  1. The "Look at my zits" thing was a nice touch. I thought she had monkey pox when I first saw it. She's not wrong about Josh, but she is a total famewhore.
  2. Considering they are wearing pants and cutting their hair, I don't think Jim Bob has the same power he used to. Anna still appears totally brainwashed though.
  3. Other than just being a bitch to live with in general, I'm not so sure Meri has actually done anything to anyone that would qualify as horrifying. Everyone already knows about the "Sam" affair and Meri forcing the kids to walk outside in the snow for 2 minutes to avoid walking through her area of the house. Maddie called her a monster, but offered no proof of abuse. And Maddie is prone to exaggeration, so it's very likely that monster = bitch with rules who is a pain in everyone's ass. Paedon says he was told not to talk about Meri, but I'm not sure what he would actually say. And Paedon confessed to hitting his own sister and being rude to Robyn's kids, so Paedon's hands aren't exactly clean. None of the kids talk to Meri, but that could just be because she's bitch. Which won't really hurt her sales, especially when she gets some sympathy for being dumped by Kody.
  4. It just feels like maybe Jon bought Hannah's loyalty. Ya know? Which makes me question whether Kate is truly a "monster", or if she just had rules and didn't hand out free cars on 16th birthdays. As bad as Kate was, 6 of the kids remain loyal to her, even after leaving for college in another state far away from her influence. That says something about Jon and what may have gone on. And I'm really curious who is funding Hannah's new beauty line. The beauty market is over-saturated as it is, and Hannah is no Kardashian, which is who those media photos remind me of. Do girls in Hannah's age range even remember the Gosselins?
  5. Collin seems to have disappeared again. Wouldn't he wait to join the military until after he graduates high school? Something tells me that Collin is still very troubled, and that it's more than Jon lets on. And I don't think anyone remembers Hannah as an "instigator of fun". Mostly she was just Kate's favorite kid, which is ironic now. Alexis always seemed to be the happy one. And Aiden.
  6. Kylen has half-siblings, correct? I thought we saw them early on in the season. I wonder if any of them are more functional than her. Did they say if Kylen, Jason, Emersyn, or Mason graduated high school? Because they don't seem to be attending school OR working. Same with the others. Tyra went to college, but I don't recall seeing any high school graduations for any of the other teen parents, or mentions of working (except Lawrence and Aiden).
  7. Unless otherwise noted, you should assume that every single one of these people is on Medicaid for sure, and possibly on food stamps and welfare assistance. That may be some of the reason why some of them got pregnant in the first place. The Pregnancy Pact group especially look like the type of people who are working the system.
  8. I assume Nancy got fired when they moved to Arizona? Or things got so bad that if she showed up on camera, she would finally have to admit that polygamy has been part of the Browns' problem this whole time. I really wanted to see one last confrontation between Kody and Christine with Nancy there, similar to the Kevin Spacey/Annette Bening scene at marriage therapy in The Ref movie.
  9. Kody and Mariah have one thing still in common: They're both self-righteous as hell, and refuse to consider alternate viewpoints.
  10. Emersyn's childhood may have sucked, but she's an adult now. And her mother was pretty accommodating about the baby. She really only had one rule. If Emersyn wants to live by her own rules, she needs to get her own place. I'm guessing things will eventually go bad at Mason's house. They paint a sunny picture of life over there, but I doubt it's as stable as it appears with the mother just returning from jail. And Emersyn and Mason seem to barely know each other, having met online and living about an hour (I think it was that far?) apart. I don't understand why none of these girls seem to be able to figure out birth control. At least use a condom.
  11. I really want to see Jason get arrested outside the hospital. Kylen is one of those passive people who lets everyone else make her decisions. I fear for that poor baby. But I really think Jason will eventually break up with her and disappear once the reality of parenthood sets in. I have no sympathy for Emersyn. She's 18 years old. If she doesn't like mom's rules, get a job and move out. Mason's dad comes across as the good guy, but they got pregnant in his house and his wife is a former jailed drug addict. Clearly he's not the best at supervising a situation. I want to know which family is covering the baby's health insurance and all their bills. I'm betting it's Emersyn's mom and step-dad.
  12. Most single moms are working a lot more and taking far fewer vacations. Christine is damn lucky. The show was a gold mine for her in terms of opening doors to other ways to make lots of money.
