  1. My mom and I just got out of this movie and both agreed we probably should have seen something else. It was cute, but more in a kids type of way. I guess we thought it'd be a bit more like a Pixar movie, where the humor is enjoyable for both kids and adults.
  2. Your me! I agree with all of this, except I never read the books. I have no idea why people are going on and on about Sansa not telling Jon, my first thought was that she didn't tell him was because it's freaking Littlefinger, everyone hates him and who knows if he would have really shown up or not. Plus is was the ultimate element of surprise that won it for them with only Sansa knowing. I think Sansa is more interesting because we've seen her go from annoying to root worthy, Arya's character was built in root worthy from the start, everyone loves the smart mouth lovable bad ass. Another reason I enjoy Sansa more is that she's interacted with more people. I feel like Arya wondered forever with just The Hound, and then was stuck with faceless guy and the waif the last two seasons. I'm glad she's finally coming home. Oh and my GoT unpopular opinion is that I don't care about The Hound, I was fine when he was 'dead'.

    The NBA

I'm more of a college basketball fan, usually only watching the NBA during the playoffs. I know the play is totally different, but just watching Curry and Love especially play defense is painful. Curry has his hands all over people all the time, is this ok in the NBA? He would be fouled out by halftime if he played like that especially this past year at the college level.
  4. I know! It's not horrible, but I don't get the love. It's not funny enough to be a good comedy and the story itself I just thought could have been better. This new one looks the same only with reversed sexes, the trailer is not as funny as you think it would be with the actresses that are in it.
  5. I agree with everyone this doesn't look that good, it's probably telling that the one who makes me laugh the most is the one who doesn't say anything, but her expressions amuse me. That being said I can't be the only one who finds the original movies mediocre either am I?
  6. Yup. The Karmy fans were tired of waiting and the people who disliked Karmy were tired of the possibility of them still being out there. When you tease too much you annoy fans and non fans alike, and eventually people don't care at all and quit watching.
  7. My mom would leave to come find my brother or myself if we were even an hour late, especially if we were acting that weird. I mean the mom had the emergency services guy or whoever he was come check on him twice and he's just sitting there! Go get him. I know they kept saying they know him and he wouldn't do this or that, but from my experience no matter how close you are to someone there are always things you don't know. Never say never.
  8. I saw the commercial with the old narrator as well. I wonder why they just didn't bring him back? What are the thoughts on Bryce Laspisa? I felt bad for his parents, but it seemed like they were just hand waving a lot of things. I don't understand why they didn't come after him after realizing he wasn't moving from the rest stop. At that point I wouldn't trust him to drive home by himself, especially after the girlfriend was worried enough about him to take his keys. Maybe he was delaying trying to build up courage to commit suicide? It sounds like he deliberately drove off the cliff trying to do just that, what happened after who knows.
  9. I have gotten sucked into this show somehow, weird for me because it reminds me of LotR and I hated those movies. I really like the 3 leads, but when the show shifts to the king and his sons or dead seeing guy and Crixus from Spartacus my attention starts to fade. I think Eretria just likes to annoy Amberle. Sad the little girl had to die, but I'm happy all the extra characters are gone and we just have the trio alone now.
  10. I really enjoyed this show for the first 10 episodes. I think they messed up in making it too convoluted, it was at it's best when it was just a girl adjusting to a family she never knew. Making Lori anything but a crazy kidnapper was a mistake.
  11. My pet peeve has happened to me my whole life. I'm mid thirties, 5 ft 1 and weigh 105 lbs. I'm small, I've been small my entire life. My parents are also both small people. No I am not anorexic. So, why is it ok for people to comment on how tiny I am all the time. I have been told to "eat a sandwich" more than once in my life. I don't understand this, do people not see that this is rude? I can't help that I'm tiny, I just am. Would it be ok for me to tell a bigger person to stop eating sandwiches?
  12. I've given up on this show. I think the first mistake was giving Lori such a far fetched reason for kidnapping Carter. Why couldn't she just have been a nut who randomly kidnapped her? The best part of this show last season were the family scenes and Carter slowly accepting them. I felt they took would could be a simple effective concept and made it ridiculous. Now were forced to still be dealing with Lori along with the dumb sub plots for all the teens.
