's 3/4 of The Highwaymen.

I think that would actually make me cry. I watched an interview with Will Patton from a Comic-Con a few weeks ago and the only spoiler he gave up was that Weaver might get a love story for a couple of episodes.

A couple of weeks ago, I was wondering why Jimmy Buffett and his band were the entertainment at the Hollywood premiere party. And then I saw the movie.

Working Stiff, a memoir of an employee of the Medical Examiner's office in NYC. Compelling and sad and really good.

She must not have watched the first three seasons. I honestly believe I couldn't think straight when I heard her say that so I didn't ask any follow up questions. But I will forever give her the side eye when it comes to TWD.

You harshly judge a coworker (internally, of course) who swears she watches TWD but doesn't know who Andrea is ( during a discussion about Laurie Holden's involvement in human trafficking). Really?? She was only a main character who had a dramatic death.

I really like the new Petsmart commercial with the mixed race couple. I realize they're actors but,as a mixed race kid myself, it warms my heart.

Edy's Dreamery Black Raspberry Avalanche ice cream. Normally, I don't care for raspberry anything and I'm quite content with chocolate ice cream but for a while this was the only ice cream I bought until it was discontinued.

I think she's in denial about a lot of things. It's probably what's keeping her sane. Not just the wedding, but what stuck out to me was her bra. When Phil first found her campsite, the first thing he saw was her bra on the clothesline. I'm sorry but if it's the end of life as we know it, there's no way I'm continuing to wear a bra.