  13. If Maddie's worried about what they feed the chickens, then she should also worry about what is in the Plexus that makes it that awful, unnatural pink color. And again we never see them drink the Plexus. We only see them holding the container. They may never drink the Plexus at all.
  14. Aspyn's take on Flagstaff was spot-on, and she was so much more mature than Christine in that scene. I really believe Flagstaff was just a plot idea for the show. That's why all the adults' reasons for the move were so bizarre and ridiculous. The real reason was a plot idea for the show.
  15. I think this is their biggest selling point, the opportunity to interact one-on-one with Janelle and Christine. They were smart to start those semi-private groups for Plexus drinkers to play games and interact. Some people crave that interaction and are willing to pay ridiculous amounts of money to get it.
  16. At least with LulaRoe, people get overpriced clothes they can actually wear. I shudder to think what ingesting large amounts of Plexus does to your body. It looks like a nice trip though. I hope they recognize that they need to keep the Sister Wives show going to keep people buying into their other businesses, and act accordingly. It looks like Janelle's sister is on the trip with her. They look a lot alike. Hopefully Savannah isn't stuck with Kody and Robyn while Janelle is gone.
  17. Just like everyone else on this show, Dee is not a winner. He is having his second baby with a girl he's not married to who may have only gotten pregnant the first time to show up her cousin. They're doomed, and he'll be on the hook for child support for 18 years. Emersyn is an entitled snot who needs to be kicked out and told to pay for her own self if she wants to make the rules. It's probably a whim. These girls seem to model themselves after the MTV Teen Mom girls, and they always go from idea to idea without finishing anything. Her father is a jerk, but he's probably her best bet for long-term help. Although I will say that Jenna is one of only a few of these television Teen Moms to actually follow through with breastfeeding. I have to give her some points for that. Aiden seems exhausted and burned out on the whole situation. He's too young and clearly isn't getting the emotional support he needs from somewhere.
  18. It might not be that easy. Isn't she 17 years old? The police may not choose to step in unless there is definitive proof of physical abuse. Unfortunately, Jason has found the perfect passive victim in Kylen. It says a lot that even Jason's own parents hate him. The only hope is that Jason will run off or kick Kylen and the baby out when he realizes how much is actually involved in caring for a baby. Or if his parents grow a spine and kick him out. I assumed she needed the social security card to get Medicaid in the new state, but I'm cynical like that. The kids are covered under Dee's insurance. If they're already on their second kid and as together as they claim, they should get married so she can be covered by his insurance.
  19. I wonder if Paedon wasn't invited to the birthday party because Gwen was attending? There are no pictures of him there. It would be sad if he couldn't go, but I get where Gwen is coming from. Hopefully Christine can help them reconcile.
  20. Why is a single person shopping at Costco? I am single and childless, and every time I have wandered into a Costco, all the food items are in such huge portions, it would be a lifetime supply for one person. Who is Meri buying for? We know the rest of the family doesn't visit her. Meri just makes me so sad. You can tell underneath it all is such a sad situation. I wonder she buys crap for Robyn just to have an excuse to visit Kody in the big house.
  21. Janelle is more married to Christine than she is to Kody. And none of them are losing that much weight drinking Plexus. I wonder if Plexus was the drink of choice at the party?
  22. I believe California has stricter laws around filming kids for television and labor laws than Florida. You almost never see low-budget reality shows like this one in California. Plus Florida is just cheaper, and Disney World is larger than Disneyland.
  23. I don't think Kody wants to live anywhere near Meri. Their interactions seem awkward and forced, and Meri reeks of desperation every time. I doubt Kody wants to live that way. I also think Kody is just done with polygamy. I do think Janelle would go along with it though, as long she can have her greenhouses to grow Plexus in. But I doubt they will ever get the money and permits to build. From Janelle's video, there has been no progress in building. You can tell it's still all empty land.
  24. Mykelti fixed herself up a bit, which is what you should do if you're trying to sell something. Maddie didn't get enough energy from Plexus to fix her hair or put on a nice top. She's not selling Plexus very well while looking like she just rolled out of bed.
  25. Won't the logs rot if they lay out there like that and are untreated? I really think Coyote Pass was just a plot line for the show.
