  1. Totally agree! My husband and I are older, kind of up tight people, and we cringed a lot when watching and listening to these bizarro characters (especially Judy's observations), but we would watch this show for never ending seasons. It is hilarious. Please, please continue on with an Uncle Baby Billy sequel with guest appearances of the whole clan.
  2. Even if you are a talented singer, no one should try to sing an Aretha song on this show. It's impossible not to think of the real deal. JMO.
  3. That bugs me too. They don't have security cameras and alarms, and they store extremely valuable jewelry and watches in drawers? I'm trying to let this not bother me, but it does.
  4. After watching the documentary about Natalia, I was hesitant to watch this, but I gave it a try. Something about the production seems off, maybe the lighting or the sets. It comes across as cheaply made. The acting is pretty bad too. I had to give up, knowing the development of this depressing story in advance and not wanting to punish myself even further.
  5. I really like the show, although it stresses me out. I do have a question. Would it be normal for the head of the ER to wear a hoody and cargo pants? When there is a surgical procedure, Dr. Robby casually drapes a white cover on himself, not bothering to bring it up to his neck level. It's bugging me, but could this be correct attire in a hospital ER?
  6. I'm a Rachel fan . She deserves to win with her calm behavior under pressure. I would kill for Andy's or Teeny's black, glossy hair.
  7. Michael Douglas is a cool guy. John Heilemann tried his best to explain things. I could sense his frustration. I had no previous knowledge of Sarah Isgur, and I was not impressed. Bill of course ventured off into blasting the "woke" left and making his usual snide remarks. He should be happy. He has four years ahead of making fun of Trump and his band of Christian fascists.
  8. Did Joe mispronounce Kamala's name right after making fun of Kelly Lofner's intentional bungling of her name? I swear he said KAM-a-la the wrong way at least a couple of times in a row, and no one corrected him, of course.
  9. Aghst, thank you for summarizing so well. There are only two more episodes in which I guess we will get Catherines's side of the story.
  10. David Hogg is very impressive. He handled Bill like a pro, and Bill seemed surprised that he was shut down so effectively, especially on the topic of student protests about the Middle East and his disdain for college students in general. Bill loves to keep hammering on the younger generation just like the crusty old man that he is.
  11. I'll watch anything with Cate Blanchett in it. I couldn't believe that was Sasha Baron Cohen playing her husband. He looks so different as I remember him in Borat and other comedic roles. The series is starting out as very intriguing and I'm looking forward to future episodes.
  12. That interview with Kaitlin Collins was kind of bizarre. Bill saying that Kamala Harris not giving interviews for a few weeks was worse than Trump trash talking and degrading the media for years was ridiculous, along with other comments he made. I give Kaitlin credit for politely and effectively refuting many of his dumb remarks.
  13. Thank goodness Bill shut Tulsi Gabbard down and made her look incoherent. Her smiling blank face does her no favors.
  14. Dr. Jen was wearing a vest with unfinished edges and threads hanging out. Is this a new fashion trend? If so, it's tacky.
  15. I almost turned this episode off when that awful, whiny, insufferable Liz started her shouting tantrum, and the continued glowing reference to Applebee's food was a complete joke. How convenient that Liz took her daughter EVERY WEDNESDAY to gobble her oh, so favorite hamburger, and we kept hearing about it for an interminable amount of time. It's almost as if Applebees planted Liz in the show.. Then she held her container of rice and said it was her "baby". Yuck! How can the others stand her?
  16. You are right, Haleth. Anyone who follows news would know that Klain's remarks were about the infrastructure projects, not the tragedy of the Baltimore bridge collapse. I had to fast forward through that section to keep my sanity. Also, the Fed has an impact on fiscal policy, and corporations control their prices on goods, and President Biden can't determine the price of Lucky Charms or other food products.
  17. Stairs, lots of stairs. My husband even pointed out the stairs in the Picasso painting. Even though parts of this series were unbelievable, the way it was crafted, great acting of the main characters (even Dakota Fanning? I'm not quite sure about that role), and the cinematography was outstanding.
  18. I thought the same thing, Snapdragon. The guffaws and stupid speculation that some of them made (Sara and Sunny, especially) really riled me up. They should be ashamed of themselves.
  19. This series is so boring. Why am I watching it? I guess it's because I am a fan off Liane Moriarty and I like Annette Benning, but this thing is dragging at a snail's pace.
  20. I keep thinking how much better she would look with a simple hairstyle. She kind of dates herself in a strange way with the over the top hair, and gives off "Look at me, I'm young and hip!" vibe, instead of just a beautiful woman image.
  21. Most of the sketches in the show seemed to be written by middle school drama students trying to be comedic. The only sketch that was funny to me was the Air Bnb interior designer one towards the end of the show. SNL is in need of some much better writers. I felt embarrassed for the cast members having to read those lines. This show was worse than last weeks, and that one was really bad.
  22. I'm not sure labeling so many singers as belonging in the top ten does them any favors. Did I hear correctly that the last singer, Abi, was pronounced maybe the best singer ever on American Idol? That puts a lot of pressure on her. She was outstanding though, and I loved her sweet, humble disposition. On a shallow note, can Katy Perry's hairstylist quit with the greasy looking tendrils lying about Katy's face? Katy is a beautiful woman who doesn't need such distracting hair mechanisms.
  23. Whoops, wrong episode comment.

I thought the same thing about Jack Huston, but then I read that he gained 30 pounds for this role. Why? He couldn't play the same guy at a lower weight? Like most other posters, I was wondering why I watched six episodes of this drawn out, mish mash of a show. I was ready to punch several of the characters, especially Mercy.
  25. Mario Van Peeples is 67 years old??? Wow, what an attractive man. He also had a lot of constructive, relevant things to say.
