I just want Cole to get his bangs out of his eyes. Also, am I alone in thinking the actor who plays him looks way too old to be in high school? I keep waiting for it to turn out that Jackie saves the ranch by coming into money left to her when her family died/or that her uncle just wants custody of her to get a hold of said money. Ugh, why have I put this much thought into a show I don't even like that much? 😁

Me too. I was trying to think what about his appearance made me dislike him so much, and then I remembered that he looks like Snidely Whiplash (the evil cartoon villain) 😁

I got halfway through watching the second episode...and I just couldn't bear the cringe factor anymore. It's not funny to me at all. I'm an old lady though, so maybe this just wasn't meant for me. PS the girl getting into the creep's car was the tipping point for me..I don't even want to know where they're going with this. 🤮

Maybe they were stationed there on a US military base and didn't get out of the base much. My Marine son and his family were stationed there for 3 years and made sure to go out and about to the little villages, and to other countries. They did know some people that just stuck to the (English speaking) base the whole time they lived there. What a waste, huh?

Plus, I think you have to factor in the fact that some unmarried men (of any age)are not looking for a woman at all. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I'm 71, and I recently had my 19 yo grandson move in with my husband and me. Everything is OK...except he is screwing up my morning bathroom routine by taking so much time in there! So imagine a house of older women having to share a couple of bathrooms...couldn't be me...how do they all do it? 😆 it used to drive me nuts when my mother got older and talked so much about constipation...I totally get it now. (TMI?🤣) Anyway, to bring it back to the show, maybe that's why Joan left..she wanted her own bathroom again 😉
