Airs August 11, 2020 I copied at @Sew Sumi 's format for the last episode. This episode features extended footage of the birth and Jinger and Jeremy.

The Bontragers post a link for their daughter's wedding on Saturday. Unfortunately it seems to be through their church through facebook. I hope it's on youtube as well. I hate watching videos on Facebook. I'm also hoping the wedding will be outdoors. @Sew Sumi Was the double/triple wedding outdoors or indoors? I know Chelsy got married indoors (years ago), but that was after Christmas.

Joy said in the video where she announced her pregnancy (Yes the rumors are true..) that she is due August 19. (She says that while they're in the car around the 7:30-8:00 minute mark). So she is having the baby in 8 days, although a friend of mine was induced and labor into the night.

Except I don't see Lauren Caldwell there. There are quite a few Caldwells missing, both of Kendra's sisters, her mother, and one brother. The Caldwells have 8 kids including Kendra, 5 boys and 3 girls. I count 4 boys on the boat aside from the father, James, Joseph, and Garrett Duggar. The only females present seem to be Kendra and her daughter Addison. Addison is the youngest and doesn't have a life preserver. I can't tell if Kendra is pregnant. I was beginning to think she was hiding for the next announcement. I had to keep scrolling back and forth to figure that last picture is Joe and Garrett.

@Jenniferbug It's both really frustrating and yet I am so glad things aren't worse. Your family is safe, your house is okay, you don't have to go a shelter during a pandemic, etc. I realise it's upsetting especially since we had storm with the same kind of damage, although not nearly as severe as your damage. I hope you and your family stay safe. I'm sending my sympathies and good wishes.

Anna Marie, Christopher and her children were definitely there. Chris is in the red shirt with his kids giving a gift to Steve. They do seem separated from the rest of the family. Chris is literally blocking Anna Marie from the camera with his body. Possibly to prevent readers from complaining that a chemo-weakened woman isn't social distancing. Some of the readers are that smart. Her kids are in the next picture too. The girls are the matching yellow dresses (I like the pattern for once). Her sons have blue plaid shirts. Their family is at the edge of the driveway in another photo where we can see Anna Marie. They didn't walk around the block with the others though. But it's important that Anna Marie celebrate Steve. He's only 69 once.

The ratings aren't great to begin with Kelly. If the show fails, those boys will be sunk. Someone mentioned this on the Season 9 thread, but the boys don't really have plans beyond the show. The girls had ways to make money, and the sons-in-law tend to be able to support their wives. The boys do odd jobs for various people, but other than Zach, they don't really have steady jobs.

Steve Maxwell's birthday was Friday. They made a big deal about it and had a party with everyone except Jesse and his wife who were out of town. (Since they live both of out town and close enough to visit, I assume she means they were traveling. Sarah is a bit unclear.) The Maxwells didn't say which birthday it was, but the internet knows. Steve is 69.

What is Jill wearing? I want a partner who will buy me sunglasses, even if they're cheap.

Lauren had Joanna Gaines' children's book on her registry for the baby. All fundies love Joanna Gaines. She is a fundie magnet. The property brothers also tended to do the same thing over and over again and veto the client's preferences. And I've been watching HGTV since the 90s; people have always loved beige.

I've watched design shows for over 20 years and America was in love with beige long before she showed up.

I don't think Jill will keep her other adult daughters single for too long. Right now it might be harder for them to meet someone, but Jill will probably try to marry them off when it's possible. Her oldest non-adult daughter is 13. That's old enough to be helping mama. I don't expect any other Rod girls to get married this year, but maybe sometime in the next 2 years. By then the 13 year old will be 15 and she'll be trying to deal with multiple adult sons. I think her sons will have to get jobs, but those jobs will hard to get.

It's interesting I saw people predicting Savannah on other snark sites as well. I'll go with Bethany or Eliana for my guesses for the name.

@Oldernowiser. I'm sorry. The fact that you weren't able to see her again is so sad. May her memory be a blessing.

The scarring may be from more recent breakouts. I'm happy Nurie is happy. Jill trying to have a good time without Nurie, reminds me of Jinger trying to look happy after Jessa married.

There is nothing particularly feminine about the post despite it being "intended for ladies". That post is kind of funny, because of all the contradictions.

I think it's too confusing to count losses. I think this baby will considered Duggar grand #18, which includes none of the losses.

No I didn't count any losses. 17 = Josh/Anna (6), John David/Abbie (1), Jill/Derrick (2), Jessa/Ben (3), Jinger/Jeremy(1), Joseph/Kendra (2), Josiah/Lauren (1) and Joy/Austin (1). 18 will include the new baby Joy is having. 19 will include the new baby Jinger is having.

17 already born. Joy's baby will be born soon and that's 18. Jinger's unborn is 19.

My mother preferred dark colors that that don't show dirt as much. She got tired of cleaning dirt off pastels. I actually think the romper is cute.

I think the Duggar girls (and lots of women) don't want to buy more clothes late into the pregnancy. They'd rather buy maternity clothes early on, let them get stretched out, and buy clothes for their post-baby bodies. Although with the Duggars, since they'll be having a million more kids, it might make sense to invest in a good maternity wardrobe.

I doubt Alyssa was totally leaving it up to God for a while. Over 2 years is a long time between babies. Alyssa seems very fertile too. They probably were taking some precautions around her heart surgery. His family only has six kids, which is a lot, but it's very possible his parents decided to stop at 6. Most of his siblings only have about 3 or 4 kids so far. The Websters are probably more okay with precautions than most fundies.

Any guesses on what Joy and Austin will name the baby? (Baby isn't born yet; just wondering.)

Yes I watched it now. The space was beautiful. They didn't know how to really dance. Dancing lessons would have been a good idea? They were dancing to Tim McGraw's It's Your Love.

Michelle would be the vocal coach. Remember Josie and the Stars Bangled Banner?
