Yeah, I don’t know what the hell is going on with Pop. They used to show a marathon every Tuesday, and then around the holidays, Ghost Whisperer took over the channel.

I want someone to explain to me why this show is going this route with BettyBritney. It doesn’t make her more interesting, and it doesn’t make me care about her at all. I also don’t understand why the social worker wasn’t immediately called when the grandparents came to the hospital. Why does Owen always have to react to things he doesn’t like in an idiotic rage? He was justified in telling the parents that they couldn’t take Leo without going through the proper channels; there was no need for him to start screaming like that. I hate Owen, which sucks because I really like Kevin McKidd. The parents also should’ve known better as well. I don’t hate Maggie, but WHY do they give her these atrocious storylines that do her absolutely no favors?? Before this episode, I watched the episode from season four where stuck gets hurt from a bookcase falling on him. To watch the Bailey in that episode and the one in this episode is like night and day. She didn’t act like a child nine seasons ago; why are they writing her like this? I did have to laugh out loud when Alex mentioned his contract because just two weeks ago Owen gave Teddy his job, contract and HR be damned. This Meredith/DeLuca pairing is not good. Make it stop. Please. Amelia is the most reasonable character on this show.

Since Shonda Rimes is always on time with her references, I will note something. This episode aired on the one year anniversary of the Parkland massacre. I don’t think that’s a coincidence. The massacre the Scottish father is real. It is heartbreaking. If it takes fiction to remind us of this, I’m all for it.

Pray tell, why on Earth did Kevin apologize to Randall when Kevin rightfully called out Randall's willingness to help everyone under the sun, except their estranged uncle? Kevin was 100% correct. Kate cares about her health when it's convenient for her. She had no problems boarding a cross country flight and *now* she's pressed to get back to California? Please. Also, she sat in the car for even longer for their detour to Pittsburgh! Kevin relapsing is 100x more likable than Kate and 50x more likable than Randall. Kevin has always been a sweet, but flawed, person. I find it endearing.

I want to stand in solidarity with the people who shuddered when Fake Amy Schumer put contacts in Glasses’ eyes without washing her hands! WTF? I had a visceral reaction to that. When I was young and stupid, I tried that once. Never again. WTF?!

I am beyond annoyed that we have to wait an extra week because of this SOTU nonsense.

Or they were voting on what they saw this season, which is a great and talented cast. Double congratulations to Sterling K. Brown as he also won for Black Panther.

Heh, this was my favorite episode of the season so far. I loved the Zoe/Kevin storyline. I was reminded of the Randall that I loved in season one. The only thing I didn't like was Beth apologizing. I almost didn't mind Randall winning. Toby having that stadium built made me tear up. I have had several things that were dear to me lost in a fire, and I can't imagine how I would react if I could get those items back.

Why??

One thing that I think needs to fixed across the board is allowing coaches to take other jobs while they are still employed by their current university. It’s not fair to the team to have someone who’s splitting their focus. I would love to know what Maryland thinks about Locksley’s play calling last night. Good grief.

As an noted Alabama fan, I am pissed at how we played last night. We played ourselves. I honestly should have seen this coming from how we played Oklahoma, but damn. Also, number 74 needs to be kicked in the ass. He has caused so many penalties in the red zone that I'm not sure why Saban puts him in the game. I can't even be mad at Clemson; they played a much better game than we did. They deserved to win. Congratulations to them. Now, it's 2-2. Let's see what happens next year.
