I'm sure it's a fake out cause you wouldn't put it in a trailer, but man I hope C3PO isn't sacrificing himself. Based upon my reaction to that scene in the trailer, if he does I'm gonna be a mess in the cinema.

After not even being able to hate watch Season 3, I tuned in last week for the Luke Perry tribute and enjoyed it so thought I would stick around for episode 2, with a lot of trepidation. Colour me surprised, it kept me engaged and I cared about the plots that were being presented. Even the this season's mystery of Jughead's appearance is intriguing to me. I confess I skipped the sex scenes and song performance though, I have no time for that crap. Could it be that what I loved about Season 1 is returning for Season 4? Probably not. I did feel old when I worked out Jack McPhee is the new principal. And I will always let out a little cheer whenever Jason Blossom appears and doesn't speak. I don't care how ridiculous it is that Cheryl has his corpse, just as long as he never speaks I will be happy.

My only issue is that if they want Grace to have a child, why did they retcon the final season of the original run and remove the children. I was happy to hand wave it all away but now they are just going to remind me that those storylines already existed. But other than that I cannot wait to watch this season. A very welcomed surprise.

Jungle Cruise looks like it could be a fun ride in the cinema. Even if it appears to have just transplanted the characters from The Mummy and given them new names and actors. I'm a fan of movies who lovingly have one foot in the 'we know this is all a bt silly but lets have fun with it' box. Although I confess I was sold from the moment Emily Blunt opened her voice and that English accent poured out of her mouth.

Phew, I thought I was the only one. I still tune in every week and I am keen to see how it ends, but I notice I;m no longer laughing out loud like I did in Season One. They are more quiet chuckles.

When it was clear that Judith Light's character has a skeleton in her closet I thought it was going to be she was Payton's birth mother and not the throuple that we were given. However, I won't be surprised if in Season 2 it's revealed she is Payton's birth mother.

Glad there is a new trailer. Will give my local version of HBO new material to one. They have been promoting the heck out of the show with the first trailer to the point I'm able to recite the trailer word for word nearly. My only complaint about the show is that I 'have' to sit through the movie plot again before I can get to the new stuff. But the upside to that is that my memory of the movie is just key concepts and not beat for beat so hopefully it will feel newer than I anticipate.

That sums up my feelings but I encourage you to stick with it cause I found the last episode to be really good and I;m eager now for the second season. I view this season as one big pilot for Season 2.

Glad I'm not the only one overthinking the pronunciation of Mazda. I put it down to differences between Australian and American pronunciation but I guess the show really is saying it bizarrely.

As an Aussie I should be super stoked with Margot Robbie's success and influence, but with every new bit of promo material released all I'm seeing is a major vanity project for her ego...which I didn't think she had.

I'm not totally impressed with the snippet shared of the new song. Sounds like lazy lyric writing to me just repeating the title over and over for the chorus followed by wailing. I am happy to change my mind when I hear all the songs in full. I get the feeling though that the songs will ultimately be disappointing because they don't match the level of the original. Something I find to be the case with ay musical sequel.

This was a better episode and showed the humour of the show better. I liked the use of Platt's character playing one of his songs off his album on the piano. Only cause at the moment I have Platt's album on repeat

The first episode was very different to what the trailer presented in terms of overall humou, so I was disappointed but the ending was enough to make me want to give the 2nd episode a chance. I confess I was confused about whether this was happening in a high school or a college because many of the kids looked too old for high school and the school looked more like a university than a school.

Definitely felt like this was one half of an hour long episode, only because the ending didn't have the typical 'twist'. I kept waiting for something to happen be said but it just ended.

After that lacklustre short I feel the only way they are gonna get me truly excited about JW3 is by announcing the return of all the kids that have appeared previously in the franchise

I honestly am not feeling anything for this movie. The more I see the more I think 'Apart from the money why does this movie exist as a cinematic experience'. I continue to get strong Pocahontas vibes from the imagery. Maybe I'll warm up to it when I hear some of the songs, but truthfully as the years have progressed I've become less enamoured with the first movie's songs and their necessity within the framing of the movie and the Broadway musical does not give me confidence that the second movie will have good tunes. Although I feel if someone informs me that Hans appears in the movie and the terrible unnecessary and out of nowhere character assassination gets reversed (redeemed) I may be able to accept the existence of this movie more.

Onica is the Sifa Gelfling who was originally the assistant to Cadia, the Gelfling that lost his memory due to Brea outsmarting him with the 'poisoned' drink. Onica is ultimately responsible for helping Brea find the hidden chamber beneath her mother's throne.

I've always felt that they knew who each others halves were. The 2 halves of the UrSeks play similar roles within the separated community. Plus if they didn't know who their other half was Archer wouldn't have sacrificed himself.

I've just finished the series and just WOW!! What an impressive production. I loved how so many little throwaway things in earlier episodes turn out to be relevant in later episodes (ie the burning sword pit). I also like that the series ended in a way that it can either have a second season OR you could move straight into the movie. My only criticism - and I don't think they could have avoided it anyway - is that the reveal at the end of the movie involving the Mystics and the Skeksis won't be as jaw dropping now. Time to watch the documentary.

From a viewer's point of view I like the 1000 year requirement because it means the Gelflings I've become attached to may have ended up dying of old age (by the time of the movie) and not because of the Skeksis.

I believe you may be right about that moment being the first reference, they do address it in more detail later.

We first come across Aughra in her observatory. It is here that Jen is given the missing shard of the Crystal Later in the movie, she goes to the Palace where she is then imprisioned. Thank God I'm not the only one. The amount of times I have caught myself holding my braht or gasping is ridiculous for a show involving puppets. I have 2 episodes to go and I feel my emotions are gonna be tested big time.

My response to that was 'Whatever'. The trailer will need to be more Wonder Woman/Aquaman/Shazam and less that to convince me this this is a movie I need to check out.
