Very tone deaf of Delilah, it was a sensitive situation. on a side note, the actress playing Delilah looks so much like my best friend from childhood it's actually distracting. And it makes it hard to hate her😉

Ordering for your date was maybe a thing in the forties/fifties. That whole concept was so ridiculous for a guy Dre's age, they are really stretching for ideas to make him an idiot. The driving thing is more believable as it seems that for whatever reason guys still seem to drive the majority of the time, at least with the people I know. But I don't think any woman I know would object to driving or any man would feel emasculated if his date wanted to drive.

Is this child related to the showrunners or something? I seriously can't believe out of all the child actors out there that he got selected for this role. The kid is awful.

I agree about Jessica. How on earth do the writers think this is a character anyone wants to watch or root for? They do so well with all the other characters, it doesn't even make sense.

Funny (to me) story about turnips. When I was little, I hated them, but my dad loved them. At every holiday dinner my grandma, who was the greatest, always made turnips "for Cathy" and I sucked them down because I appreciated that my Grandma made something "special" for me. As I got older, I realized my dad told her I loved turnips because he wanted them and he knew I would go along to please grandma. It became a joke as I got older. I love my dad and my grandma! And I still hate turnips.

I tried this method and agree it is quite delicious. I normally use boneless, skinless thighs, but will add this to the rotation now.

The two black sons are hilarious. That's the only nice thing I can say about this show unfortunately.

Does the lead in really matter any more? I thought this was very cute and all the lead actors are very appealing. I wish Deacon had a bit more of a role, he was hilarious in King of Queens.

Those cauliflower and broccoli sides look tasty, but there is virtually no nutrition if you read the label at the link. Definitely lower in calories and fat, but I question their claim of "one serving of vegetables" if there is no vitamin A or C in a dish that has either broccoli or cauliflower.

Not exactly a sandwich (open faced sandwich I guess), but cheese broiled on bread in the toaster oven. I haven't shopped in a while so had that for lunch and remembered how much I loved it! Swiss is my favorite for this particular sandwich. It gets so bubbly and good.

Nope, I like mine 'regular' if I'm eating there and dry if I'm carrying out. But I do like the combo. Well until Portillo's ruined it by adding the calories to the menu. I like Buono, but it's not conveniently located for me.

Not quite authentic, but they have a Cuban at Potbelly nowadays. I think it tastes good and we don't have any other choices in my area that I know of.