  13. I don't think that spoiler is happening until next Friday unfortunately Shira.
  14. No, I thought so as well. I always thought that character would be way more important than he turned out to be. I absolutely loathe Dario. I think he's supposed to be cocky and charming, but I find him an annoying douchebag. I far preferred when it was just Dany and her two old man advisors. I have no idea why, but I always enjoy Sansa and Littlefinger scenes. I love how bored Sansa looked watching that annoying boy try to learn how to fight. Loras and Margery are entertaining as siblings. I enjoy how she always looks out for him. Young Cersei was spot on. Bravo to that little actress.
  15. When David and Elizabeth were chatting on the couch last year, he mentioned having to get married because Elizabeth became pregnant accidentally. To have her receive eggs seems way far retched to me.
  16. This promo slightly annoys me. I'm afraid their going to try to turn Elizabeth into the bad guy and I hate that.
  17. I'm pretty sure the ratings have been terrible so far. Like an 0.2 in the demo and only 626,000 total viewers for this episode.
  18. I decided to watch this because of Casey Deidrick (Tommy). He was my favorite on Days of our Lives and I was sad when he left. So far I like it ok. I hope it doesn't go on as long as PLL where no matter who the killer is in the end, no way it will make any sense.
  19. Wow at that Packers implosion. I think their demise actually started on that 3rd and 19 or whatever it was and they rush only 3 and Wilson stood back there for a week until he found a guy for the first down. I think that was late 3rd quarter. The 2nd bonehead move was sliding after the interception, dude had a wide open field in front of him, he could have gotten at least closer to field goal range to put them up three scores. Then came the 3 runs, all for negative yards, you have one of the top QB's in the league and you don't trust him to throw it?? Then of course, the doinked play by the Bostick guy, I feel for him the most because there were soooo many ways the Packers lost that game, but that guy will have to see that play being rerun the rest of his life. After that it was like the Packer defense panicked and just gave up.
  20. I'd add something, but that all sounds pretty perfect to me Eriu!
  21. As a person who likes, but does not love this show, I decided when I heard the episode was 2 hours long to DVR, no way could I sit and watch for two hours. Since then with the holidays and everything I've gotten behind. I have yet to see any episode beyond the first hour of the two hour episode.
  22. I actually really like the Christina character. She drives me crazy, yet I feel bad for her all at the same time. That conversation with her and Lisa was all kinds of awkward, but it was my favorite part of the whole episode. Maybe I'm just partial to the only two ladies of the show? At least Christina showed guilt for having sex with Alvey, he didn't seem to think it was a big deal at all. One of these guys has to lose a fight sometime I'd think.
  23. Are we supposed to be rooting for either Alvey or Ryan to be with Lisa? It's the one part of this show I don't get. I mean Lisa is so put together and cool. Look at her 2 suitors, Ryan- Just got out of prison. Paralyzed his poor dad. Then we have Alvey, still married, tells his girlfriend he's going to discuss a divorce with his wife, ends up screwing his wife in an alley. I mean really? I kind of missed Christina in this one.
  24. I just noticed there was a forum for this show. Normally I hate any kind of fighting sport, but I find this show really addictive. I really like all the characters. I'm liking Christina living with the boys, even though she was a druggie whore, she hasn't lost her motherly instincts! Lisa seems too good for both Ryan and Alvey imo, and that triangle is the most annoying part of the show for me. I think Nate is gay. He just lives in such a macho world he feels he can't be honest. I'm also not sure how much he really likes to fight, it's just all he knows.
  25. In the episode where David and Elizabeth were cuddling on the couch, Elizabeth mentioned David marrying her because he "kinda had to", to which he responded something like he would have married her even if she weren't as big as a beach ball. So I assume he had knocked her up and that's why they got married. Why would they need a surrogate? This was also the same conversation where Elizabeth mentioned he'd always liked brunettes btw.
