  1. When we find out what Zingbot said to Paulie, that might give us some indication of their current view of him - hope they didn't go easy on him, since it sounds like they didn't on others (except Corey, because...like he gives a shit about Hayden / Nicole)
  2. Good. I hope he keeps ranting until he's pissed off everyone in Production. I also hope they show some of this bratty behavior on the show. I'm gonna #keephating.
  3. I'm glad to hear Paulie's going, though I will be shocked if he doesn't return. I know he's hated by the fans, but he does have connections to production, so...they could give him a boost (or he could come back legitimately, of course). Do we know what his zing was? Zingbot went in on Vic and Paul pretty hard, it seems
  4. Nah - I think he's talking to the Paulie haters...telling them to keep hating, basically like a taunt. Because Cody's a douchebag.
  5. Hold up - Derrick is part of this payout / sharing plan? As in, he's getting a piece of the pie? Please tell me this isn't the case. All of the bazillion wannabes in this world just dying to get their 15 minutes of infamy, and they can't cast a season with people who don't have close connections to production or former players? How hard can this really be? I mean, they tap fascinating Clay, of all people, and we get Corey. Um...score!! And now, James is back up Paulie's ass? Of course he is. If it's because he's an idiot, so be it. If it's because they've got a deal? Infuckingexcusable. Fix this shitty, broken show, BB. Jesus.
  6. Fair enough. I'm not going to infer what someone else may or may not have meant if they didn't state something explicitly, but here's my take on this. I don't think Day is bitter or jealous, at all, and my sense is that she's not generally viewed as such, at least on this forum. She's been acknowledged as one of the only 'free-thinking' gamers, male or female, in the house this season, and certainly one of the most intelligent - also a common theme IMO. I believe she likely respects Paulie for playing the game, yes, BUT I also think, if this discussion happened as it's been relayed, she is absolutely incentivized(!) to vote for Paulie to win, as is James, as would be anyone he promised a $20K kickback for their vote. I wouldn't fault any or all of them voting for someone to put money in their own pocket. The problem I have is with this being allowed at all, before, during or after the season. They lock these people down for revealing anything about the production, for what, like 3 years? I would think following the money would be easier than tracking down the 'insider' anonymous gossip, yet we've heard more about sharing prizes than we have insider exposes', and I've seen articles where BB players will not give answers for fear of retribution. Other shows are able to manage this, so it's ridiculous that this is allowed to happen here, and apparently, fairly openly. Again, maybe this sharing info is all BS, but there's been a precedence that it's happened before, so it's not too hard to believe it is now as well. I might be missing the latent sexism on this forum, it just really seems to me like everyone is getting their fair share of shade, or even vitriol, and fully believe if James had been voted out and was praising Paulie - he'd be called out, not only for trying to line his own pockets, but also with a side helping of being too dumb to know he was being played, and only being focused on AFP anyhow. Would that imply he was bitter and jealous too? In any event, my beef isn't with what Day said upon leaving, but I may have one with how she (and James) will vote. I didn't make the original comment, but could've easily said the same thing in jest - about Day or James being disingenuous about their Paulie love - and it wouldn't have anything to do with gender. ETA - Ha! Or what Peach was able to say in one concise sentence.
  7. Yeah, and there's a pic on Twitter of him and Cody doing dinner, movie, or some such with Robyn Kass from last year. That just seems...somehow wrong? How would they not be biased toward someone they're friends with already? (if not straight up gearing comps to their strengths, then at least the edits - who wants to make their friend look like a tool on the shows?) I remember hearing something about Amanda from BB15 being pals with Grodner, which is why she got a sweetheart edit until the interwebs went insane.
  8. Since the OP said he bought Day's AND JAMES' vote and that's why Paulie is in BOTH of their good graces, I'm not sure how that sexist. Or maybe I'm missing the subtext here. In other news, this season sucks. ETA - Will and Boogie also talked on a live show how Mike would buy Will something his winning season to pay back Will for what he'd bought him (seadoo? rolex? can't remember exactly). This was the live finale, so that's pretty concrete evidence.
  9. To paraphrase magnolia Clairee - If you can't say anything nice about Luann, come sit by me.
  10. So, we know very clearly how Lu feels about BL. Let's see how she responds to DL - During Lu.
  11. Guys, are we sure it's a special power, or is it just something that will impact the game in general - kind of like the Golden Buzzer? Or hell...a shopping spree or a date with Frankie.
  12. Is anyone talking about getting Paulie out? Anyone other than Frank and Tiff, I mean. It sounds like he's this season's true Frank, but with a Derrick finish.
  13. Frank, for someone who hates Dan so much, sure seems like you're cribbing his game! Only much louder, grosser, and misogynistic-er. And I don't even like Dan.
  14. Oh, wow - I missed the Frankie sighting somehow. Grateful for that. Bridgette - in the infamous (paraphrased) words of that fool Alison from BB4 / Allstars, "I hope you take that second place prize money and go buy yourself some dignity". She's gonna be so embarrassed after this. Oh - and I like James and Natalie - they seem very, like, normal together.
  15. One moment that stood out for me was when Kathryn was talking about making jewelry and pointed out her necklace she'd made, and Landon starting giggling and Cam did her wide-eyed 'yikes' expression, both openly mocking her. Look, I would run screaming from that necklace Kathryn wore, but I though that was particularly uncalled for and an ugly look for both. Geez, Landon, at least she's trying to produce something - how's that non-web site on paper working out for you? Landon really sets my teeth on edge - she's just not nice, and she seems painfully unintelligent. I thought Craig did a surprisingly good job as translator / mediator.
  16. Ya know, the tip thing was okay - seems a little odd to just accept Danny waiving the tip considering the 'all for one' philosophy, but okay, he didn't work and he offered to be cut out. What got me was, after he offers to waive his tip, and is still recuperating from a nasty infection(?), Bryan comes in hot and asks him how he's doing - Danny says he's about 80 percent, and Bryan proceeds to start in on the damn list and the Bobby comes in for the pile on about 'disrespecting everyone!' immediately. I think Danny's a little tool, but he's right, he can't win with these guys. I thought Danny clearly still looked like shit - I mean, give the guy a minute before the berating commences. And Bobby's 'he didn't even TRY to work', the kid is confined to his quarters by the captain, and has a raging fever. If he had worked, they would've bitched that he was risking everyone's health, blah, blah blah... Bryan, one tip for getting your folks to respect you and work like a team...don't trash talk your subordinates with your other subordinate, ya know, the coworkers you want to work together collaboratively and to show each other respect. When you're leading people, you don't drive the wedge in further. This guy doesn't know how to lead (or hold his liquor, apparently), he's just a frat boy with an ounce of power and something to prove. He and Bobby make me root for Danny and Jen, and that is unacceptable. Are these latest charter guest really just plants or are they for real? They are horrendous.

    The NBA

Duly noted. For the record, I personally had no role in said 'stealing'. I'm just an ordinary fan - pretty sure that's still allowed.
