I'm not surprised, I think S6 being the final season makes sense, they already started wrapping storyline up. Going out with this International Tournament makes sense.

I also don't care how he labels it, his Young Superman is another origin story I wonder if he's thinking of copying MCU Spider-Man with a Triology Origin Story?

I'm only going by what James Cameron said, that it needed 2B to become profitable. As for eventually, eh maybe but, based on current events I doubt it. It certainly won't get there on it's initial release. I guess we'll see how the movie does this weekend

I don't know if it really needs 2 Billon to break even and I'm a little confused on the 480M production cost since they filmed 2 and 3 simultaneously. I assume this will make 1 Billon. I can't see it getting to 2 Billon. It would require multiple releases and very strong legs to carry it there.

Just watched this last night, really enjoyed it. Loved Lemon and Tangerine, hated that Tangerine died.

Gunn got on Twitter saying total BS and, you need a new source...OP comes back with, another insider just confirmed the original rumor and, Gunn blasted him fir being wrong again. Twitter assumed Gunn was truthful, slammed OP and now I'm over here going hmmm 🤔

Yeah, I figured that out fairly early on. Although they did a very good job, IMO of laying the ground work for the 2 red herrings. I enjoyed the series, it was a teen supernatural drama, shades of CW/WB (Buffy, Vampire Diaries). These show runners (Miller and Gough) created Smallville so I'm not surprised that this is more Buffy than Stranger Things. I enjoyed the cast and characters, I honestly don't think there was a character I hated or didn't work.
